New owners! They quickly straighten out billing errors left from the previous owners and when we went into our box Dray stopped what he was doing and had it out and ready for us upon our arrival. Super polite and friendly.

Terrible customer service will never use uhaul again for the rest of my life. Rented a pick up from them over a month ago payed cash which i regret and will never do again. Not only was this rental a month ago. I paid 55 dollars cash. Woke up this morning to a 160 dollar charge on my account. Leaving me unable to pay my rent. Not only did the lady i spoke to refuse to help me. She refused to listen to a word i said interrupting my every attempt to speak. User Beware they are thieves.

The one employee this afternoon was too busy writing down info about the unrented trucks to actually come in and actually rent one to the customers he saw walk in and chose to ignore. Inside of the office looked very dirty and disorganized. We obviously took our business to the Rockrimmon location and were greeted promptly.

BEWARE: They need a live person to answer a phone and confirm your identity or they will not rent to you. I reserved a truck online in advance, caught an Uber over early in the morning to pick it up and everyone I knew was still asleep and unavailable to answer the phone. They refused to rent me the truck, even though they had my drivers license, credit card, home address, phone number and email address. Had to catch another Uber to take me to a competitor. The attendant there, Catherine, just said sorry, its policy. They dont tell you this in advance on their website or when you speak to them on the phone. This is a ridiculous policy!

So, Being Related to Hellmers, was a former friend of Hellmers, Hellmers best friends, Hellmers best friends girl friend, oh and the nice looking waitress from his local bar hangouts. Unless these categories match you, DONT APPLY! Hellmers friends and family oh and theat pretty lady are being hired on at upwards of $20.00+ with no Uhaul experience, surpassing people who been loyal for 5-10 years slaving away at bare bones minimum wages. Theres Something wrong when a Petty lady starts out @18.50 an hour, making more than a general manager working 60 -75 house a week. With years of experience. Hellmers greed and horrible Mistreatment of Hard working Americans is being tolerated by billionaire Joe Shone CEO Of Uhaul. I Highly doubt thats how this company grew to be this huge. The founder of this company Would be appolled probably vomiting Everytime the name Hellmers is spoken...
