Tiffany Antone and her agency have been great to deal with whenever we have needed help to understand any changes. We have stayed with Allstate through two major hailstorms and have received excellent service. We receive a lot of quotes from other insurances, but I believe they cannot beat Allstate.

I compared Allstate to a competing National Insurer for Car, Motorcycle and Homeowners insurance. Car was higher, Motorcycle and House were cheaper for identical coverage. But when adding all 3 up for the two companies they were very close in rates. The 2 key factors in deciding on Allstate were the 1) vanishing deductible and accident forgiveness and 2) The exceptional customer service from Tiffany Valesquez, she raised the bar of what it means to provide exceptional service, very accommodating, kept tweaking policy to meet my needs, made herself available at all times I needed a response, this is the level of service I want going forward in an Insurance Company.

I spoke with Tiffany yesterday to get things started. She was fun and professional. Today with all the snow no one was in the office so I was routed to Brandon. Very nice working with him.Between the 2 of them I am now saving over $100 a month for car insurance for 3 cars. They found all the discounts I qualify for without me even asking.It is always so nice to meet or speak to people who actually work for you.

As well as the first person I talked to Jackie who made me feel like I had made a new friend and made sure my every question was answered. The Tiffany Antone Allstate Agency; and or Allstate, even goes above and beyond any Insurance Company, I ever had dealt with, and I have dealt with many of them, because they (i.e. Allstate) gives you a $10,000 added bonus life insurance to your family if you unfortunately meet with death.
