There was no sales pressure, I was given a couple options to choose from at affordable prices. Joel and Marcus came out the next week for the install. They were polite, professional, incredibly tidy, they answered my gazillion questions and are really knowledgeable. Overall I cant say enough how much I appreciated the honesty, efficiency and professionalism in customer service that I received. Thats incredibly hard to find these days!! The maintenance check on my furnace and hot water heater was very thorough. All of my questions were answered. Both service men (1 was in training) showed up in the time scheduled, were very friendly and knowledgeable. This is my second year using Home Heating Service and I will definitely use them again.

I had my Lennox fireplace inspected for the coming winter and problems reviewed. Absolutely pleased with the service here. A few years ago, I had a different company come out, they didnt do anything helpful, put my gas logs back wrong and couldnt fix an issue I was having. The Home Heating tech here knew what he was doing, knew how to fix 2 issues I was having and did a great job. Very happy customer. I will use them again.

Dusty J. came out to do an annual AC check and maintenance today. Home Heating staff had provided a 2-hour window for the service call, and Dusty showed up smack in the middle of the window. He also gave us the courtesy to call and let us know his ETA, which is was really helpful. He was able to perform the check-up and maintenance in a very efficient manner. While I was pretty convinced we would need a refrigerant recharge, he assured me that the coolant levels seemed fine, thereby saving us a ton of money. I appreciate such honesty. Thats why were long-time customers of Home Heating and will continue to use them. I highly recommend them! 5 stars all the way.

Scott showed up on time and tested the smart thermostat. The thermostat was no longer working and beyond warranty. He showed all the possible replacements and had the one we wanted in his van. In just a few minutes, the new thermostat was installed. He picked up all pieces of trash and boxes. Scott was very professional and friendly. Enjoyed having him in our house. Highly recommend.

After having my system for a week I am changing my review from 5 stars to 3 stars. I failed the first mechanical inspection because the exhaust/intake pipes did not meet manufacturer specifications. In their defense, home heating came out a few days later and fixed this, but when you are spending this much money that shouldnt happen. I went down this evening to clean out our basement bathroom/utility room. There were a bunch of scraps of sheet metal laying around on the floor from where they cut it for a new return air duct. I have 3 small kids and sharp edges on aluminum laying around on the floor is not great. When I took the cover off of our furnace I noticed a bunch of sheet metal screws laying on the little shelf area in the furnace. Again, not a big deal, but when you pay a company over 10,000 dollars, I expect better. There were also several sheet metal screws laying around on the floor of the bathroom that shouldnt have been there, its just not professional. All in all, I would use them again, but I am disappointed about the aforementioned items given how much we spent and the fact that we went with the highest of 5 bids expecting more. Its just disappointing.Marcus and his partner were awesome and incredibly professional. I had a ton of questions throughout the buying and installation process and all of them were answered. Home heating wont be your cheapest quote, but its a big investment and important to have the right people doing it.

Great experience overall. It started with a service call when our AC unit stopped working. We found out our AC unit was ancient and completely lacking refrigerant. The technician then discussed some options and we decided to go with a new AC unit. The options were clear and they offered payment plans. Even in the busy season, they scheduled us quickly and the technicians were skilled, professional and thorough. Our house is cool again.

Dusty and Gabriel, as my installers, were professional, helpful and very thorough. My furnace install turned out to be more complex, but they plowed through until it was complete and even stayed around to answer questions and make sure everything worked to my satisfaction. Their installation craftsmanship could be described as beautiful. Having just recently moved to the area, finding a flexible and helpful vendor like HHS has been a stroke of luck and I plan on returning to them for my HVAC needs. Thank you for the great work!

Carlos G. was great! He came out to check-out our AC system when I first turned it on and it wasn’t working (an old system in our new home). He was timely, courteous, professional and explained things as he went along. He discovered that our issue was due to the electrical service coming into the unit. Before he could properly assess our system he instructed me to contact an electrician to get the power straightened out, and that if I called back within 30 days he or another technician would come back out under this service call to look things over properly/accurately.The primary reason I called Home Heating Service was my hope to find a company that would give honest answers and quality service without just trying to sell me a new AC system. My experience so far with Carlos G makes me feel like I found the perfect company to build a long term AC & heating relationship with.

Carlos was very polite and informative. He thoroughly checked out our ac and blower unit. He recommended we get the heater and blower unit cleaned. They are coming out again to clean my vents, we will see how that goes. Hopefully just as good as the service from Carlos.

My service person was Scott for maintenance of my furnace and A/C. He notified me by phone when he was 10 minutes away. Had a 3 hour appointment window and he arrived within the first 30 minutes which was great. Very professional service and friendly staff. We were impressed with the tech’s knowledge and helpfulness. He spent a considerable amount of time at our home checking out our system and explaining to us what was occurring and what needed to be done.

Overall my experience with this company was pretty good. The guys who came to do the actual install were polite, kind, and informative. They did an awesome job. My issue is with the sales end of the company. We ran into many issues. 2 days prior to install was told my unit that I ordered (Lenox) was back ordered and I’d have to go with a different brand or wait 2-4 more weeks. Then to be told it actually had arrived . Just seemed very unorganized & then upon arrival the techs were not informed they were installing a thermostat well apparently they were back ordered for at least a month on the thermostat the sales tech sold me. So they had to run a temporary thermostat that had to put a new hole in my wall. Over all pretty displeased with that aspect of the company but happy with the install and so far the merchandise that was installed.

I stayed and observed him during his entire visit. This is the best company I have ever done business with!!! From the first appointment with Michael coming to my house and generating our quote for our new AC unit and our new furnace to the AMAZINGLY PROFESSIONAL install team (sorry don’t remember the names and don’t want to insult) it was a amazing experience. I have never trusted people so much instantly. They really knew how to ease any concerns that I had and was able to answer all the questions we had in a manner where we could actually understand what they were talking about. If you don’t work in the business you are requesting a lot of times you get lost in the nomenclature because you may not know what they are talking about. I will just say this and this should tell you a lot if not everything about how outstanding this company is. They came to install my equipment and they didn’t have all of the parts to complete the install. Now the reason they didn’t have the parts was not their fault. They were supposed to come by in the morning to complete the job. Since they didn’t have the parts they called me and let me know the situation and what was going on and they would call when the parts came in and they were on the way. I actually received a few calls that day from them letting me know that the parts still weren’t in but they still planned on coming to finish when they did. To me that meant everything. To me there is nothing worse then sitting there and wondering what’s going on. I would rather hear bad news as long as I know what’s going on then hear no news at all so I really appreciated that. The parts ended up coming in mid to late afternoon and they called to let me know as soon as they came in and asked if it was still ok if they came by today and finished. It was in June and a hot stretch of days so I said ABSOLUTELY!!!! They ended up finishing that night and stayed until pretty late to finish just to make sure my family was comfortable and cool. That really meant a lot to me!!! I was a huge fan of their company from the first interaction and after the whole experience I don’t see how anyone in the Colorado Springs/Denver area should use anyone else but them!!!

The pilot of our waterheater would not stay lit any more and we had no hot water. Called on Thursday morning and a technician came the same day. After assessing the problem he was able to temporarily bypass the problem and immediately ordered the necessary part. We had hot water and the installation of the new part was done on Friday morning.
