Candace did a great job and went above and beyond answering my questions about several options before I even purchased my policy. And then she helped set up my new policy quickly and efficiently. Her hard work, time, care, and prompt service earned my business after 20+ years of being with another insurance company.

It was going to take then hours to get me a towtruck...so much for good roadside assistance...and I was stuck in traffic...blocking one side of an onramp

I had Geico insurance I was paying full coverage I dropped it down to liability but still asked for roadside assistance to be added and comprehensive to be added they said that they had did this when I was on the call with them on to go then there was a flash flood issue where I was located stalled my car and caused water to get in the engine creating water when I called for a tow they said that they were sending one on the way I never heard anything back the next morning after I’ve been sitting in water all night long and completely destroyed my car I called them and asked them why the tow my car he said that I didn’t have Roadside assistance and I said OK well I still need to make a claim since I have comprehensive to cover the car they went through my file and said it was not on there either I made a fuss they said that they were going to locate the phone call to make sure that I had requested that months ago well lo and behold they couldn’t Find the conversation because it was never recorded even though that they say this call maybe monitored for quality assurance they said that they do not record all conversations but I know for a fact that I had asked for it and paid months in advance and they said that They could do nothing for me and that I would just have to take the loss after paying them months in advance and paying them months in advance prior to that they don’t even deserve a one star in my book because they did nothing for me even though I paid them to do it and conveniently they cannot find the conversation even though it’s supposed to be recorded by law I will never use Geico again and anybody Asked me I will say anybody else but Geico because Geico is worthless in my book and a bunch of crooks

Steven helped me get both Auto and Home insurance - Hartford was costing me way too much money. Steven was very careful to let me know what my options were and where I could save money. I was very pleased to have worked with Steven - he really listens!!

I would tate Geico lower if I could.We change to AAA because of rasside assistance which Geico doesnt offer. They are still trying to say we owe them for non existant coverage. We proovides profi of alternate insurance but now they want us to provide previous policy information which they should have themselves. ANYTHING to keep running up fictitious charges.

Michael my new Geico agent was quite helpful and was able to beat all my previous quotes and get me better coverage for my auto and home insurance. While I have always like the Gecko ads, its nice to be insured with Geico.

I was overly impressed with the attitude and followup by Mary Cook when investigating homeowners insurance for a house I will purchase soon. She gave me the quotes, transferred the info to the loan company and followed up to make sure I was comfortable with everything. Very impressive with the virus issues going on and still being productive with efficiency.

Although I picked them for temporary insurance (for the low rates), when I canceled the policy it was great customer service. There was no trying to convince me stay or argue with me. Had GEICO for 6 years, never missed or was late on a payment, 2 moving violations & I get dropped lol, leaving this review for someone to laugh at. Not even mad because there’s a million car insurance companies, just hoping to brighten someone’s day with this. Was actually a great insurance company while I had them tho. Had 2 accidents that weren’t my fault while I was with them & they did everything for me. Odd that I get dropped after being a pretty decent/loyal customer over all these years but is what it is.

Best company we have ever had.

We had a tricky house insurance situation where we were building a house on our property but were still living in the original house. Emilie Dolder, our agent at GEICO, did an amazing job for us! She did some research to figure out how our new house could be covered and responded to all of our questions very quickly! The home insurance policy that we had also went up significantly the next year. I called Emilie again and she found a lower rate the same day. GEICO is a big company but Emilie makes me feel like I am working with a small, local company.

Not at all happy with this company. They made a clam on my account and never notified me. Needed a jump and I pay extra for road aside assistance but they never showed. Called again to have someone come and they took 3 hours. Amazing how they do business I do not recommend they to anyone.

Called to get a quote and after the process the girl was extremely rude when I told them I didn’t want to sign up for it, not only because it was crazy expensive but I am just looking to compare prices. Then asked me the cheapest rate I got and which company from, then continued to tell me that they’re a better company and how geico would suit me better and to give her my account number. When I said “no thank you”, she got extremely rude and hung up the phone. Definitely will not be investing my money into this company, I suggest you don’t either.

Ive gotten an online quote from Geico and four others companies, Geicos being the most affordable for my current situation. but I decided to go to their office to get an apples to apples comparison. I had been with Progressive for over 10 years. And had finally just had it with getting the short end of the stick from them. So I went insurance shopping. I called Geico in Colorado Springs, CO. David Grimm answered my call and in less than 30 minutes he had just the plan I wanted and it was $350 less than Progressive with more coverage. I got quotes from several other companies but none of them were able to match the cost per coverage that Geico got me.

I had been with Geico for eighteen years and had to move to Colorado Springs and they raised my insurance up so high it was unreal. Ended up going with American Family insurance they were able to get me a great deal and a lot less than Geico.

My car was hit while I was in my house sleeping and someone hit my car and took off. The only time I heard from my claims adjuster Phil was the day he was looking at my car before i recieved my adjustment. He didnt put certain things on the report and never contacted me again. I got in contact with his supervisor Keith thinking that would fix the communication issue, however it had been over 2 months and my car at this moment is still getting things fixed. I have been demoted from the position i have worked so hard to get, because i have missed so much time away work to deal with this, and on top of that now Keith will not return mu calls for the past 2 weeks. I called geico today to cancel my insurance and the nice women i spoke with finally contacted the auto body shop to let them know they need to fix my radio. When she called Keith was actually there and still never called me. I pay them every month to make sure Im covered when things like this happen and its better discounting that they cant do their job and caused me to almost completely lose mine. Who is going to make up for that!? The worst customer service and communication Ive ever delt with, and i work in a call center, I am very understanding, but this have pushed me over the edge. I would never in a million years make someone feel or go through the things I have. For this I have canceled my insurance and will never recommend or have anything nice to say about geico again!
