Upside: Car was clean and ran well. Gentleman at the counter was friendly and went over the car with me.Downside: Was late returning due to an accident on highway and had to pay for another full day, thought it couldve been prorated. Had filled up completely maybe 20 miles before returning. Was informed that car was not topped off and would be charged for their fill up if we didnt top off. Took to a local station and could only manage to get one gallon in it.Comments: The card you reserve with has to be presented at time of pickup or you start the process over again. Also, I had to give my social security number to use card which I dont like giving out. I would not go here again or recommend.

1st customer service upsold me a vehicle that didnt work in 4 wheel drive. Friendly service. I was comped for the upgrade.

I rented a car from this location and was very happy with my experience. They were able to accommodate my request to pick up the car a little earlier in the day, which was a plus. Also, the same lady who checked me in and out a week later had a wonderful demeanor and was very efficient. Ive had horrible experiences at the Airport locations so was very pleasantly surprised with the great Customer Service I received here. Kudos to the company and the employees at this location.

Ive rented from this location for several years but my most recent visit was simply incredible. The business is now under new management (a sister team) and they have already made a positive impact on the service provided. The fleet of vehicles available is diverse and EXTREMELY CLEAN. I was definitely not the easiest customer that day, needing changes with my rental, but with every interaction, both of these ladies were sincerely professional and accommodating. I have referred people to this location in the past, but now with this new management providing this type of service and cars that are so clean that they feel new, I feel like I will change my recommendation to you MUST go here instead of you should try them.

Tried for two days to return the car. I kept being met with a note saying they were moving trucks or no one at the location. Hours on door didn’t seem to align with when people would be at the location. I also tried to call the phone number numerous times but never was able to get through.

Rented a vehicle for one day. It was issued to me with half a tank of gas, I refused any refueling service at the time of the rental and returned the vehicle with 3/4 tank of gas. They charged my $53 for their fuel service.I contacted them and they refuse to reverse this fraudulent charge. And I quote The records we have indicate the vehicle was issued with a full tank and returned at 3/4. As we do not have documentation on the rentalagreement in our system, nor do we have any file supporting CustomerService was contacted about the fuel level immediately after the vehiclewas picked up, we cannot provide a fuel adjustment on your rentalagreement.So even they agree I left it filled with more than 1/2 tank, but they also put the responsibility of documenting the amount of gas in the vehicle at the time of rental to me, not their paid employees. This is an obvious and intentional scam.Please, avoid this place at all cost. There are plenty of other choices and they are all priced about the same. I recommend Enterprise just up the street on Nevada. Very nice and professional people unlike the scammers at Budget/Avis. Now I will have to do a credit chargeback. What a pathetic company.

FILTHY car. Being that I used to work at a different car rental company I was surprised at how quickly we were in and out of there. No walk around of the vehicle and pretty much no customer service other than when the papers were being signed. We werent walked out to the vehicle, we were just told that our car is in the parking lot to the left. When we got to the car it was covered in bugs and dirt. The inside was just as dirty and even had a dirty sock on the passenger floor board. We took a video walk around of the car for reference. I guess you get what you pay for.

We were able to get a deal for every week that we rented (which was for over a month) and we got to stay in the same vehicle which was super convenient. The process for renting was very smooth and the staff are courteous and attentive to our needs. It was only $10 for each time we had to extend our weekly rental and we made sure to contact the Garden of the Gods office directly. Dont call the 800-number because they just want to up-sell you & charge you outrageous amounts. Overall we had a great experience and would make future reservations with Budget.

I reserved the largest rental truck 10 days in advance. When I arrived they were all taken. They could only offer a small truck. When confronted why i wasnt notified in advance? i was told they were sold out the night before to other customers going out of the state because it pays more. The owner wants bigger jobs. They offered 25 miles free to compensate. We were delayed over an hour of our moving day calling around for a larger truck. We had to get a uhaul. Would have taken us more than 5 trips and 30 miles each trip. Today i get my credit card statement that i used to reserve the truck and was charges $50 for a no show. I will never used them and wait till they hear from me! Dont bother spending your money here

I ordered rental online. They had a coupon to get a free upgrade and when I showed up to pick up the car they upgraded me again. They were very friendly and easy to work with and I appreciate the extra effort to upgrade vehicles for me.

We needed a car for 6 adults, and were happy to get a 2016 Ford Explorer which was very comfortable and a perfect fit, at a great price.A very friendly and professional staff made this experience stress free and simple.Brett Bollinger and his wife know how to get repeat costumers, and we will be one of them for sure.Excellent service!

I came here because the rates were way lower than at the airport and I reserved it online. I think this is the easiest experience Ive ever had with a rental company. No hidden fees, no pressure to get their insurance and I got a nice car for really cheap.

I have rented two cars from this location over the last few weeks and both times my car was ready, clean and they had me out the door quickly. The staff there is very friendly, pricing is competitive. Ill definitely be renting from Budget again!

BEWARE! We rented a car here and upon leaving we noticed the car was dirty on inside. There was pet hair all over the back seat, something like frosting smeared on the backs of the front seat (visible in the back seat) and even footprints on the inside of the windshield on the passenger side. When we returned the car, I noticed almost $80 in charges I didnt recognize. Turns out they had added the daily ripoff insurance that we had told them we specifically declined and did not want! Watch your paperwork closely and inspect your car unless you want to be robbed with their insurance fees and drive around in a filthy car. I will never rent from Budget again!

I reserved and paid in full for a car rental using their website. They charged 500$ to my card for the rental. When I arrived to pick up the car, they told me they didnt accept my card. The website clearly stated that my card (visa) was accepted at that location. The attendant told me that I could call an 800 number to see about a refund to my card. After which they told me they would have to charge me a 150.00$ no show fee while I was standing in the store. Its a scam, they did nothing for me held my 500$ for a week, and charged me 150$ for giving it back.

I had to rent a one way car that day and all the other rental car companies I had called were booked my last choice was budget rental cars and it was the best choice!!! They truly did have last minute rentals and I got a really good car too!!! A 2015 Ford Explorer. I really did have to say thank you Budget Car rentals!!!

This was the only location in town that had a rental available on short notice. I left my kindle in the vehicle and they were able to send it to me. Great customer service and ethical.

Do not use! You will pay in full the night before, arrive on time having paid Uber and they wont have a car for you. Total wasfe of time. Then youll haggle to get a full refund!! Go to Enterprise around the corner!

This place is horrible. They over charged us for fuel and a cleaning fee. When I asked for proof of what was cleaned up they couldn’t provide me with anything, and had to call the 1-800 to get a receipt, which was useless. I like Budget but next time I am using Penske which is what my sister used to move here.

Staff was friendly however the rental we reserved was filthy. Not only was the car not vacuumed from the previous renter, it had dirt, Cheerios and I can’t forget the dirty sock I stepped on while getting in on the passenger side. The outside was just as bad. The entire car was dusty & dirty and the front windshield had bugs caked on, making it almost impossible to see out of the area of the wipers reach. Very disappointed in the condition on the rental. Luckily, we only had it for the weekend.

The gentleman that helped me was very nice and polite but the vehicle was VERY dirty and the windows had childrens fingermarks all over them. Fortunately, I had some time before I needed to leave so I asked him to wash it because I was taking customers out to lunch. He did, but it was still dirty. I ended up cleaning it more myself before seeing my customer. I arrived to return the vehicle at 7 a.m. (Opening time) the following morning and they were closed. I phoned and was told I could leave the key in the drop box, but the brochure I was given says not to leave it. When I mentioned that, he said he would be there in 15 minutes. If I hadnt had time to have it washed, I would have been picking customers up in an embarrassingly dirty vehicle.

I was hung up on the first time I called l, then was on hold for 15 minutes before I was attended. I had a flight delay so I called to see if they’d be open at my new expected arrival time. I was told that they keep staff on duty until their last flight arrives. They were closed when my flight arrived. The next morning when I called to see what my options were to get a car the agent was extremely rude and unprofessional. I ended up going with a different agency and will avoid Budget after this experience.

One of very few offices offering short notice rentals on a weekend, the representative provided professional, perfect customer support for my expedited rental, with descriptions of the types vehicles included in my price range, fast & efficient processing of the paperwork to get me on the road right away. This representative provided the same superior service again during vehicle return process.

I rented a Ford Focus for a 1500 mile trip from Budget. The pricing was reasonable and all of the staff I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. I would certainly consider renting from Budget again in the future.

Need to get to Pueblo by eight. This Budget rental on GOGs opened at 7 so thats why we picked it to use. The guy didnt get here until 20 after 7. Then didnt have a vehicle. Serioulsy. Ugh so now we are stranded here trying to figure out how to get home.

Worst moving experience I have ever had. My moving day was ruined. We were all packed up and ready to go when we discovered we needed to purchase additional insurance for the truck. The manager was EXTREMELY rude and refused because we had already signed paperwork. We called customer service and other budget dealers who agreed that the manager was lying about the policy but said all we could do was report him. We had to unload everything, return the truck and go with Uhaul instead.Avoid this nasty filth hole like the plague!!!!

Worst car rental place out there. The company allows you to reserve a car knowing they do not have any cars available. I wouldnt use this company unless you want your entire day ruined. Customer service was horrible, not only from the employee at the counter but the regional manager as well.

The first associate had trouble assisting us but the second associate took care of us and got us on our way.

The great customer service at this location is the reason why I switched from Enterprise to Budget.
