In such a rush to go home early despite their posted closing time of 7pm. My boyfriend wanted to pamper me after he was off with dinner and a pedicure. I called to book a 6pm and was told by the person taking the reservation, they like to go home early but they will stay for us.We arrived 15 minutes early. My boyfriend got a salt scrub, I requested a deluxe, and he asked they get my sides and bottom real good. A clear was not put over my nail color and we felt a bit rushed. They seemed to be having a heated discussion but since they spoke in another language we felt uncomfortable. See photos for the end result when we got home.

I was referred here to have Bo do my nails. They are gorgeous! She is wonderful! They arent too thick either! Ive always had an issue with getting burned when filing but that didnt happen.

Amazing nails! My sister and I came in and were seated right away! The staff was extremely friendly and great conversationalists! And even better then wonderful customer service, We walked out with beautiful nails which looked exactly like we asked. They exceeded expectations!!!

Omgoodness I cannot express how amazing they were! My mom and I both went and got pedicures and it was so much fun everyone was so nice and friendly which can be hard to find at most nail places. Their prices are so reasonable and the lady who did my nails (kim) was incredibly sweet and did a super great job! I will definitely be going back as soon as I can!

My daughter and I called, wanting spur of the moment pedicures after 6pm at night! We had no real hope of getting in anywhere and several places that close at 7 made it clear they werent interested in working the last hour. Not this place! The owner said come on in and although shed actually closed up early that day due to slow business, she and another worker met us at the shop for one of the best pedicures Ive ever had. A real treat for my high school senior too! They wore masks and seemed to take extra precautions to keep us Covid safe - went above and beyond in every way. Thank you!

Love this salon, Different prices to work for any budget. I have gone here for years and have never left unsatisfied. Brought my daughter and her friends for a pedicure and while they waited for me to finish my service the owner offered water and snacks to my kids. The owners are so very kind and do great work!

I was very disappointed with my dip manicure. All of the nails were chipped after 2 hours with the new set. The facilities were not very clean either. I didn’t go back to the salon to have them fix my nails either, it didn’t seem worth it to have them do a terrible job the second time.

I love how they remembered my name from the start, she’s fast, awesome price. I drive 25 min just to go get my nails done here. They appreciate your business and take the extra step.

Not impressed. Way overpriced and understaffed. 1 nail tech!!! Though I called 30 min in advance to make sure two of us could get in at same time and was told yes. Pushy. Prices insane!!! $35 for tips and another $15 for gel. 1 coat of polish on French! Nails uneven but she is still working on my daughter and I’m trying not to ruin my kid’s day by complaining. Filthy. And after paying these prices you’re told to put your own lotion on.

I really enjoyed my time here. I made an appointment and although I arrived a couple of minutes early, they were more than ready. I really loved the experience!! I got a manicure and pedicure gel with French tips. My feet and hands are so soft! And my eyebrows are superb.

I took my 13 yr old and USAFA cadet daughter for mani and pedi.... they were very nice. efficient and professional. Treated us very well, even though we were clueless and hadn’t done this before 🙃 very good prices and a fun morning for us to be together.Thank you!

Beautiful and quick. But they scammed me and my sister. They charged us way overpriced and didn’t even offer a receipt!! They took her card without letting her know how much it was and it ended up to be twice the amount it should have been! Not impressed with their customer service!! But I do appreciate the work they did on my nails.

I have very short mails because I bite them and Ive never had my nails done but I really wanted a nice look for my daughters wedding this weekend and Deluxe was recommended to me. Bo did an amazing job and knew exactly how to make my new nails look perfect👌

These nails I am posting are current and about a week and a few days old. You cannot reply to reviews so I thought I would debunk a review on here for anyone who is interested or scared. First of all, instead of reading reviews, you should go on in and try it yourself and form your own opinion. Second of all, Madi Arnold- she stated they had her hands sit in acetone which is false. They put your finger tips in acetone, yes but if you do not like the way they are doing something, you can always request them do it a different way. She also said the acetone caused weird remnants to stay on her hands. Acetone dries out the skin, you just need to moisturize it. Their licenses are on the wall, instead of being so quick to critique and judge maybe just look up? This Madi gal, came into the salon today acting a fool. Very unprofessional and immature. Screaming about how she wanted a refund and trying to make everyone in there doubt the nail technicians abilities. Instead of being civil she felt the need to show up in work out clothes? and tell everyone about how she was never going back. Hope to help! Do not listen to that review! Like I said, go in and formulate your own opinion.

Amazing customer service! The female owner is the only person I let touch my nails. She will fix any problem and if you’re not happy she will do it again and she even stayed open late for me and I’ve heard her over the phone stay open later for customers. Tried this place when my normal place was closed. The staff was nice but the quality of work was very poor. Thinking of getting a new set from my regular place after the fill I got here (uneven, lumpy, some extra thick, some not). I was excited to have a backup place to go, and their online prices were cheaper too. They charged me more at the store then what the price on their website says. For the quality of work I got, I will stick with the place I normally go to. (Fantasy Nails)

Very nice staff but really poor quality. I honestly could have painted my toes better and my acrylic nails have air bubbles or something in them... I get married in a few weeks which is why I got them done and now I have to get them redone somewhere I trust more. Sorry, it was not worth the $71 at all.

Came in for a quick fill. They werent quite ready at 9:00, more like 9:30-9:45, but she was quick and very nice. She tried a new design for me, and I think she did a wonderful job!

I would first like to say that I have been going to this salon for over a year, every few weeks, and I have NEVER witnessed anything negative about this location. The staff are so polite and understanding! I have come in 30 minutes before closing and have always been welcomed with smiles! If you dont like what they do.... ask them to fix it, they dont mind! Dont just sit there unhappy... same goes for anywhere else you go....You wont be disappointed with the service you receive here! They all go above and beyond! :)

Best salon in the springs. Very friendly staff. Willing to give upgrades if you waited (paraffin wax or hot stones) I have gone to several and this is the only one I would return to after moving here from out of state. Clean, nicely decorated. Not overpowering salon smell. Come see Bo or Kim. 😘

1st visit: I had a fantastic experience here! Im new to the area & was looking for a nice quiet place to have a dip manicure done. The workers are very friendly. The nice lady that did my dip manicure was so precise and very friendly. She did an amazing job! Went in a couple of weeks later to get gel on my toes. They did such an amazing job!!2nd visit: When I came back and had dip done by the man that worked there, the dip started chipping 3 days later. The lady was so much better. Spending that kind of money and having dip chipping 3 days later is unacceptable.

The first thing I noticed about this nails & spa salon was that it smelled fresh like nature and not chemical odors like acrylics and other products. I was offered a complementary drink. The person who did my nails engaged me in pleasant conversation. The nails (shellac) was done in a lovely french with color tip followed by warm mittens with a moisturizer and then a hand massage. It was truly a spa experience. This was a new owner and I could tell because the experience was definitely deluxe and not in name only.

I finally found the place nail salon I have been looking for. I wanted to keep my real nails and just get this new lacquer polish that I hear doesnt chip. So before my daughter went back to college and I went to Vegas, we went and got manicures and pedicures. Deluxe Nails said they did lacquer polish. It has been 2 weeks. Not a chip, not a scratch. My nails look amazing. I have hauled luggage through airports, done dishes and typed all day. They are still perfect.I will go back. It was so worth the money and its all my nails not tips, no filing my nails down so the acrylics stick and ruining my nails. WOW. Oh and the pedicure wasnt bad either. LOL It still looks perfect too.

I hate to admit that I went without a pedicure for a long time. Very long time. I actually stopped in to Deluxe because I did not want people I knew to see how bad my feet were! These folks were very busy on a Saturday and ran a small crew. They were the most welcoming, and very pleased to have a new guest. I explained how bad my feet were. I opted for the Royal pedi, which is the most expensive. Worth every penny! Kim did an AMAZING job. She did not skim over anything like a lot of pedicurists do. She was not letting me go until everything was right. I was extremely impressed. I also noticed, how they clean the pedi tubs, with great detail after a guest is done. I was thrilled with the personal service. Everyone was very kind and accommodating. I will be back for sure.

I went to get my dip nails redone, wasnt a great experience but wasnt the worst ever. They had my hands sit in the acetone to remove the old dip nails, which caused weird remnants to stay on my hand for the rest of the day - even after washing them over 6 times. I have to scrape each part of it off, not wash it off. It was not clear how clean the tools they used were so it made me wonder. Their licenses for doing nails were not out to be seen and noted, also creating doubt in my mind. Lastly, their kids were running around throughout the shop and yelling at each other from different ends. Not a fan.

I came in with my best friend and her family. This is the first time I’ve been to Colorado Springs and I must say, this is the best service I’ve had at a salon. Ever. I’m from Boston MA and not once was I talked to like I was a person and not just a customer. I carried conversations with the staff and actually laughed. I wish I could come back all the time to get my nails done here.

I don’t get my nails done very often, but when I do I always come here. The service is wonderful—I’ve become sweet friends with them:)They do a wonderful job with gel nails and pedicures as well. I always feel very pretty after coming through their care.Highly recommend!!

I have been having my nails done at Deluxe Nails and Spa since May of this year. Tom and Lee are so good at what they do!! My nails are beautiful!! I loved them so much that I had them do my daughters nails and pedicure for her wedding as well as her whole bridal party!! I have been going here for about one year and have been very pleased with Toms work. I have been getting pink and white nails and they are natural looking and the best I have ever seen! I am a former nail tech so I am very picky and he does an excellent job! I highly recommend him and his wife Lee. The salon is very clean and classy. Tom and Lee have an awesome nail spa. The pedicures are always so relaxing. The entire staff is very professional and yet friendly. I look forward to my spa day - knowing that my nails will look fabulous. Lee is great at waxing eyebrows - I always leave feeling pampered and relaxed.

I just read the review by Elena Janice and was appalled by what she had to say! Ive been going there for about two years. Ive known Jean for much longer than that. The staff in there are more than willing to please and if something is wrong, they will certainly fix it. They always ask if you like it and if you dont, they will fix it right away. I dont really know what happened. They are NEVER pushy into make you take something you dont want. Ive seen how they communicate with other customers and theyve never been pushy.If youve never had a pedicure before, how would you know it was bad? Not paint the pinkie? That is something thats unheard of. How could they miss it?Im sorry you had a bad experience, but I wish youd come back and give them another chance. As a customer and former cosmologist for over 19 years I ask you this. Its really not fair, not to give them another chance to make things right for you.

Nothing special...got a pedicure here but they didn’t take ANY of the dead skin off my feet. And I paid for the Deluxe pedi. The massage was great but I really needed help with my Troll feet. (Yes they are that bad.) I normally go somewhere in Monument hat does GREAT getting off dead skin and helping with the cracks but I wanted to find somewhere closer to home. This place isn’t it. Didn’t help my feet at all.

They were delightful...I have severely damaged nails and Bo made them look beautiful. Fast, affordable, Nd very knowledgeable. I will be back!

Such a nice, clean salon! I went for a mani-pedi with my elderly mother and aunt. The staff was very nice and extremely polite. Ben is the one to ask for if you want a deluxe pedicure. Their prices are reasonable too.

I have always had wonderful experiences at Deluxe. I know that Bo and the rest of the team wouldnt force anyone to get something done they didnt want. They are always asking you while they are doing your nails, be that a pedicure or fingers, whether or not you like it. They always immediately fix it if you are not happy. So I am disappointed at seeing such a horrible review. If you arent happy, you need to speak up and let them know so that they can make your time there pleasant.

I was really hoping I wouldnt have to make this review. I got a full acrylic set here a week ago as an early gift to myself. I got some beautiful nails done and I fell in love with them instantly, only did I realize a few days later they werent as beautiful as I thought. First off, I asked for coffin shaped nails, and only one is shaped correctly, all of the others are just squared-- thicker than the shape I asked for. I noticed that every single nail is a different shape and very, very crooked. The nails on my left hand are shorter than the ones on my right hand. The polish chipped half an hour after I left, even after drying them for a while also. As they are all beautiful, she rushed my nails and I wont be going back in for a fill. EDIT- Five minutes have passed since I wrote this review and I JUST broke a nail- Im very unhappy, its been 6 days, these are supposed to last a minimum of 2 weeks. One star.

I have been coming here for a year and a half, and I always get compliments from people about my nails. I think everyone should come here to get a manicure/pedicure. They keep things clean, and want to get to know you.

This place absolutely destroyed my nails. After a week of having acrylic on, my nails were hurting so bad any little bump would make them throb for hours. I took them off immediately and underneath my nail plate was destroyed. I have ridges and deep dents in every single nails as well as red lines throughout each. Plus she cut the skin under my nail with a file during the appointment. It’s not worth the price you pay.

I just love Tom and Lee, they make you feel like family and truly care for each person. Ive been going there for almost a year and have never lost a nail, thanks to Tom. And my lil piggies have never looked prettier thanks to Lee and their help! They also have kids pedi chairs that way you can also have a Girls Day there too. I took my daughter and we had a blast! I love Deluxe Nails and Spa!! This is the best place I have ever been to for my mani and pedis!! The owners are wonderful and the sweetest people ever!! They make you feel right at home and I consider them great friends! We know each other by name and they both truly treat me so well. Tom does an excellent job on my nails every time and I have never had any complaints! Lee, Toms wife, she gives the best, most beautiful pedicures that I have ever had!! I will continue to go to this salon for as long as I get my hands and feet done! The salon is very clean and comfortable with massage chairs and a large variety of services to choose from with the most affordable prices in the Metro area. Zero stars, She sat on the phone while I waited, then grabbed my big toe so hard I had to tell her how badly it was hurt 3 times. It still hurt. They talked sh*** in a different language the entire time. She keeps being rough with my big toe after. I had to pull my foot away! And say just do the other foot. Needly to say Im headed to urgent care....
