I paid 410 dollars 3 weeks ahead of time for an appointment to install a hitch. I was quoted three hours and came back after 2:30 to discover they had just then conveniently started right at that moment and it would be another hour and a half. I was told there’s nothing to be done for it. Hope you guys enjoy getting your ratings tanked. Maybe you should consider employing competent people instead of lying about how long work will take. Super curious to know what the point of making a reservation is when you apparently can’t manage to install a hitch on a basic suv in under 4 hours. 2 stars because I did get a discount out of it.

They were great to work with. I had an issue and they were fantastic! Everything was ready to go. I would recommend and the prices reasonable.

Installed my trailer hitch quickly when everyone else was on back order (2018 Rogue SL). Technician did a great job with install and didn’t permanently remove or alter anything on my vehicle. Wiring comes out the back hatch but it stays protected in my car and adds a deterrent to thieves. Would recommend for trailer hitch installation.

Booked a trailer for a cross country move. We checked in via the app two days early. Went to pickup trailer at this location. Did all the paperwork and paid via debit card. We were told that a tire needed to be changed on the trailer. About 30 minutes later, the rep told us the tire was fused to the trailer and wouldnt come off. She told us that she made arrangements at a franchised location for us to pick up another trailer. We wouldnt have to do anything but pick up the trailer. Get to the other location, had to redo the paperwork. Doing so, found out that the other location reversed the transaction and that the funds paid, were being refunded (which takes 3-5 business days). We had to pay again at the franchised location. Needless to say, not being told and having to deal with the financial issues made this a very unpleasant experience.

Great rates, fast friendly service, wonderful people.Ill be back for more rental purposes.

1 star - I dont believe they even want you to rent a trailer. What a complete waste of time and resources. I drove to the Falcon location after being told they had what I needed. Upon arriving they confirmed they were incorrect. Drove 13 miles back into town only to get the same runaround. This company needs some work. Extremely disappointed in their processes, not the workers, but what youre put through to get the trailer.Update: March 2021.5 starsI gave this place another shot and it seems things have really changed (at least to get a moving vehicle, not sure about the tow hitches or trailers). I have had to use them four times in the past month and I have been extremely pleased every time. Thank you for getting your location together.

So, Being Related to Hellmers, was a former friend of Hellmers, Hellmers best friends, Hellmers best friends girl friend, oh and the nice looking waitress from his local bar hangouts. Unless these categories match you, DONT APPLY! Hellmers friends and family oh and thet pretty lady are being hired on at upwards of $20.00+ with no Uhaul experience, surpassing people who been loyal for 5-10 years slaving away at bare bones minimum wages. Theres Something wrong when a Petty lady starts out @18.50 an hour, making more than a general manager working 60 -75 house a week. With years of experience. Hellmers greed and horrible Mistreatment of Hard working Americans is being tolerated by billionaire Joe Shone CEO Of Uhaul. I Highly doubt thats how this company grew to be this huge. The founder of this company Would be appolled probably vomiting Everytime the name Hellmers is spoken...

Horrid customer service horrid

You have to make an appointment, but they dont even check you on for a half an hour. Terrible service. There are 5 people waiting in line, one person working, and NO sense of urgency. I even have an email with an appointment time 3 hours earlier than they have in their system.
