Very impressed with Austin . He first contacted me about November of 2020 and I was currently happy with my current insurance and plan price. I told Austin if he wanted to follow up again in about 3 months or so. No pressure at all. He was very friendly and had a great memory or our previous conversation. He was able to not only beat my current rate but also include roadside assistance and a 50K life insurance policy. Really happy and pleased.

We made a change to Tylers office about a year ago-- His team (especially Ryan) has been amazing to work with! If you have questions, they ALWAYS answer the phone. We made the initial change to State Farm because of pricing but we will stay with them because of customer care. It is a rarity to find a team as helpful as this one!

I recently inquired about a quote online and was contacted by State Farm agent Austin Peden Via text message. At first I was a little apprehensive about the whole thing, I wasn’t sure I was going to understand anything through messages since this was my first experience with the whole process. Austin made sure I understood everything and even broke it down piece by piece, and I was able to grasp what he was relaying far better than when I had previously went in to speak with someone at a different agency. He also made sure to go through and explain which discounts he was able to apply and why they would be beneficial. Austin’s willingness to help and overall kindness is what won me over, and I will definitely be getting my coverage from Star Farm when I purchase my new vehicle.

This office has absolutely no follow through! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!I have 2 vehicles insured through statefarm. One is leased with full coverage and the other I own with liability coverage. For some reason, statefarm decided to charge me more for the liability coverage than my full coverage. Ive called this office a dozen times to ask why this is. The staff including the office supervisor couldnt explain to me why that would be. So, after several more phone calls, I spoke to agent, Sean, who had me come in to the office and fill out paperwork to have it lowered with a promise of a call back and a credit for the mischarged rate. Instead, I got nothing and then they spiked my rate saying I got a ticket when I did not. That is deformation of character and Im sure it is illegal. Never going back to state farm again. I would suggest ANY other company over state farm. This office should feel ashamed of ripping people off especially during such trying times for our country. Awful establishment.
