This is a lengthy review, but I hope you stick it out to the end. Carl was able to come to my home as I have this grandfather clock that was more than 30 years old,very large and not something I could easily move and take to town. My dad built it for his parents, and it has not chimed since my grandma got sick with cancer and passed away. That was almost 14 years ago. He came in, quickly assessed what needed to be fixed, all it really needed was some adjusting, some oiling and a little lesson to me on how I needed to change the time or adjust the pendulum as needed if it was slow or fast. He did this in such a professional manner and he was so knowledgeable about clocks, about the chimes history and the words that go with it. After hearing it chime for the first time in 14 years it felt like my grandma was there in spirit and now every time it goes off I think of her and my my dad who put such care and love into it. Now my family can hear the clock that we heard for years at her house every time they come over. Thank you Carl, you do amazing work, your wife was absolutely wonderful to deal with on the phone and I will be recommending and using your services in the future! His prices were very reasonable as well. As a mobile business owner myself, I understand how they work and the cost involved .

I brought in an electric clock that belonged to my grandfather. I had accidentally dropped it. Not only did it get fixed, but you can’t tell it was ever broken. The inside of the clock was serviced as well and the clock now runs better than ever. The service was very friendly, affordable, professional, and done in a very timely manner. Carl came to my home to repair my grandfather clock. The clock would not stay running and the chime did not work. He was on time and very professional. He even removed his shoes before coming in. He worked on the clock for over an hour. Recommended a regular service every couple years, less that what the manufacturer recommends and said they he sends our reminder cards. I was expecting to pay well over a hundred dollars and was pleasantly surprised when he said $95. My clock is working great and sounds beautiful! I would definitely recommend Carl.

Fantastic service. Completely ethical, went in have a Tag repaired after another less scrupulous jeweler replaced a battery. Also had a Movado battery replaced. Fortunately the Tag required no repair, I was just not unlocking the mechanism correctly. At any rate, they were helpful, completely honest and didnt even charge me for the Movado battery! I ended purchasing two Polar heart monitors, it was a complete pleasure doing business with TCarls Clock & Watch Repair,! Will only go to them for my future watch repair/purchase needs.
