Ive used Jacks 3 times now on different vehicles and the outcome was the same, they are the best when it comes to getting your vehicle alignment properly..

Jacks was awesome. They let me drop my car off at 1:30 when i got off of work. They called me by 3:00 to come pick it up. Service was quick, cheaper than anywhere else, AND informed me of parts of my suspension that i might wanna replace in the near future. Ill never take my car anywhere else.

First time going here. Would totally recommend, friendly and did a great job.

I installed a lift kit on my stock Outback. Called and asked if they would be able to align it, yep they said, bring it on down. Upon arriving, I asked again, can you align this thing with 3” strut spacers installed. Was told no problem, we have done these before. I then got a call a few hours later, stating that that got the front aligned no problem, but the rear was out 1/2” and would scrub the tires, so they couldn’t align it, yet they adjusted it and left it that way. They proceeded to show me a catalogue of expensive trailing arms that would “solve my problem”. Here’s my take: If you are an expert, as these people are supposed to be, and you say you can, you’d better be able to deliver. If you said you could but couldn’t after all, then why would you charge someone and leave it out of adjustment? After removing the spacers, I now have to pay another $80.00 to re-align it. Not good business practice, will not be going back there or recommending them anymore. My bad for trusting self proclaimed “experts”.

Best alignment shop in town if you ask me. Pat is a great guy thats been doing alignments for a long time. Wouldnt take the classics anywhere else. No fear of a joy ride happening here. Great group of guys that are no nonsense and professional.

Jacks was great. $82.50 out the door for all 4 tires to get aligned for my sedan. They are no longer taking appointments due to COVID. Its first come first served. My wait time was just less than 2hrs as they were pretty busy. Nice people. Great service.They take a lunch break at 11:30 to close down for a little while. :-)

I’ve never had an accident because of ice/snow and I recently did and knocked my car out of alignment and did some other damage. I was recommended Jack’s by another mechanic I trust and they took great care of my vehicle. Quality work and no-nonsense communication. I have taken my 1999 vehicle there a couple times for an alignment and some steering components (ball joints, tie rods, etc.) work. I plan on taking all of my vehicles here for alignment.

Only guys in Colorado Springs I trust with my alignments. I have been working on automobiles my whole life. I am ASE Certified and can tell you Jacks knows what they are doing. They are using newer Hunter alignment equipment. They are not out to gouge thier customers. I recommend you call for an appointment as they are usually always busy. Totally worth waiting. I have had some quickie alignments before and they have never been right. Do it once, do it right, go to Jacks.

I chose Jacks over other places after talking to him on the phone because I could tell the other places were already trying to upsell before I was even there. I just wanted someone that was straightforward and honest and I got exactly that. Fair price friendly helpful and honest.He did notice a vibration happening and let me know that was something to have checked out, but didnt try to sell me 1/2 a dozen other services.Alignment is dead on straight too!

I bought a used car recently that’s alignment was way off. I found this place and took my car in, the day I came they were a bit backed up and running behind but apologized and were very sweet about it. They finished up fast and I was good to go! I noticed throughout the next couple weeks it felt like my car may have been pulling a bit still. I called them up and the lady at the front desk was so sweet when I explained to her my concern. She got me an appointment asap at the earliest most convenient time for me. When I brought it back in, the gentleman who had looked at my car previously also looked at it again and was very thorough, he test drove it and even printed out a copy of the alignment measurements upon my request. He gave me his honest opinion that the alignment was close to perfect so the issue lies elsewhere. They didn’t charge me anything for the second visit! The people who work here are very professional and respectful and the prices are very affordable. I would recommend them to anyone! I appreciate their great honest service.

Jack was professional, got it done within a couple of hours, was cheaper than any other alignment I have ever had and it tracks straight as can be. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is that i didnt get any sort of print out showing previous and current values (camber, castor, etc). Definitely recommend.

I took one of our carpet cleaning vans to Jacks Alignment. We knew the alignment was off because a tire had worn to the steel belts quickly. I was sure that we would need new ball joints or other front end repairs. About 30 minutes after I dropped it off, they called and said it just needed a basic alignment and not expensive repairs. The alignment was done quickly and we we got our work van back to business. I am very happy and we will only take our fleet vehicles to Jacks Alignment.

They do top notch service. One of the last few true suspension and alignment shops left. Access is tricky so be careful.

Amazing service. Great price. They were quick and honest. They even just got new computers and equipment for proper alignments (May 2015). Brought it here for a second opinion. The previous shop said I needed $1700 worth of front end work. I brought it to jacks for a look he said that everything looked decent. Not too pretty looking but no major issues. He did an alignment And recommend I look at the tires and rotors for my original issue. Tire rotation and balance took care of all my issues.To the ownerWas recommended to you by a Colorado Springs native (driver at Colorado Springs cab company). He said that jacks has been in business for over 40 years and always does a good job.

Came highly recommend. Just blown away by the speed of service the accuracy and customer service. Hands down best service experience Ive ever had anywhere. My Audi S4 was way way off up front. They told me 30 min and 20 later it was done sitting in front of the door . Pat let me know my battery was dead told me he didnt want me stuck somewhere. I was also quoted $82 cause all I needed was a front they charged me $59. I absolutely recommend Jacks Alignment to everyone.

Love this place. Was told about it by a co-worker wheres the cheapest place in town out of all of them that Ive called for an alignment. $62.50 for a two wheel alignment.

Jacks was great. Everyone was very friendly and the survive was superb. They were able to squeeze me in the same afternoon due to a cancellation. I said I wanted a 4 wheel alignment and they could have easily charged me for one. Instead they checked the rear and when it was good only did the front. Saved me over $20. I toyed with the idea of going to Big (n)O and Im glad I did not. They said because of my model of car there would be an additional charge of $25. Somehow Jacks managed to get around this mystery fee. Do yourself a favor and support a great local business while receiving outstanding service.

They did a great job on my BMW 325ci...I just had some suspension components and steering arms replaced, so my steering wheel was off center.They got it back perfectly on center.Good honest people that shoot you straight, not feeding you a line of BS that you need thousands of dollars in other work done.I highly recommend!!!

Just got an alignment and they told me one of my control arms was bent. He then explained he could still align the car so my tires dont wear excessively, it just might pull to the left. He could have convinced me that I had to replace the part or the alignment wouldnt work, but he was honest about it. Plus they are well priced!

These guys have helped me a number of times, and they’ve been great every time. Great customer service, and they break down the terminology so you understand the work that needs / has been done. I will continue to go here and recommend these guys to anyone that will listen!

Great pricing and fast service. Only thing I have a slight issue with is that my steering wheel is turned about 1/8 of a turn while the car is driving straight.

Very Very impressive business! Jack (Jr.) took the time to tell me that my lug nuts were installed backwards and he filled my tires to the proper psi without me even asking. I wont even bother shopping them around in the future. They are very caring and knowledgeable people! (and friendly!)

Very happy with their work, pricing and integrity on my 2006 Vibe. They did a good job with replacing the wheel arm, ball joint and doing an alignment and it drives great now. They didnt charge extra for anything and kept to their quote even when small extras were needed. I called OReileys to get price quote for parts and they were comparable. Labor reasonable. Very happy. So i took my truck in today. They inspected my alignment and advised me the last shop to work on it left the camber pin out on one side. They refused to take my money and didn’t try to upcharge me for the work. That is integrity! So i ended up taking it back to the shop that did the work and they will be fixing it for free. I tipped the tech at jacks for the honesty and they have now earned all my business. Things like this are rare nowdays. Thank you for the great service Jacks!

Best place in Colorado springs to take your vehicle for a honest mechanic

Very happy I decided to go to Jacks for my alignment. Ive had my car for 11.5 years and for the past 7 years Ive had a Firestone lifetime alignment. Lifetime alignment sounds like an awesome deal when you hold on to a car for as long as I have until you start chewing through tires, which is what happened to me. My most recent problem is that I started tearing through the inside of one of my tires and Ive gotten my alignment done every few months at Firestone because of it, the most recent was a month ago. I just got new tires a couple days ago and the car still didnt feel right to me so I went in to Jacks to give them a try. They give the impression that they are honest and not out to take money which is exactly what I wanted. They also found that my 1 month alignment was off and after they did the alignment my car FINALLY feels back to normal. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quick, honest, and quality work.

I always use Jacks. If something is wrong with the front end, they tell me at no charge. They also aim for the middle of the alignment spec, not merely in. Very down to earth and easy to talk to.

Pulled up at 9:57 for a 10am appointment and my truck was on the rack at 10:01. Was told about 30 minutes for the alignment and drive away at 10:28. They were honest, friendly, and didnt try to up sell me anything. Definitely recommend them over the chain stores that might be $10 less.

A hidden Gem.There are few choices for independent alignment shops in Colorado Springs,Jacks is among, if not the best.Appointments are often booked days or more in advance for good reason so plan ahead.As long as I live in Colorado Springs I will never use any other alignment shop.

Great shop, had both my cars aligned there within a few weeks of each other. Friendly and honest, no one tried to tell me my cars were broke and sell me unnecessary service. Almost 1/2 the price for an alignment from the dealerships want to charge. They will take care of you while you wait.

Customer service was horrible!! The owner was rude and abusive when speaking to ladies. He was very rude with my elderly mother when she went to him, he must not like return business. Learn to deal with customers in a professional manner or get off the front desk, costumer service is important! Dont send your loved ones here!
