Mr. Grady - a truly skilled and kind man- and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with! I popped in with hitch trouble (and desperation having to leave in the morning with my trailer) and they gave me their full time and attention in getting it fixed and helping me get on the road on time. I am so grateful! Not one employee at this location was without a smile and you can tell this is a well-lead team! Thank you!!

Five stars for Roberto in the hitch installation dep. He was super helpful helping me figure out a complex problem when my suv wiring was not working with a trailer. It really wasnt his responsibility to help me but he went above and beyond to get everything working and set up. Managers reading take note- Roberto has awesome customer service qualities and good problem solving skills!

Dallas Garza is absolutely horrendous! She is a horrible person and has no idea how to take care of customers. Im so upset that she calls customers liars and doesnt value people. She is rude, condescending, and really tries to ensure she gives the worst deal and tries to screw you by giving you the incorrect truck. Dont rent uhaul! This women is horrible and isnt worth dealing with.

They charged me for three gallons of gas when I traveled exactly 9.1 miles total! You do the math on that one.

Used this place to rent a truck/trailer 3 times. The first time was because it was convenient, the last two times because I had to due to availability.If you enjoy waiting an hour in line to get a reserved truck, trailer, etc...then this is your place. All three times I have used this place, there were at least 8 people waiting in line and I have never seen more than one person working the counter. The employee behind the counter was nice and always complained that they have no help and the owner likes it this way to make more money. Well guess what, you will never see another dime of my money again. Oh and if you expect them to answer the phone, youll be waiting more than an hour for that too.If you need to rent U-Haul equipment, DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!

Good Experience - I have been to this U-Haul dealer many times over the past 15 years. I would say the people that they are hiring lately are getting better and better. The customer service is getting much quicker and more helpful. Reserve on-line if you want the process to go faster. The office area still smells terrible but you cant have everything. ;-)

No one behind the counter and there is 10 ppl standing in line...its now 36 mins later, two ppl have left and there is still six ppl in line.

Lady inside was nice. I was just there to get propane. Everyone else acted like they didn’t see me. I get it you’re busy but help the actual customer in front of you not the one potentially coming in later. Just seems backwards. I waited about 15min to be helped but nobody showed so I’ll go elsewhere.

Alex was very helpful and professional. However, for some reason that I simply cannot fathom there is no elevator for storage customers. So far anyone paying a hundred plus dollars a month in storage you will have to lug whatever youre storing, in our case appliances, up 2 flights of stairs. Absolutely insane that a huge company like U-Haul would be so unconcerned with their customers and.

It took an hour to get my trailer rental but Dallas was very nice despite being over welmed. I returned the trailer before drop off time and was given the ok all checked out. Not bad I thought until my wife and I get calls when I will return the trailer. Called them back and said I will get a call back confirming checked out. 4 hours later I get a call when will I return the trailer. I said you better check your parking. Give me a break. OMG

Twice I have reserved a trailer at this place, waited 30min to an hour, only for them to not have the equipment they confirmed a reservation for. Someone even called the day before to assure me they had the trailer I reserved.

Talked to a guy named Dre on the phone who gave us rates. We showed up and he said he had a 15 footer available, but then changed his mind and said he couldnt give it to us. He stated we could return the following day to get it, we told him we would be here to get it 9-10am the following morning (Sunday). He said there would be a very long line, but we could come as early as 5am to get it. We showed up at 8 and there was no one there besides someone maintaining the vehicles who told us we just had to download the app. The app showed no trucks available until 5:30pm. A huge revolving waste of our time. Went to a different company.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My mom was unable to make her payment on time due to being in the hospital and they except her to pay the late fee of double. Don’t except this place to be understanding because they indeed ARE NOT.

The staff is great and very helpful. The truck was in good running condition. The only problem I had was when I returned the truck after hrs I could not get online to return it. I called the next day and the customer service representative took care of it. Great bunch of people. I will use u-haul again.

All the staff were knowledgeable and very likable. They installed a hitch and tow harness on my luxury SUV. I had scheduled for an hour or two for the installation. It took Four Hours! You may ask why I still gave them four stars, because the service was excellent. The workmanship was beyond reproach and I now have a lifetime warranty on the hitch at any U Haul in the US. It was worth the wait. Thank you U Haul!

This place is a freaking joke! It is definitely the worst

U-haul is okay if you need a truck for a day, but youll really start paying for it if you need a truck from several days and touch take it a far distance. I think I rented a truck for four hours and paid nearly $100 for it. Once you include I insurance and such, there might be other options out there.Despite this, I feel the truck was in very good and clean condition. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly and I didnt otherwise feel cheated. I knew what I was signing up for.

Reserved a truck. When I arrived not only was my reservation set for the wrong time that I scheduled but they did not have the specified truck or any other trucks availiable for me. Turned what was supposed to be an easy quick move into a big hassle and ended up costing me extra money among the other things I had scheduled. Not sure Im willing to use this company again.

This U-Haul is great! We have rented a few times here and they are always very efficient. Also occasionally purchase propane here for our RV and they do a good job.

Great experience renting a truck. Staff were knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. I wasnt pressured into any additional sales and there were no hidden fees. I forgot to sweep out the back of my truck before returning and was permitted to sweep it out once I returned and avoided any additional fees.

Second time Ive been here and the same story: incompetent people, long wait times, wrong charges and now they demand two personal contact phone numbers that they then call to verify theyre real. Seems a poor way to treat good customers. Rented a 5x8 trailer which was in fairly poor condition. Pleasant people to talk to, but they need more training/knowledge.

My truck wasnt back yet and they gave me a smaller truck but no discount on said truck. Had to make an extra couple trips and spent more on gas as a result. Which cost me gas and mileage totaling about $65 more than what I would have aid had I received the truck that I reserved. I understand that customers dont bring trucks back on time but they should foot the bill and not me.

I have to join the long list of people who have had a poor experience at this U-Haul location.Went online and rented an open trailer - also completed the Express On-Line Check-in. Was scheduled to pick up the trailer at 7:00am. Stood in line with 3 other people while one attendant plodded through the check-ins. After 25 minutes it was finally my turn. Hmm, Saturday morning - maybe there should be more than 1 clerk to do check ins. I was all Express Checked-In so no problem, right?No. This location requires a 2nd contact person because we have so much theft. I give my wifes name and home number. Well, its 7am and shes not awake yet and doesnt answer the phone. Sorry, we cant rent you the trailer without her answering the phone. Wow, its a $18/day trailer. You have my credit card info, and my drivers license info. Nope, you cant rent it without her answering the phone.Drove home, woke her up and handed her the phone. Drove back to U-Haul and stood in line for another 20 minutes. Finally my turn, and since my wife now answered the phone I was granted permission to rent their $18/day trailer. I felt so good!If a second contact is required then put it on your web-site so that the renter knows this in advance. Final straw, rented a 5 x 9 trailer. After all the aggravation I get to move my piece of fitness equipment and it doesnt fit......a 5 x 9 trailer is really 43 wide by 9 long. I take the trailer back because its too small for what I need. Its 12:00 noon by now, I give up and wasted an entire Saturday morning over a $18 trailer.Horrible customer service, go elsewhere.

I am in the military and moving. Uhaul called 24 hours before my move to inform me they are not renting any trailers or trucks for moves outside of colorado and cancelled my reservation. This affects the entire military community in Colorado that is moving in the next 60 days. The lack of support for the military, who is moving because they are ordered to, is disappointing.

For the last week my husband and I have been running around frantically packing to move. We rented a 5 x 8 trailer at the last minute, and then had to turn around and come back and trade it for a 10 ft box truck. Uhaul made this experience quick and painless. Justin took care of the entire process, from checking back in the trailer to getting our box truck and setting it up. I would recommend this Uhaul a million times, thank you so much for making this new so easy!

Had some ups, had some downs with Uhaul. Ive rented trailers, had the hitch installed to my vechile, bought hitches, rented a unit for two years. Its safe to say these people have gotten to know who I am. I really appreciated Tina H. And her crew to take care of my needs for the past 3 years. I was impressed with the condition my stuff was in after two very long years of storage. My biggest complaint would be that whenever I call this location 1 out of maybe 50 calls will go to the store vs the corporation lines. So, this store location is not personable unless you request the managers phone, or district managers phone. Also dont try to pay with a pre paid credit card for your unit. Even if you get direct deposit to your account. They do not accept it, biggest pain in my butt. Money is money!

Do not rent a truck from here. They charged me double the miles I drove. From the rental office to my new home twice should be 22 miles altogether. But they can some how charge you for 50 miles. Definitely something shady going on here

Terrible service, waited 45 minutes for an appointment I had set 2 days earlier. I do not understand how the business is able to operate like this.

I’d give negative 5 if it were possible! Rico provided poor customer service, failed to acknowledge my presence when I entered into the establishment but quickly engaged a patron that entered significantly after I did. He indicated his inability and unwillingness to answer my inquiries and suggested he didn’t have time to answer me. In addition, to his rude, abrasive & callous persona, I pondered if his actions were racially motivated.

We used this location for storage for three months. The facilities are nice and the location is convenient, but I had quite a few frustrating experiences with customer service. On three separate occasions I arrived to find that the sliding doors to the storage were turned off and had to wait for a staff member to unlock them. When we no longer needed our unit, we called several weeks in advance to set up a cancellation. When we moved out I checked in with one of the staff members and he said we were good to go. However, I was charged for an additional month two days later. After talking to someone at a call center for half an hour, I was sent an incorrect invoice that still showed a balance due and had to call again and was transferred three times before anyone could tell me what was wrong. Not sure I would rent here again. Parking is also a hot mess.

I reserved a trailer a day in advance and after waiting for over a hour in line to pick it up I was told I could not because someone else had reserved it first. I was never contacted before hand about the issue with the overlapping reservations. The woman did not even offer me an alternative or an apology about the mixup. She just stared at me waiting for me get out. It is a shame that I will not be useing Uhaul again after I have done all of my business through them.

I have never dealt with a company that has been around for such a long time be so unprofessional. I made an appointment for 130 but opted to drop my car early due to some other appointments I had!! When I dropped it off I was told they had double booked but it was ok because someone else was coming into help!! After not hearing anything by 6oclock I call and stay on hold for 20 minutes only to be disconnected I then recieved a call from a very rude man stating that he didnt have time to get to my car and I asked why he hadnt called me earlier and said because the internet was down and he couldnt get my phone number!! He then stated what did I want him to do and did I just want to reschedule!! I said no I would come and pick it up! I arrived back at the location to only one person in the office and a long wait line so I asked the woman behind the desk if I could just get my keys, the same man who called me came and seemed very annoyed and couldnt find my keys after waiting a few minutes he found them and very rudely said here so I asked him if I could have my paperwork as well he handed it to me and stated I should try another location next time!!! I looked at my paperwork and asked him why did he tell me he didnt call due to internet issues when my phone number is printed on the paper to which he said and whats your point and walked away!! I left with an incomplete job and a ruined family weekend not to mention a lost day and a $15 dollar uber ride!!! I work in customer service and can not believe that this kind of service is acceptable!!! I would really appreciate if I could get a supervisor or customer relations person to call me to handle this issue!

I had a reservation for today. I went there, this place had only two people working .I made a reservation for a reason so that i dont have to wait.....i highly dont recommend this place. If you are trying to reach somewhere on time please do not rent from this place... They dont have enough worker and they have people waiting on line for hours even though you have a reservation there. There customer service was zero. I asked one of the lady who was outside if she could help me,she said no and i have to wait on line even though i had my reservation. This did not make any sense for me. . I am done with u haul. My second time bad experience with this company.

Currently waiting for service. It has been over half an hour for a trailer rental. I filled out the pre renters paperwork and it still took 30 minutes before we were even asked what we needed. Slow, incompetent and unable to complete a full task before helping another customer.

I need to refill my propane tanks regularly because I am living in a Motorhome. I am also disabled. They are great about loading and unloading the tanks and only charge for the exact amount of propane I get. They have been very helpful and professional.

I have used this location several times. I have never had an issue. Customer service was great. Never a delay getting my truck, they have even worked with me on returning the truck later than forcasted.Will use their truck every time for my moving needs.Thank you

Do not use this location for a trailor hitch installation. They do not answer the phone. All calls route straight to customer care who cannot help you.After confirming your appointment in writing they will change it without consulting you last minute. I am now unable to get a hitch installed in time when i had this appointment scheduled and confirmed via email early this week. Avoid this store and general manager Steve if at all possible.

Not excited your there. Look and act tired at 10 am. A sign says to wait for a service representative, the guy be hind me went in and brought one out, one finally showed up to help me. Then forgot to check the miles after I told him. Finally, turning the truck in was complete and the other guy was long gone. If your patient, dont mind slow people, its a good place. This is the most appalling uhaul ive ever seen. Always short staffed, i waited 20 minutes before i went inside to see why nobody answered the call button for prooane station when the lady at the desk said she was the only one certified while she is renting vehicles, meanwhile her other coworker is wandering outside doing nothing but apologizing that the wait was gonna be a while. I wouldnt recommend anyone ever visiting this business for a simple 20lb lp cylinder refill its not worth it. This business shouldnt offer services it cannot provide. They didnt care of my complaint thats what pissed me off extremely you have to care about your customers apparently they do enough business they can brush away the small things, not impressed.

It is 10:38 AmI pre reserved a week agoI have been in line awaiting service over 45 minutes I checked in early which was pointless at this point I asked if they could compensate me for my time in regards to mileage simply refused. The guy was not pleasant. I am not happy at all with the service, while waiting in line they have the door open you can hear employees attaching hitches the loudest noise ever, with music blasting on top of that noise, its very hot in hear too, I mean I absolutely appalled at the poor service I was given, keep in mind Im still in line awaiting to be served, they have about 10 people in line, with only only one gentleman serving whos name is Steve.Dont ever rent here, its horrible I plan on tweeting my followers on this location.Its worth driving to another location for better service, they simply blamed the hold up on computer system issues, not acceptable.Its now almost an hour awaiting service.#ElliezMadness

Do not go here if you want quality service. I have had several conversations with Barbara, the last of which was today. I was trying to describe a part that was needed for a trailer and she kept talking over me. When I finally was able to begin describing what I needed she hung up on me. She needs to QUIT talking over people. I will never go there or call there again.

This is a review of this locations propane refilling service. I had a great experience refilling my BBQ propane tank. I learned that in almost all circumstances, having your BBQ tank refilled is a better deal than exchanging for a pre-filled tank. This is a great location to have this done! They are open relatively late compared to other refilling locations, they have a button you press next to their propane fill-up station which you press to get carside service. It takes 5 minutes, it costs around $16 and you are on your way!

Will never use u-haul again. I had a truck reserved at this location to pick up tomorrow, to move to California friday, and I got a call today saying that we now have to pick up the truck in Pueblo, an extra two hours away, even though we had a truck reserved in Colorado Springs. Not to mention that was already an inconvenience because we live in Littleton. When I called to ask why this had happened and what could be done about, I first had to tell the story to six different representatives, and when I finally got to talk to someone that could actually help, they said there was nothing that could be done about the situation. They said my choices were to cancel the reservation or to drive to Pueblo. Highly unacceptable when Im supposed to be picking up the truck tomorrow and that there is not compensation offered or even any understanding of the situation. Again, never using u-haul again. Especially when they can apparently change reservations for their own convenience or lack of communication about resources available.

They flat out stole from me. I had purchased a tow hitch online and after scheduling conflicts arose the vehicle I bought it for had degraded and I stopped driving it. They installed my part on someone elses vehicle and claimed that I was lying and wouldnt give me my money back. It was pretty easy for them to accuse me of lying since they had an easy process, the manager took what I told him, made up another story that was not what I had told him and then whenever I spoke to people at u-haul they just said my story didnt match this managers and so I was a liar. Never got my $250 back. Dishonest thieves here. Avoid at all costs

Bad Hitch WiringUpdate 6/20/2017 - UHaul issued a refund for the harness and labor once my complaint was escalated via the corporate customer service route. Giving an extra star for the appreciated response.The harness I paid $120 for was apparently the wrong one for my vehicle according to the installer (announced at my appointment after waiting a week to get in). Wanting to be ready for Memorial Day weekend I agreed to have the installer bypass the harness by splicing directly into the tail light wiring. I was assured this would work fine. Unfortunately I didnt test with our trailer until the day before our camping trip. It didnt work! Took it back to Uhaul where it seemed to work with one of their small trailers...except the running lights which hadnt been hooked up...more splicing. Took it home and hooked it up, didnt work. So after spending most of the long Memorial Day weekend and all the following week trying to get things working I finally took our car to a Ford service center (after scheduling out another week of course) which educated me about modern day auto circuits. Apparently the little black box thats tied into the harness and that was bypassed, is a taillight converter unit that protects the body control module of the car from overdrawing current. Thankfully the circuitry is well designed and didnt get fried. Instead, when it detected the extra current it just shut down that part of the BCM and didnt send anything at all. Dont ask why it worked on Uhauls little trailer and not with my popup. Amount of extra current needed by the popup? Dont know. Given the experiences Id already had with the installer, the bad advice and all the wasted time, I decided to take the Ford service centers advice on another place to have the wiring redone. $170 later I have a properly wired passenger van and can pull our popup. Ive tried to get a refund from Uhaul for the harness and labor associated with the wiring but have so far been unsuccessful. My experience trying to get anyone from this location to return a call has been another source of frustration but I wont elaborate on that!

Dont use Uhaul at this location. We had the worst experience possible. We rented a truck and made reservations at 3105 N. Navada Ave. Colorado Springs, CO. We got to the Uhaul truck with a free month of storage based on their promotion. We got to this Uhaul storage location at 7:00 am and were told we had no reservation there. So we had to drive the truck all over from one unit to the next based on what this manager had told us. Mind you we were doing this on my sons 3rd birthday. We had to turn our truck in by 1:00pm so were finally sent back to the original storage place at 12:30 pm to off load truck. We took the rest of our day offloading truck. My son was asleep before we finished and we missed giving him a cake. Well, trying to be reasonable we chalked it up to a couple of mistakes gone bad. So we are in middle of buying our first home and all of the sudden Uhaul pulls out 139.95 out of our bank account four days later. So we almost lost our home because they pulled this money out of our account without our knowledge almost putting us in the negative with our bank account. When trying to work through both of these problems we had countless different transfers and no one that could help. Unless you are whiling to be ignored and transferred for days on end to resolve an exspensive issue as our problem was then dont use this Uhaul. Worst experience with a company ever.

Avoid U-Haul in general and this location in particular. Told one thing on the phone and another in the store. Reserved a 26 truck only to find out they had a 20. Then switched to a trailer and got sent on a wild goose chase between stores. Return was even worse.

Slow and under staffed is the least of their problems. No signs leading to the **** dirt parking lot in the back.

Under staffed. After spending 40 minutes to rent a trailer, the tech would not spend 2 minutes to hook up a ground wire to make the lights work. Instead, he unhooked the trailer and told me he couldnt rent it to me. Do yourself a favor and AVOID this dealer.
