This place is very clean, the lockers are inside a building that has only one entrance to keep everything secure, the lockers have alarms that you can turn on and off when you are there.Every employee I spoke to was very kind and helpful! The inside of the building is kind of a maze but there are maps located in many different spots to help if you get lost. It is air conditioned inside, though it is not cold, just not hot.The unloading zone is big enough for 4 trucks, and when we were there it was very busy. Though that was during the middle of the day, on a weekend, at the end of the month. I cant complain about that.Pricing is very fair considering the quality of what you get, and insurance is very reasonable as well.

Horrible Management!! I rent there currently due to relocation. However, while being in florida they decided to renovate the building and contacted me because they have to move my unit. When I flew in from florida to supervise the move, marissa ( their coordinator for the move) was out golfing rather than scheduling the movers.the office I rent from stated that they dont have nothing to do with it all. I flew to Colorado for no reason! Then she assured me to reimburse me for the current month, plus 2 month for free, which didnt happen because uhaul now charged me a late fee and deducted the amount once again from my account. When you call them,they blame each other and a manager is never around. Very bad experience!!

The staff is friendly and quite straight forward. There is nothing much to talk there. But what I like is that they have everything from moving boxes to appliances carrying straps to almost anything you may need to move your stuff. So it is like one stop shop for any movers need

EXTREMELY nice staff. They were also very efficient. My boyfriend were in and out of there with a truck in less than 15 minutes which was awesome. If I or anyone else I know ever needs a uhaul again, I would come to this location. Theyre also open later than most other locations which is a huge plus.

They do not care about proper communication. I had a trailer hitch installation appointment scheduled, and they did not call me until the day before to let me know one of the parts was on back order. I let them know that I was moving in four days and it had to be done before. They said they would call me the next day and ensure they had the part in time for the move. I did not hear a word from anyone, so I called the next Monday (when they said they would have it installed by) and they waited to tell me that the part was still not in. I was supposed to move the next day, but unfortunately I cannot because their lack of care and communication. If you are in a rush to get something done, I would NOT recommend going through this business.

Jason the GM was absolutely incredible to work with! He got me a truck last minute, walked me through the entire rental process, explained everything perfectly, and on top of it was handling multiple walk-ins and phones ringing off the hook! Impressive to say the least!! He needs some big kudos and a big raise. Highly recommend this location!

Buyer beware! The GM....Jason Carr is the worst! Void of any customer service skills. Made to feel like we were being booked into prison. Was rude and condescending. Will try to add extra charges to your rental for insurance and rude. There are other options... Skip U-haul!

Nice enough staff and facility, but the rental process is offensive and intrusive.They first required that they call my phone to demonstrate that I gave them a valid phone number. They next wanted to call and record a conversation with an “emergency contact”. It was 8 in the morning and I did not want them calling anyone at that time of day. This “emergency contact” was clearly not for any emergency I might have, but a reference they could contact if there were problems with the rental.If I show up with a valid driver’s license and a credit card, I expect to get a vehicle. No extra steps. That is not U-Hauls’s business model, and I will be looking for alternatives.

Not very happy. I drove across town and the corner of the building where my things are at is closed off by the fire Marshall and they dont know when it will be open! Now i.have to.go buy thr things I need. Calling corporate. I shouldnt have to pay for this month!

This is the cleanest, fanciest storage place Ive ever seen. Also seems very safe. Jason was super helpful. He took me to my unit when he saw I wasnt sure where it was, and when he realized I just was retrieving the lock Id forgotten, he offered to check me out at the dock - I thought I would have to go back. I saw his picture on my paperwork later. turns out hes the general manager.

I’ve been debating writing a review for a week, but I need this to be brought to someone’s attention.I rented a uhaul here on March 3rd, and arrived to pick it up at 7am. There was one employee working, who if I remember correctly had a manager badge (I thought it said Gavin, but I could be wrong). Anyways, he opened the doors for me and told me to wait by the counter to check out my Uhaul because he had another customer he was assisting on the phone. As I stood by the counter, this employee put the customer on speakerphone and started helping him rent his Uhaul. This older gentleman had NO idea he was on speakerphone... so I just uncomfortably listened to this employee helping this older man over the phone. Then when he was ready to check out, this employee KEPT THE MAN ON SPEAKERPHONE while he gave him his credit card number for the Uhaul. I was standing right by the stacks of boxes and was tempted to write it down simply to prove a point to the employee (I didn’t and it would have solely been for the purpose of proof). I was appalled. This gentleman over the phone gave the credit card number, expiration, CVC and his name all over the speakerphone having no idea I could hear it all. I am thankful I was the only one in the building, but oh my gracious. The disregard for protecting personal information was astonishing.What’s sad if our Uhaul worked great and I would have given a 5 star review for the Uhaul had this employee not disregarded this mans privacy. I hope this gets taken care of.

My wife and I rented a 15 U-Haul truck this past weekend for help hauling stuff for our sons wedding and had an amazing experience with this U-Haul company! I especially appreciate Jason who helped us to make all of our arrangements, answered our questions, and treated us with respect. Our truck was ready on time, clean and in good shape when he drove it out of the U-Haul parking lot, worked well mechanically, met our needs in every way, and there was a U-Haul employee right there to accept it back on time and email a receipt to us. Excellent service.

I was looking for a particular unique box and could not believe they had it. It was the perfect size and did not cost much. Saved me a lot of time trying to find it. This place has everything for your packing needs.

I made an appointment online for an 8am drop off for a hitch appointment. Upon arrival the part isnt in and they had to reschedule. I was understanding that the part hadnt been received but I was not happy that I didnt receive a call before driving half a hour. The following week I get a call confirming the part has arrived and asking if I would like to bring my car in again. I said I can do tomorrow if it can be done by 3 because we have somewhere to be at 4 otherwise I will schedule for later in the week. Well...6 hours later we missed our class and the hitch installer said it was because he ran into issues... the lack of time management and communication skills at this location means I will look to another location for my needs.

I turned in a rental truck from uhaul on Woodmen road and had an overall positive experience. However, when I used a storage unit there and paid for 24/7 access, the alarm went off every time I entered the area (I was careful to get a check-in confirmation as well as to enter my pin at the second keypad to enter). It happened over a dozen times over 3 days. When I talked to a uhaul rep on the second day, he brushed it off and said not to worry, that the cops wouldnt show because we checked in. After enduring the blaring noise on day 3, I called the customer service number and they submitted an email to the general manager. He called me promptly and apologized and said they would get the issue fixed.

Jason is amazing. He knows his business and can multi-task like a first-responder. This location has everything you need. My products were clean, my equipment reliable. Highly recommend this location.

I moved to Colorado from California. U-haul upgraded me from the 10ft truck to the 15ft truck for nearly no additional cost when I wanted to change my pickup time (if not free, I cant remember exactly). The rate was better than pods even considers gas and hotel prices. And the employees at this specific location were very courteous and helpful with the drop-off.

The tire ripped/ stripped after driving 30-40 miles. Uhaul roadside waiting time is over 3 hrs and Uhaul won’t give me an other truck, refund me my money or at least apply an inconvenience discount. My trip will now be delayed witch means I’m paying the movers for an extra day, an extra hotel night here and I’m loosing a day of work on my destination location. That’s a loss of over $500 on my end! Stay away from Uhaul, their inspections are obviously not up to standards and they will rent you a truck with old tires that are about to rip and possibly get you in an accident.**roadside assistance actually had to change two tires. The ripped tire and an addition tire that was extremely worn out , just an accident waiting to happen!.

This location is terrible. After 40 minutes of back and forth I ended up cancelling my order. Went to Parkside Storage over at 5905 N Nevada Ave. Had a much better experience and was driving a truck in 10 minutes.

Excellent! Ive rented trailers here a number of times. The location gets better every time Ive come by. They have made some big improvements to the store and the parking areas. Matt is a very attentive manager. U-Haul has a big website and you can set up a reservation in advance. This is the thing to do if you want to streamline the check-in process.

Brittany and Chris were so freaking helpful ! My girlfriend and I moved from Virginia to Colorado and had a 15 ft truck with a dolley attached (towed a Honda Civic). It wasnt until we had the truck packed to capacity before we discovered none of the cigarette outlets were working. I have portable chargers so we made it work.When I told Chris of our problem he immediately jumped to it, contacting whoever it was in corporate that deals with this type of thing and the next day we got a nice little (and very unexpected) reimbursement! Out of all the many times Ive dealt with large commercial companies, these guys insisted we left satisfied. Highly recommend THIS location in particular!

Had an appointment for a hitch install this afternoon. Showed up well before my appointment time. Got checked in, they started the job early and got done way before the estimated time. I have used this location a few times now and they meet or exceed my customer service expectations each time. I would absolutely recommend going here for your moving needs.

Very friendly staff. Im pleased with UHAULs move toward embracing technology to make the process a smooth one. The reason for 4 stars is that they were very short staffed. There was one poor guy tending the whole place. Three people, including myself, showed up within 15 minutes, and the wait was quite long. Aside from that, I was pleased with the overall experience.

The guys that work here are really nice but are encouraged by corporate to have everyone go through the uhaul website even if youre in the building. Save yourself the time and frustration and dont bother going inside until youve done the fast and convenient 🙄 speedy check in. Otherwise leave yourself at least 45 minutes to rent a truck/trailer.

Staff was very rude & basically refused to help me and told me to do everything on my cellphone then walked away from me then told me i could only have the truck for 6 hours so I couldnt even finish my move without having to borrow my friends truck the next two days, after spending money with uhaul. They wouldnt answer my questions and a few days later I got a phone call where the manager said he was sorry but didnt make my horrible expirience right. I wouldnt recommend Uhaul to anyone. At least not this location

Great indoor storage. Plenty of moving equipment to assist. Can be confusing the first time or two, the layout can be tricky. Thanks for the secure container! If you are looking at getting a unit here, bring your own circular lock, or you can buy one there, it doesnt come with the price of the unit.

We had originally gone to the Uhaul off of Nevada but we were ignored and never even acknowledged by the two employees. After standing there for 20 minutes we left and went to the Woodmen location. When we got there the employee was busy but acknowledged us and mentioned he was a little backed up as he was the only one there. First representation of great customer service. Second on our pick up day the employee Eddie was wonderful. He answered all our questions and made sure we were all set. It’s our first time renting a Uhaul and Eddie made sure to take care of us. Thank you!!!

Got home to realize the supplies I ordered were not In the back of truck like the rep said. So of course I had to drive 20 something extra miles on the truck to find a store that had the item. Last weekend I rented a U-haul truck from Plano, TX to move to Colorado Springs. My father talked me out of getting the insurance (because my car insurance will take care of any damage). I talked the manager in Plano, TX (75093) Ashley Perry, to do a walk around inspection because the guy who checked me in, did not do one at all and there was a LOT of unmarked damage to the truck. Ashley put a multitude of little Xs all over the truck on all 4 sides and bumpers on the inspection report...and I took several photos. I had asked her about the rock-chips all over the truck and she said that we do not count those....so she did not mark the hood nor the windshield at all for the multiple rock-chips on the inspection report. I signed off with the inspection and went to my house and packed the truck. I drove the truck with my son for 10 hours to get to Colorado Springs. The movers unloaded my stuff last night and I then cleaned out the truck, folded my moving blankets neatly and returned the truck and blankets late last night. I had returned the truck to Tiffany Square U-haul (Colorado Springs) and dropped the key in the night-drop-box after I had checked it in online. This morning I get a call from Matt Stempson at Tiffany Square U-haul in Colorado Springs, to tell me that the windshield has rock-chips in it and they are going to have to replace the entire windshield and charge me for it. Thats funny, my son and I dont remember any rocks hitting our truck at all. I think we would have heard that...especially more than one. I immediately head over there to discuss it with him and see this damage that I did not cause. I tried to explain to Matt that Ashley (the manager in Plano, TX) had said that they do not count the rock-chips, so she had not marked them (my father, is an attorney, and was a witness to her saying that)...but Matt has insisted that I must have caused these new tiny chips in the windshield and now must charge me $425.50 to replace the entire windshield....which is ridiculous! All I know is that my son and I did not hear nor see any rocks hit our U-haul truck anywhere, so either the SafeMove insured family that had previously rented that same truck got hit with the rocks that made the chips, or the highway (with fast moving cars and trucks) directly above the spot where I had parked the truck in order to return it (required to park there), had rocks falling off of the highway trucks onto the below U-haul truck all night and parking the truck there, caused the chips in the windshield. One of those 2 scenarios are what caused the rock-chips in the windshield...not when I had rented the truck. Also, please inform the manager in Plano (75093) Ashley Perry, that rock-chips do in fact count and that she should have notated the many rock-chips on the hood as well as on the windshield to have avoided me having to pay $425.50 (that I can not afford, and under my $500 deductible) to supposedly have a windshield totally replaced because of 2 tiny rock-chips.After U-haul makes me pay this $425.50 for the tiny rock-chips damage....I highly doubt that U-hual will actually replace the entire windshield. U-haul intends to just pocket the money and make more of a profit this year...meanwhile, messing a single mom like me over for profit-gain. I hope that this makes you very proud as a company U-haul.I sent the photos of the rock-chips to my insurance ....they said that the chips should cost no more than $10 each to repair. Which I am happy to pay the $20. Also, the insurance on the truck should pay for a free chip repair per year.
