I have given these guys several thousand dollars to work on my vehicle. I had to bring my car in 3 times to fix an issue, then when I came back to get more service they made me sit in the lobby for 4 hours to have a mechanic drive my vehicle around and waste time. They didnt address the issue at hand the midas a crossed the street does the same work for half the price. Beware.

Mike is and his staff are straight forward. A no B.S. operation. Their pricing is competitive and they actually stick to a schedule... which is a novel concept for a shop.

I brought a vehicle over to replace the radiator, it took them few tries before I showed them where the leak was coming from. The new radiator ended up being faulty, but they have made it right by showing me that a paid customer ia a valued customer. They also did a few little quick fixes that I couldnt do myself due to lack of tools. I can see a lot of professionalism and experience at this place. Highly recommended!

I usually do not write reviews, but I felt like I should about Mikens. I have never had anything but great service and prices from these guys. I have a 2005 Hyundai that has had a lot of problems for the last year or so, and they have gone above and beyond to find out what was/is the actual problem(s) of my car. It still has issues, nothing to do with this place, and they are always willing to take my car in spite of its varies issues and problems. These mechanics will not rip you off, nor will they just find an issue so they could charge you more money. I would 100 percent recommend them to anyone who asks.

Love the folks at Mikens. Since people, honest work, good pricing. They take ownership if they havent fixed something properly and keep working at it.I had a vehicle that never got fully cleared for the check engine light. While that was frustrating, I got to hand it to them -- they kept working at it, didnt charge me over and above, and were polite the whole time fixing various parts. To be fair to them, I had an older high-mileage vehicle, and they chocked it up to some faulty parts (which they repaired under warranty even when the part broke a few weeks after install), some computer algorithms needing to learn new defaults, and their own learning.Would highly recommend these guys!Will use them again!

My older cousin has worked on cars for a really long time and he works here! I had a 1994 Infiniti J30, that unfortunately for me he continued to bring back to life after it would die and need new parts! I hated that car but he’s never failed to bring that thing to life. I now have a new car, but go to him. His name is Ben Swain.

These guys are awesome . Had an expensive issue and not only did they fix the main problem but also another issue my vehicle was having and the car came back like new. Also reasonably priced and quick. Would definately recommend these guys over the other crook mechanic shops around

I brought my 73 chevy to get worked on cause my key wouldnt turn while I was a the gas station next door they help push the old girl over to the shop had the truck for about a week give or take its been a little bit now since I had the work done but they found all the parts and fixed it up well for a really nice price I have brought my truck back as well as family and friends. Keep up the good work guys and thanks a bunch for helping me take care of my dads old yellow truck

Second to doing it for the cost of parts in my own garage, Mikens was a great place to take my car. They talked to me about what was wrong and didnt assume I was an idiot about cars. Id already taken my car to Just Brakes previously and felt ripped off. This was a far nicer experience and the expense was reasonable. They did their best to get my car to me within the same day, which made my life with six kids easier. Highly recommended.

Stopped in and asked how much a oil change would be, Ben was polite and even remembered the car make and model. Got the oil change the next day and service was quick, I recommend Mikens!

I stopped by to use the restroom after getting off the bus, which I have done several times with no problem until yesterday, when I received nothing but hostility from the receptionist. He followed me and tried to knock down the door, yelled at me, and told me the restroom was off limits and to never come back again or he would have me arrested for trespassing. There were no signs on the door indicating the restroom was off limits, nor was there any sign that said staff/employees only. Only the unisex sign. It is easily accessible to anyone in the main lobby in the small hallway on the right. I was not disturbing any business or causing a scene; just simply using the restroom. The only 2 things I was guilty of is looking younger than my 31 years, the green and blue streaks in my hair probably magnifies me looking younger than 30, and my hair was messy after getting off work. Because of this, the receptionist assumed that I was a teenage delinquent bum whose sole purpose was to disturb his business by robbing him or worse. I dont currently have a car which is why I take the bus. If I did and it needed servicing, I would never bring it to this shop. I would never recommend this place to anyone.My advice to management would be to fire this receptionist for harassment and driving away potential customers. If the receptionist is the manager, my advice is dont judge people negatively by their appearance. He/she could be a potential customer. I know I am not the only person to have ever stopped in to use your restroom. I know I will not be the last. I know there are plenty of places a person can stop for restroom use. If your restroom is the closest facility for people to use, let them use it. It is not a crime or privilege, it is a need. If you dont like people using your restroom, put up an employee only sign.

They went over my whole truck and repaired everything that needed it, and had it done in a day and a half. Drive shaft rebuilt, seals, axle seal, pinion seal, four wheel drive hubs, and others. Thanks for a great job and timely repair!

Every time Ive taken my car to Mikens, Ive been greeted with a smile, treated with respect, had all of my questions answered, and left feeling safe. I wont trust my car to anyone else. They have a customer for life.

I was in the process of speed-replacing my seized up AC Compressor in an 01 Silverado and needed someone to EVAC the 134A refrigerant before doing so. I called no less than 50 places in town who all said a) they couldnt just evac without refilling or b) they werent willing to take the time, or c) it was going to be $150. I called these guys and they simply said Yeah. We can do that. $45.Hilarious to me that after a full day of making phone calls, the only shop that could do the simplest of tasks also happened to be the one next to my house. I do all my own work so I do not need a shop often, but when I do: Ill be using Mikens from here on out.

We got our clutch replaced by these guys about a year ago. We took our car in there to get an estimate on how much it would cost to fix, it was over $800 so we decided to call around to find someone less expensive, and we did find someone who would do it for $450. We called there and got a message machine so we had to record a message telling them to wait. The next day we called and they had already started the job. They told us they had already pulled the transmission and to put it back if would cost us $400 and nothing would have been done. We were pissed but the damage had been done so we told them to go ahead and finish. Fast forward to about a year later, Im driving along and all of a sudden my car stops accelerating and all the transmission fluid comes gushing out. I take it to a good mechanic and it turns out the jerks at this place didnt bolt on the cvx mount so our Axel was flapping about and wiggled enough that it had pulled out enough from the transmission to drop the fluid. This place is a joke, save yourself the headache and go to Genesis Auto or Groffs Auto.
