Wanted to take a moment to rave about Austin and his team. I am definitely one of those insurance customers that wont hesitate to start shopping around and leave my provider once I start seeing increases that cant be easily explained. I was a little hesitant when I first started getting quotes from the larger providers. My brother recommended Austin to me and I was immediately impressed by his professionalism and quickly dispelled my preconceived notions of a larger firm agent. He really took the time to ask about what I was looking for and recommended only products that I needed and definitely took the extra time to seek out any opportunities for discount and savings. I hold my home and auto insurance through Austin Morgan and have been a very satisfied client for several years now. If and when there are changes, he is extremely responsive and explains things in a very matter of fact and down to earth way. I truly feel like I have a local advocate and partner for all of my insurance needs. I would recommend Austin to anyone!

Just save yourself the headache and money and go to a different agent...literally ANY OTHER AGENT. They never decided to cancel our homeowners policy when we moved and now we lost over $100. They have terrible customer service. Employees go on vacation for 2 weeks and don’t let you know while in the middle of trying to sort problems out. They rarely answer their phones and usually don’t return phone calls in any timely manner. And don’t try emailing... they don’t usually answer those much either. Baseline just save yourself the headache and stay away from this agent...

I didnt know anything thing about insurance until I met Mr. Austin Morgan. This guy knows his stuff. He helped my family out with car, life, and renters insurance. Id recommend this guy to ex-girlfriends, if theyd listen. Call this guy if you need insurance. You wont regret it.

Chance Pickard helped save me so much money! I switched from Ameriprise who repeatedly raised my rates without informing me! He did a fabulous job explaining things and has been quick to respond to my questions or needs. I am glad I decided to change my cars and home over to State Farm.

Great insurance company. Austins office is also very responsive when changes are needed. When my vehicle died, we switched our policy to just parking coverage and they back dated it for us from when the vehicle broke down (for a minute there we thought we were going to fix it). They do take some time but everything has always gotten done.

I switched to State Farm from another insurance company a few months ago and saved a lot of money for even more coverages than what I had before. This agency has a great way of explaining and breaking down insurance jargon so that I know exactly what I’m paying for. I highly recommend this agency!

Got excellent service from Chance Pickard. Helped me understand the management of the new policy I signed up for and got me to save more money and more coverage for my investment property and coverage for my new tenants. Please believe me. Im not writing this review out of spite. Im writing this review to save you the hassle and time of dealing with a unprofessional company. I could list the many issues Ive had with Austin Morgan but the only one that should really matter to you as a consumer is his inability to follow thru. He will not watch out for you and does not have your best interest at hand. Finally got a hold of someone at corporate and they mentioned Im not the only one with a formal complaint on this Turkey. Clown car company!!

I have been with State Farm for 12 years and I have never had such a poor experience. Never answering the phone, not calling or emailing back, and not following through with what they say are just a few of the things this office excels at. Being overcharged with no explanation and not honoring coverages I pay for is simply unheard of with State Farm. DO NOT USE THIS AGENT.

Did an online quote and got a call back the same day and they saved me $50 dollars a month and got me a renters policy. Nothing but good things so far.

If i could give zero stars i would do so. And for the people who gave 5 of them, fyi insurance agents are suppose to do explain the policies. The fact that i have to call and leave several messages and keep calling to get someone to call me back says a lot. I dont think this agent represents state farm very well at all and thats a shame.
