We had a really good experience with Rick and Peak Rent a Car. Just after Christmas last year (2018), my family and I planned on taking a trip to Winter Park for a few days, but our van door broke and wouldnt close, so we needed to rent. The only rentals big enough for us from all the major rental companies were wildly expensive, especially as we were renting at the last minute. But Peak had a very nice, very big Lexus SUV that fit us and everything we packed, and WAY cheaper than the big rental companies. I called on a bitter cold morning when nobody was out, and Rick made a point to meet me at the Peak site. He even offered a smaller, cheaper SUV, in case we wanted to try that and save some cash, but it wouldnt have been large enough--but I appreciated the consideration. The return also went smoothly and quickly.

Great deals, and great customer service. I left jacket in the car when I dropped it off and they called to let me know.. Its great doing business with fair, honest reputable people.. Highly recommend this place

I decided to edit this to answer whomever from the company responded asking who I was. You dont have any records of renting to me because we never did end up renting a vehicle from you.Anyways, my roommate and I visited here in hopes of renting a vehicle. Small selection at the time, which is 100% understandable due the fact that we didnt make reservations. It was a last minute need kind of situation.When we got there a younger gentleman greeted us but wasnt exactly the friendliest.Thats fine, we were there to do business.He ended up telling us he wasnt sure which vehicles were available and that hed have to make a call. Okay, no problem. Explained that the person in charge would be right back and asked us to wait.We didnt mind at first, just gave us a chance to look at vehicles since we were in the market too at the time.30min or so later the same young man comes back out and tells us he couldnt get ahold of such and such but calls again. After finding out what was available, he had to call back for prices.He was like the middle man, but hed ask us questions and cut us off.Just not very professional so we parted ways.Turns out purchasing a car later that day was easier than renting from here.Never did meet the person in charge.

Im sitting in Elizabeths car as I write this. She drove 7-miles each way to pick me up when my car died. Then, because I am a low-income senior who needs transportation to care for his cancer-stricken sweetheart, Peak Rent a Car gave me a very reasonable rate on a vehicle I normally couldnt afford. Locally grown great customer service!!

These guys really helped me out during thanksgiving. It was easy to rent a car from them and they made sure it was safe and reliable to get me to where I was going.I will definitely be using their services in the future.

Rick and Orlando were an absolute pleasure to work with! They were both very professional and worked with me on renting a vehicle that suited my needs. When I needed the vehicle for longer than expected, it was a breeze to transact business over the phone with them to extend my rental.I highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future if I need a rental car again.

Rick is awesome he has been a complete life saver we got into a bind with our vehicle and he got me in a rental in minutes and has made things work with my schedule seeing as the mechanic has been slow to fix my vehicle thank you guys very much for the awesome customer service I will not be renting from anywhere else

This place is the place to go for a rental. I am from texas i was visiting Colorado when my car broke down i called every rental and they were all booked and i was not able to get a rental since i did not have a major credit card my license is from texas so everyone was telling me i needed a major credit card untill i came upon this rental place. Rick was such a sweetheart and kind man he literally saved my day i was able to rent a vehicle at such a great price with no hastle. This is the place to go if you want a great price wity no hastle thanks again rick.
