I have bringing my vehicles here for years. Always received good service. The place is looking very shabby and rundown. Bathrooms not very clean, some trash here and there, floor tiles cracked and broken, needs paint throughout.

Im sorry I dont remember the gentlemans name but we came in at the last minute with low air indicator. The store was about 10 mins until closing time. They were still busy working on multiple vehicles but an employee ran and grabbed the air pressure gauge and proceeded to check each tire. I just wanted to say that I was very appreciative and would recommend this place! Thanks again!

Amazing. I feel that I finally found a place that doesnt just try to sell you things, just to sell you things. They really take the time to go over the vehicle to make sure its operating as safely as possible! I Overland and therefore I have to depend on my vehicle when Im in places that is out away from civilization. A dependable rig is crucial. And they helped me keep mine running at its best!

The mechanics are always friendly and knowledgeable. They can get you in usually fairly quickly and finish the repairs efficiently. There work is always correct.

We have a full van load with small kids. Stopped here to get help 30 min from closing time and were turned away. Plenty of staff still working.

Ive been in and out of here 4 times in the past week (no other Firestone will take my car in since I already went to this one)I told them my tires were slashed and they just filled up my tire with air. Went back next day and they tried putting air in my tire again. I told them its slashed. They kept my car over night said they fixed it (tire still leaks air) went back in, they said the tire is fixed and just put air in it. Im about to buy a new set of tires from somewhere else since they wont repair my tires

Took 4 hours to get my oil changed with a scheduled appointment. No one gave me updates at any point on what was causing the delay.

Last place you should ever get a car looked at. Especially for tires! Steve the General Manager couldn’t have handled himself more unprofessionally. I ended up reaching out to Corporate because he still owes me money. Very sad segment.

Dangerously bad. Seriously, dont go here.Every winter I put new winter tires on the front of a front wheel drive car and last years tires on the back. They put both new tires on the right.Matching tires front to rear is pretty much the most basic rule of tires and wheels. Not doing that isnt just a disservice, its seriously dangerous. Its probably a case of corporate not paying their techs enough to care if they kill someone, but seriously, when people go to a shop like this, they arent just paying for labor, theyre paying for the expertise to do the job safely.They also under inflated one by 5psi and over inflated the opposite by 15, which can be dangerous on its own, let alone paired with one worn and one new tire in a Colorado winter. Oh and they tried to tell me I was out of brake fluid on a car I drove (and stopped) there. The lady at the front desk is super cool and knowledgeable tho, they should put her in charge.

Had an appointment for 1 pm today for an oil change and tire rotation. Showed up 10m early vehicle didnt get touched until 2:40 when asked about the point of appointment I was told we have to make 15 appointments a day regardless of staffing. Then I paid 100 and it wasnt synthetic which was about 40& more than normal. I was also told Id get a military discount which I never got eitherNEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN

The simple alignment took nearly 4 hours. And that was with an appointment. My only request was Id not get the same alignment tech I got last time who butchered the car so badly I had to take it to a welder to get it fixed. Their appointment system is horrible. You cant trust it.

I only take my car to Firestone and this particular location. With a very friendly and helpful overall staff, they give me the courtesy, respect, and honesty I look for when doing business today. They dont suggest repairs I do not need, and advise me against those unneeded repairs, that I may think I need. Whenever I bring my car in for any service at all, they inspect everything to insure that my car is operating correctly and safe while out on the road. They stand behind their warranties, surprisingly, no questions asked, and promptly fix the issue...no charge!I hate getting repairs done that I didnt need, and I dont have to worry about that here. The shop is very clean and neatly organized, and that says volumes on their overall work ethic. If i just want a fee tire and air check, no problem, lickity-split, I am in an out. This shop deserves the 5 stars I gave it, I would like to give it even more. God bless.

This experience was absolutely fantastic here!! My friend referred me to come to Firestone because he felt the Lord tell him I should go there! It was the best thing for me in the season and time I am in with finances being tight. I am a pizza delivery driver and I will refer others to come here! They treated me amazingly well. I bought four Bridgestone Blizzak tires for the Colorado winter I feel we are about to encounter and they brought them from another store to this store in the same day because they saw my need and how concerned I was. The most excellent service I have experienced in the Springs. Better than Discount Tire, and I felt treated good there to for a different vehicle.

Had a flat on my trailer in a bad spot, just needed a tire patched to get me out of the spot. I brought the tire in and was told they dont work on a 225 75 15 trailer tire. Yet if I came in with a car tire which is made the same way its ok. Total bs, all you have to do is patch it. The rubber is the same, I have managed plenty tire shops. I will recomened to anyone reading this or anyone I talk to to never go to this TIRE shop that cant repair tires.

Shopped here for tires years and they always treat me right. Wanted to get shocks installed and was quoted something like four hundred plus. A radiator hose was quoted over a hundred dollars. Love the tire prices but would never go there for mechanical issues. Way over priced.

Went in for abnormal tire wear to get new tires, an inspection/repairs and an alignment. Quoted a total of $3,293.81 in parts ($1,751.91) and labor ($1,370.29) for repairs I was told were needed before I could get an alignment. Turns out NONE of the parts on the invoice were required to fix my alignment issue. Left that day with new tires and an inspection fee only. Second and third opions are wonderful things. After replacing a bent tie rod for $56.48, Im off to a different shop to do an alignment. My total repair cost was really only $56.48 for a tie rod and $90.70 for an alignment from a different shop for a total of $147.18. A savings of nearly 96% off my original quote from Firestone.Management/ownership, Id look at getting the tech that looked over my truck into remedial automotive service classes or getting rid of him. Id look at your practice of quoting for parts and labor that is unnecessary to fix the problem. After a second opinion and looking over your techs quote, the parts that were recommended dont even match my vehicle. Im very glad I stood my ground and took my vehicle elsewhere for service!Potential customers, I wouldnt even consider going to this shop unless I absolutely had to on the weekend. If I had a free work day Id just take my vehicle to Multi Service Eagle Tires OR Mikes Frame and Alignment.*Updated this review upon digging out original quote from Firestone. I did get a response from the Firestone regarding this review. I will update this review again when I hear back from them.

I took my Cherokee in to get the radiator checked/pressurized to find the leaks and get an estimate on repairs. They said there were two small leaks. I already knew that because I found these small leaks and had been driving it off and on with no problems for a couple months waiting for things to open again due to the virus pandemic. I added a little fluid every once and a while to be safe. I took my car to these guys to get a second opinion and try to get the repairs done sooner. The first estimate was $641.07 at a local Auto repair shop but they were booked out for weeks. Firestone auto care wanted to charge me almost $1200 to replace water pump that I priced out at 176.00, thermostat I priced out $36.00, plus 18.00 gasket kit. Radiator cap I priced at $22.00. They wanted close to $250.00 FOR JUST THE THERMOSTAT! I instantly went back to their shop and want my vehicle. They closed the hood and pulled the car around for me to pick up. I paid their $28.99 fee to look at the car and left. I made it 4 block and it over heated instantly. Now I was stuck on the side of the road. I called Firestone back and asked for the Mgr. to see what they did. He told me they only tested the car for leaks and that was all. I asked him why didnt they re-fill the fluid before I picked up the car, I PAID FOR THIS SERVICE! I got the we are not personable speech While waiting for a tow truck, 1 hr. later I was able to remove the radiator cap and there was no fluid to be seen. They ran the fluid down and didnt refill with water before I left. BAD BUSINESS!!! NOTE TO THE FIRESTONE COMPLETE AUTO CARE.....YOU DONT CARE! I will never return to this place!!!!! ......0 Rating would be more proper!

Most of the time Firestone does a good and they are family priced compared to others. I recently took my car for new car inspection and later found a couple things that probably should have been mentioned. Also, they said I needed to replace my front brakes. After looking myself, I found that the front brakes seem fine, but the back brakes are so bad there is a huge groove in my rotor, which also wasnt mentioned....I will go to a different location in the future.

I notice a side wall bulge in my tire at 7 am. One year to the day after buying new tires from a different Firestone. This one was open and got the tire replaced right away with no trouble. I was headed out if town and needed it fixed pronto. They were spot on!

They said its under new management... Courteous, quick, and helpful! Couldnt not have asked for a better experience.

For some reason Ive been getting flats alot later. Everytime I come to firestone they take care of me quick and professionally.

This was a horrible stop. I called and asked how much for a spare tire change, I was told $5. When I arrived I was charged $10. Then it took over an hour to swap the spare. They threw the bad tire in the trunk of my van, on top of two duffel bags and other equipment that I use for my job. When I went to put the spare tire away I found that my tire rig no longer works.So all in all, It took them over an hour to do a short job. They doubled the price on me. They broke a part in my van. And they damaged equipment that I use for my job.

Scheduled an appointment and it was rescheduled due to Engine Diagnostic Tech calling off that day; no worries the next day was available.I take vehicle in and they ask me for the second time “Is your check engine light on, are you sure you want to run the diagnostic.” I tell them “Yes please, I’d like to know everything that’s going on with the vehicle.”I go pick vehicle up and I get the Vehicle Inspection Report and no Engine Diagnostic ReportThe next day I go to a transmission shop (getting everything checked) and he hooks up the computer and codes pop up for an O2 Sensor and an Engine Temp Control Sensor***They charged me for a service that wasn’t performed and that’s STEALING***This was my second time going to a FireStone in Colorado Springs and the first time wasn’t any better.When I found out how to read tire information I saw the tires they installed were +3 years oldNo Values or Respect for the craft or the customers

They wanted $1160 to fix my heater. I bought the part for $35 on Amazon and I fixed it in 15 minutes. Look elsewhere.

Firestone was the most affordable in town to have tires I purchased elsewhere put on my SUV. I figured I’d also have them check the other issues and the check engine light on my SUV while it was in their shop. I was told they charge $99 as a diagnostic fee to get to the bottom of what was going on. I pick up my SUV later and receive a printout with items that are “imperative”. Such as a tune up and a water pump. After doing some research of my own, I found my paperwork (from a different mechanic) where I had just had these services done a year ago. When I called Firestone to ask why I would need them done again a year later the man on the phone told me they were recommended off of mileage. I feel cheated because that doesn’t sound like they went in and actually did the diagnostics like I paid for. Instead they looked at my mileage and (according to the Firestone employee on the phone) since THEY “didn’t have record of that service being done they assumed my SUV needed it”. I feel the diagnostic was not done properly and am now out the money I paid for it, as well as, the time, money and effort of having to go elsewhere to have my car re-diagnosed.Personally, I don’t feel this is a proper way to do business as I paid for a service and was given recommendations based off of mileage for my SUV. Had they done what I had paid them for and actually looked at the spark plugs/ water pump perhaps they would have been able to come to a more accurate diagnosis of what was wrong as opposed to an assumption. I’m very disappointed and will advise people to go else where, especially when having to pay a “diagnostic” fee when really you’ll just be told whats recommend based off of your cars mileage.I also feel that there was a level of integrity missed by them. It’s fine to tell me what services are recommended for my vehicle, so long as you make that explicitly clear vs an attempt to capitalize monetarily ($1200.00 is what total costs were) as if it’s a need, imperative to what’s wrong with my car.So- The man who originally did the work on the water pump/ tune up passed away. Fortunately his son who is also a mechanic offered to take a look at my SUV after I explained the situation with Firestone. After he checked everything out his only recommendation was to add a fuel injection cleaner in with my next fill up. Everything else was fine!I strongly discourage anyone from going here and paying their “diagnostic” fee based off of my personal experience.

Excelllent service. My estimate was for $180.00 when I came in to pay it was only $80.00. At that point I decided to get all my tires replaced. My mom had hit a curb and damaged her tires. They were all so nice to me and my mom. My mom had commented that they were really nice. At this point they are getting all my business. Their prices are really good, but when when people are nice to me and my mom, I could care less about price. I have taken my own vehicle here before. With their great service my mom will now take her car here as well. My mom is really picky and smart, if she likes a business, they MUST really provide great service. I really love this store and the service I receive. In addition they are open on Sundays. I found out not many tire stores are open on Sunday. I would say that this is the best tire store in Colorado Springs. Thank you to the people who work at this location.

I want to personally thank the team that helped us out today. My husband and I were on our way home and just outside of Colorado Springs when we got a flat on our rental car. Unable to get a new vehicle or drive home on a temporary tire, this firestone location helped us out just before closing with excellent customer service and care to allow us to get home safety. — thank you from your friends in Oklahoma

I made an online appointment which they confirmed by email...very convenient. The lady who signed me in was very friendly. The employees very nice. I had an oil change and AC Freon recharge and was satisfied with the cost. Slightly long of a wait though that day, 2 hours but the waiting area is comfortable and even in late afternoon the coffee was on and available. Satisfied!

Went the extra mile for my husband on Saturday (4/20). My husband broke down near this shop, and I couldnt come help him for a few hours. Firestone GIFTED him coolant. They were so kind! DO NOT GO HERE! I am new to the area and usually have good luck at firestone. This store I did not have such luck. I went in because my brakes were squeaking pretty bad. I had my brake pads and rotors replaced. Pretty simple. When I get the call about the brakes they also mention another problem with my car. I thought okay my car is getting old so I could believe the problem. Now I think it was not a real problem. So I tell them go ahead and fix the problem. They said they can get it done that day no problem. I get a call later and they said they thought they had the part but did not. They ask if I could wait for the next day so they can get the part and fix it. I said sure since my car was already there. So the order the part and guess what IT WAS LABLED WRONG. NOW I HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER DAY. They said we can take some money off for the inconvenience. TURNS OUT THE DISCOUNT was just a promo that I could have easily found in one minute online. A week and a half goes by and my brakes start making noise again. I go and check to see I can notice anything in the tires since I just had them replaced. Turns out one my lug nuts on my tire doesnt match the others. They probably stripped it taking off the tire and replaced it with the cheapest one they could fine. They didnt want to pay the extra $2 to match the basic ones I had. I call them back with the two problems and they said bring it in. I bring it in because I already paid them to fix the problem. They said they could hear the noise but they could do something else (which would cost me more money). I said NO of course and got my car back. Long story short, I will not be going back there.

Very thorough work and they keep you updated on anything needed to be done. They also do not push you to make any decision and gives you alternate options if needed.

Found a deal online for a $25 oil change so I decided to go get my oil change seeing as I needed it, after making my appointment and driving over I was supposed that the technician applied the discount without being told to, this shows that he wasnt trying to nickel and dime me. They informed me it would be an hour wait, so I walked to one of the nearby coffee shops and spent my time there. When I came back an hour later they were a little behind schedule but I was only waiting an additional ten minutes.All in all this was a great experience and I plan on using them again in the future

Huge shout out to the team at this Firestone location! I was in COS from Denver for a wedding and my front passenger door latch malfunctioned. My door wouldn’t shut! I couldn’t drive back to Denver with a broken door and after a few (unhelpful) phone calls to the local dealerships that left me even more frustrated, I spoke to a very nice person at Firestone that said, “Bring it in and we’ll take care of you.” The repair ended up being more expensive than I thought - I had the same malfunction on my rear passenger door a few weeks prior and got it repaired at a Firestone in Denver. The repair shop took the time to explain the difference and offered me a great deal on the part and labor to keep the cost down. My car was ready first thing Sunday after dropping it off late Friday afternoon. Thanks so much!

We started out a couple of years ago getting a tire repaired when we moved into the neighborhood. I like the excellent, personal service, the store is easy to access and when the car is finished I get called promptly - if I call I get answers promptly - not an answering machine or wait an eternity on hold or for a call back. Now this store is our go to for car repairs, tires, lifetime alignments and any other help we need for our cars. I wouldnt usually write a review but I do enjoy bringing my business to this store. Im very comfortable here and feel the entire staff work hard and well together.

These guys treat my aged Cruiser with kid gloves. Always very polite to me and not condescending to an old woman. Every repair done to my car is recorded in their computer including the history from Milwaukee Wisc. Well worth the money to have a dependable car.

We had an appointment at 1pm to have them do an inspection on the car. The gentleman that greeted us was friendly and let us know right away they were running behind. They were behind by fifteen minutes. We didnt think that was a big deal so we told him we were going to walk to grab some food to eat. He made a few suggest and even told us of a place to avoid. It took as I want to say about 15 minutes to walk to the restaurant. We sit down ordered our food and was in there for at least an hour. We walked back to firestone and they hadnt even started to look at our car. We were greeted and told this. So we waited in the lobby. After another half hour of waiting they finally started to look at the car. My husband asked to go in the shop to look at it as well while they had it on the lift. They did follow safety procedures which made me happy to see. When you go out in the garage you have to be accompanied by an employee and were safety glasses. Once the tech was done he came inside to talk with us. He was a younger kid but knew his stuff. He also admitted this was the first time he got to look over a jaguar. Everything checked out expect the tires which were 12 years old and we had a leak with the power steering. Everything else was great. They had suggest to fix this or that but he told us that we really didnt have to. Customer service here was wonderful. How long it took was just plan to long. We arrived at 12:55pm and left at 4:30pm. We had been told it would only be an hour.

Great all-around service! I made an appt. on short notice and they were able to accommodate me. They got the inspection done fast, and they kept me updated on progress. They made some great recommendations and were not pushy at all. They had my car done much faster than I even needed it, and they were great to work with. I worked primarily with Bernard, who was exceptionally great. Very fair prices, too! Would highly recommend them to anyone anyone who works or lives downtown.

Extremely padded bill. Went to a local shop thats been doing honest business for years. Turned a $1800 estimate into a $400 repair which also included an oil change, ABS diagnostic, and a seat wiring repair. You will pay waaaaay too much at Firestonr on stuff thats not necessary.

Amazing customer service. No pushy sales rep trying to get you to get more than just an oil change. I went to Perkins motors for the same service and Perkins motors was trying to charge me $130 just to look at my car when I know exactly whats wrong with it smh. Thanks Firestone!

I went in 15 minutes before closing time with a tire that was 5# low. I wouldnt have been too worried about it but had 45 miles to get home. The gentleman at the counter had one of Technicians check the pressure on all my tires and fill anything that needed it. The service was great! I will go there next time I need anything. I love my FS tires!

I am only leaving one Star so that I could write a review. It took them over an hour and a half to do a oil change and they charged $85 for full synthetic. If you need a full synthetic oil change go to Valvoline they will do it in five minutes for under $70.. Or go to Walmart and pay $50 and wait as long as I did here... I read the reviews before I came and I should’ve listened everyone is correct they are overpriced and extremely slow.

Always a pleasure dealing with any of the folk at this Firestone. Quick and convenient. Got a nail in my tire on a snowy day. Dropped my car off to get the tire fixed and an oil change while they were at it. Despite closing early due to weather, one employee stayed behind so I could pick my car up the same day. Just the best experience yet on top of many others.

DO NOT GO HERE! I took my 2005 Tacoma in for some mild repairs such as the left/right cv joints, headlight/tail light, oil change and an alignment. First off, I brought it in at 11:45 AM. I did not get my truck back till almost 7PM, Also keep in mind it was a week day so it wasn’t even busy. Around the time I arrived it was about 7:15, where I payed with my firestone card, picked my truck up, and was on my merry way. Yesterday, I was changing the tires on my truck and noticed that my cv joints were still the old ones. They had my truck for over 7 hours, on top of that lied, and on top of that made me pay for work that was never even done. The lady at the reception desk also told me that they were “working very diligently” to get the cv joints done. I would not recommend this place one bit, they’re liars and they won’t do the work you’re paying for.

Needed to get a check engine code read on a Sunday. They got to it in about 10 minutes. It was a transmission issue and they couldnt work on it. They get 5 stars for their quick service, honesty, and being open on Sunday. If I need any services they offer, I wouldnt hesitate to take my car here.

You guys are Crooks! Told you what the codes were to fix and then said I had an oil leak some where and that you needed to add the dye and I said no fix the issue from the check light being on. Then gave a whole other estimate on areas that need to be done of 1,100. They reset my codes to get the check engine light from illuminating. So here the issue I never had a leak on my driveway until after they services it . I had friend fix right away and said they loosened it. Crooks!

Jerod explained my options in the sincerest of manner, allowed me to bring my car in nearing the end of the day on a Sunday when most shops are closed, Bill made sure all of my tires were filled to the correct pressures when other shops had overfilled them (& i had thought the pressure was supposed to be less but I had 2nd guessed myself and trusted other shops), combined, the guys got me and my car in and out in record time providing awesome service with a smile. Go read some of the reviews...go ahead, Ill wait. Yes, its as you thought the 5 star!!! reviews are mostly phonies probably put in by the owner or employees using made up accounts. The 1 and 2 star reviews ring true and for a very good reason, most Firestones (and this one in particular), are very good at one thing and one thing only: up-selling you on every part or service they possibly can. They have no scruples and probably get commissions for the up-sell. Its no surprise that the owner doesnt respond to any of they negative reviews, its because theyre all true! Stay away from this dishonest, poor customer service, haven for bad mechanics. I took my 2015 F-150 there to get the battery checked and they told me I needed $1,200 of work done! Got a new battery at Walmart and its run great ever since. These people are liars.

We told the lady at the desk we thought we had something in our tire and asked if they could check it out. She said they would go check the pressure.Meanwhile, the man ahead of us had two flats and a set of wiper blades. They changed his blades but he still had two flat tires. He wasnt happy.After 15min we checked back & the lady was quite snappy and were told all they would do was check the pressure when they had time.We left and went to another Firestone Shop ( 1625 N Academy Blvd ), where we recieved much better treatment without the attitude.I have much better review for the Firestone Complete Care @ 1625 N. The Firestone team at 202 N. Cascade are brilliant. They take great of my vehicle and myself. I dont have any complaints. They are trustworthy, hard working, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, I could go on and on. I brought my vehicle in for a service/repair today. The Technician completed the service/repair earlier than expected. Im not taking my vehicle anywhere else.

Knowledgeable, very friendly people. Just an oil change, but I need a few things taken care of. I feel theyre honest, trustworthy folks.

I cant say thank you enough to the people who work at this location. They fixed a couple hoses back in May, this morning on my way to cancer center my hose broke, antifreeze everywhere.. i had tow truck bring my car back to them, they said it was a different hose , they fixed my car no charge, and brought me home while they fixed it. I was stressed out as it was and not feeling well. I cant thank them enough, all I can say is thank you, thank you from the bottom of my heart.

If I could give half of a star I would. About a moth ago, my car broke down right by this Firestone location. Two gentlemen from here came to help me and try to get it started again and provided quality customer service. It ended up staying overnight, and I got a call the next morning, telling me that they would have to charge more to run a full diagnostics test. Later they called again to say my battery was too weak and they would need to replace it before they could find out what was wrong. I thanked them for all their work but preferred to take my car to its regular shop- Best West Tire off of N. Academy. The worker got extremely rude with me, repeatedly telling me i had cut his feet off with this decision. It wasnt anything personal, Best West has dealt with my car before and it was a bigger problem than I had thought and wanted to take it somewhere I knew. When I went in to pick up my car, the employee continued to badger me, You not buying this battery so I could test your car... YOU cut off my feet, okay? You cut off my feet. I was extremely uncomfortable and just wanted to leave. The worst part? He charged me $106 for nothing. They did nothing to my car. I am a broke college student and $106 is a lot of money to me and it was wasted at this store. My budget has been struggling since this transaction. My friend had the same issue with her battery and couldnt perform a test, but because she took it to Best West Tire, they didnt charge her at all. I will never recommend this place and cannot believe I was charged $106 for nothing to be done.

Today, after hitting a curb in downtown Colorado Springs, I destroyed my left front tire. My AWD car requries run-flats and does not have a spare so and finding a replacement on a Sunday was an rather urgent and seemed impossible. When I called the nearest Firestone on Cascade, I was told they could do it, but they’d have to go get the tire at another store. Once I arrived was when I learned that I had damaged the left rear tire as well and would actually need 4 new tires. They immediately called the other store to requisition the tires and were able to get them right away. In addition, I was assisted by Ruben who was extremely nice and helpful. He pulled up our account and saw that we had the warranty. (This helped with the cost). He was also able to find the exact tires we had purchased before. He gave us an estimate and a promised completion time of about 3 hours. The work was done exactly as promised and in the time promised. I am so thankful that Firestone was open on a Sunday when this ocurred and that I was assisted by Ruben. Can’t say enough about how nice and helpful he was.

First time I used them to put new tires on my truck things went well. The last two times were a nightmare. Big bald shop manager turned me away for a flat tire. Today I dropped off my truck for brakes at 8 was told to come back 1. Scheduled my day around that info and come to pick up my truck and they said I have to wait till 5.9 hours to do brakes is ridiculous plus ive been here an hour and not one mechanic has touched my truck. Whole bunch of excuses from the bald shop manager. If they needed all day it would of been easier to say that up front. Will never return to this store.

Work they did on car was correct, I have lifetime alignment, wheel balance so I pay about $60-$80 and get those services plus full synthetic oil change. Great deal.

The techs, especially Zach, are very knowledgeable and do very thorough walk throughs. They will show you whats wrong with your vehicle and what is required to fix it with out any upselling. They are usually very busy because of this, but well worth the wait.

Stopped first thing in the morning for a warranty flat repair. They wouldnt repair it because the tread was too low even though the wear indicators were still 1/8 below the tread. They were more than happy to sell me new tires though. I told them to put the spare on and I would come back later. So instead of putting the tire back up under where the spare goes, they throw the dirty tire in the back of my SUV. That creats two problems, dirty tire, brake dust, etc all over the back, and the risk of my spare tire carrier hardware falling off as I drive down the road. When I asked them to put it below, I get put back in line, and it will be at least another 30 minutes. All this being done by the store GM. He might has well said no. Stay away from here! Its no wonder why they lost the contract for tire service centers on base!

Would’ve given a 0 star rating but can’t post if you don’t give at least a 1 star. Had a leak on a tire over the weekend. tire was down to 15 lbs. filled it up. the next morning it was back down to 18 lbs. had to add a can of fix a flat to get back. monday morning at 0700 went to firestone on cascade in colorado springs where i purchased the tires in june. Talk to Sue she says can’t repair a tire that has fix a flat in it. I didn’t purchase road hazard when i bought the tires. Sue says that I’ll have to buy a new tire. Didnt offer to look at the tire or anything. Sue already had the new tire on the screen. When i bought these tires in june I set the appointment up online and when I arrived they didn’t have the correct size tires for my truck. had to come back 2 days later. I live in the mountains many miles from a service station and 40 miles from this Firestone so i’ve used fix a flat several times to get the tire fixed at other shops. never was told they couldn’t fix my tire. I didn’t buy the new tire from firestone. Told Sue i’d go somewhere else. Took tire to the Big O in Woodland Park. I have used their services in the past and they’ve always had great customer service. They said the fix a flat wasn’t a problem and took the tire in immediately and fixed it in 20 minutes. When they were done they said no charge and no problem. Wow, I’m impressed with Big O Tires. They will get all my business from now on. I just cut up my Firestone credit card.

You really cant go wrong with this place. Customer service is outstanding, Ive had punctures and flats so often that they know me by name. The service has always been awesome. The customer service rep will always go out of their way to make sure I get what I want/need.

I was treated extremely well by all of the staff at this store. Jeremy was extremely helpful. I have already told several people about my experience at this store. They are busy and things can take awhile (they did not for me). Consider why they are busy. This store is doing things right.

This place is an absolute scam! My wife has been in there 3 times now with all experiences being the same, trying to tell her she has something wrong with her car when nothing is wrong. The first time it was for an oil change and they said she had a severe oil leak that needed to be fixed right away. No oil on our garage floor, interesting! Took a look and couldn’t find any evidence of anything more than a minor seep. Next time she went in for a flat repair and they told her she needed new tires. The tires have more than 50% tread! She went back for a flat repair and they said it was not repairable. Took it to Les Schwab (a store with integrity) and they said it was still far enough from the side wall that it could be repaired. Bottom line- Do Not Go To This Store!!

So disappointed and feeling cheated. Please avoid. I had low tire pressure in one tire, went in and they got me in right away which was awesome because I am assuming they are appointment based. Then, they told me I needed all new tires on a car that only has 20k miles because one of my tires had a nail in it (I have an AWD vehicle). I went with them because I was trusting that my tires really needed to be changed. Maybe they did, but I should have gotten a second opinion because they tried to get me to do services that had already been completed on other parts of my car. My car has a service plan at the dealership and was serviced 30 days ago. When I looked back at the paperwork from the service a month ago (Subaru service which is top of line in my opinion), it shows that none of the extra must have services need to be done. Additionally, I asked if the tires had some type of insurance on them that was extra, the sales person said no. After I paid and left (my bad), they had an additional hazard insurance. They did not even ask me if I wanted this or the lifetime balance which I paid for costing around $150. Next time, I will know to look at the breakdown in costs instead of assuming they are just changing the tires and I will get a second opinion. With two babies though, this is a hard task, and you just assume people will want your reoccurring business but some places like this try to dupe you because you are a woman and unknowledgeable about cars.

No customer service dont go here if you know better.

As of right now I am very unimpressed. I I brought my car in for times now. The last time they have not had the right part or equipment. I have made appointments both times and have waited several hours. I brought my car in at 9: 30 a. M. Today and now theyre saying it wont be done till about 2: 30. If it does get done right Ill change my review.

I had a thermostat issue repaired here. My vehicle had a third party warranty covering the work, and the warranty people were being problematic. Chris probably spent a couple hours on the phone insuring they paid for my repairs. I really appreciate the effort.

Will not put on one tire of identical safe (>4/32 tread depth) Will request you buy all 4 brand new tires. Only bought shaved tire in first place because said old tire was not reparable. Go to different tire shop and they say it costs $20 to patch easy fix. Firestone cost me $120 for unnecessary tire and 1 hour of wasted time.

I love them they got us in and out.

BEWARE!!! If I could rate this as negative, I would. This business was going to take advantage of us. We were on vacation and our check engine light came on. We stopped in to have it checked and they informed us that it would cost us over $3000.00 to fix!!!! We didnt feel right with their diagnosis so we went even further to a dealership and it was 1/10th the cost, $300.00!! Thankfully we didnt buy in to what Firestone was trying to take advantage of us for, and went to a dealership. The dealer brought up the same codes but told us it was something completely different than what we were told from Firestone. Firestone was making up repairs for their own profit. Do not go here!

I feel that 1 star works due to the nice attitude the people had when they overcharged me with a smile. Never again. All in One auto or BUST!!!

We ordered Hercules tires for our trailer from this shop. Showed up at appointed time, 9:00, and tires were finally on by 12:30. They installed some off brand we had never heard of. Their reply was that they were the second most used tire. Really? Yikes- dont go there.

Set an appointment 2 hours later just bringing it in for a flat repaid rotate and balance droped the rotate and balance off the ticket they had it done in 15 minutes. When I got on the highway it was shaking very bad when I got home they never replaced the weights they took off very poor service and workmanship waiting 2 hours and having my daughter with me reminded me of why I dont do take my car to any shop
