Roberto is a fantastic insurance representative. He was able to add an umbrella policy to my existing home and auto policies and still save me $10/ month over USAA, with much higher policy limits. Plus, if I ever need to make a claim or another catastrophic storm hits, I have a local agent to loop into the process, wheres USAA let me flounder a million 800# calls after our recent hail storm. I only wish all decisions to change providers were this easy.
