Mark and Justin were fantastic! Although I found out I need a new furnace, they did give me the option of repairing it and gave me the two prices. Being that its 26 years old its actually time to just go ahead and repair it. They took the time to ask me if I was going to stay in the home for an extended period of time or selling soon, as that would determine whether we should repair versus replace, and were so patient with me with getting the financing in place for the new furnace that will be installed , etc. I am also very happy with the timeliness of their manager getting this furnace installed because they were going to be very booked out but they made some changes to their schedule, where I can get the furnace in tomorrow. They were so nice to my dog and even met my horses! These 2 are a definite asset and I highly recommend the company and these two in particular!

These guys are great! They dont play around when it comes to taking care of their customers. Nathan got straight to the point and helped us out way more than anyone else has in the past and showed great customer service! Mark your technician was amazing, was told he was only here for another estimate. First one was done a week ago, he was nice enough to drive to local hardware store to buy what was needed. Came back and installed my water line for new fridge, works flawlessly with no leaks. Even took the time to call office to discount cost of service call last week, give this guy a raise or I may have to send offer to come work for my business. All around couldnt be happier with my experience, will continue to use them going forward after bad experience with Wirenut a competitor. 😁

Marcus and Ignacio came by. Capacitor was jacked up preventing proper airflow. They were swift, efficient, and generally good people. Though I fronted a bit of a cost I am happy with their work and am glad I called. This pair should win some type of company award.

I called this service when a leak started by the water softener I was able to get an operator Monday night said the technician would be able to make it the next day between 10/12. I called to confirm and reach a different operate she said that they would be coming at designated time. Well I waited and waited finally I called again same story be there soon. Well they never showed called next day talked to different operator that called technician. They finally made it at 4 o’clock that afternoon. The technician said he would return next day and emailed me an estimate of 710 for a small part and an hour labor. I called him and asked why so much. He stated it cost 450 an hour to keep his van running then his drive and labor. I guess I was in the wrong profession.

Nathan came and did an excellent job with helping us figure out our AC problem. We’ve had 2 different people from 2 other companies come and charge us an arm and a leg just for them to do nothing for us to fix the actual problem! Nathan found and informed us of the leaks of refrigerant and the old unit we have is running off of R22 a banned coolant that is no longer being used and is harmful to our environment and health. He really took his time to help us and was very professional and didn’t just beat around the bush like these other companies we’ve gone through. He was definitely EXCELLENT! And we look forward to continuing our services through you! Definitely want to go through these guys if your having any issues, no doubt about it! Thanks y’all!

John Newton was out to our home to service our HVAC system. He is one of the most professional individuals I’ve dealt with in this industry and very knowledgeable. He walked through every step with great detail and explanation. One of the best attributes he has is not only his knowledge within HVAC but he is very personable. Genuinely terrible service. My family just paid $15,000 on June 9th to have a new furnace and central air system installed (a very coincidental number now that I have read more reviews) and this equipment has never worked right. We have had a dozen or so appointments scheduled, half of which have been rescheduled or canceled altogether, and the problem persists. We had one technician recommend replacement of the compressor unit and then One Source decided to have a second pair of eyes look at the compressor and they decided not to replace it but rather to add a half pound of refrigerant to the system. Another technician came to look the very next week and added yet another half pound of refrigerant and now the system cant even keep up with the heat. It runs all day long, if it decides to work at all. We went with the highest bidder (almost double what the runner-up quote was) just so we could avoid these kinds or problems, now we have decided to have the system removed for a refund and I cant get anybody to call me back. Im seriously concerned that we will have to seek legal help in order to get a refund. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for HVAC service if you want properly running equipment and decent customer service. My 11 month old daughter is not happy about her 80 degree house when the thermostat is set to 71.

After waiting over 15 hours we decided to call a competitive company to come to our residence ASAP. Within 30 minutes of calling; someone was at our home . Originally gave one Source 1 star review. I did get a follow up communication from Krystle with compliance and quality assurance a few days later willing to hear the problem and willing to correct the situation. Obviously it is clear that there are people that take their work and company seriously even when others don’t.

This review is for a boiler replacement in Sept 2020, pulling out the 20+ yr old one and hot water tank and replacing with a Triangle Tube Prestige Elite 95% efficient.Five months after installation the system was FINALLY working the way its supposed to. Overall the boiler is good and works fine, but there was so much frustration with this company - they ultimately made it good, but many aggravations along the way.After the install there was no hot water to the radiators. What? They had never walked the house and checked for heat. Got a tech out, and *I* had to convince him that the circulator pump was not working - why was the old one not replaced? So that got replaced.It was pretty warm in the house without heat until October, then we discovered no heat to the upstairs. What?! Called the tech and found the zone valve was bad. Ok. Then there was no hot water to two of the four upstairs spaces. Argghhh. Tech came out and bled the system of air. WHY was that not done after the install?! We finally had KNOWN heat to all rooms.Everything worked fine until during two really cold February nights when we awoke to 55 degree house and to find a flame-out error. I reset it the first time and it worked, second time it did not. Called a tech and they did a combustion analysis and found it was running too lean... again, WHY WAS THIS NOT PERFORMED AFTER THE INSTALL?Last one: On the night it got down to -17 during the massive nation-wide storm we again woke to a cold house. Boiler was in standby and the condensate pump had a red alarm and was full of water... the condensate line that had been run through the attic had NOT been insulated and froze. ::SIGH:: I had some heat tape and attached it to the line.No problems since.I recommend you get a few quotes and do your research like I wish I had done as I had no experience with boilers. I sure do now!

I had an appointment for an inspection between 8am and 10am. Around 1015 the technician called and said he had to gas up and then he would come over. He got to my house and did the inspection which I did allow even though he was late. The inspection went fine and the tech friendly and professional but did say it was his fault as he went to help his dad with his vehicle. I understand helping family but what about my schedule? I did miss part of a meeting because of his tardiness. And then 3 weeks after our inspection my husband was texted to have another inspection. I dont think they always have everything together. Im updating my review after speaking to the compliance manager. I really hope what I said to her helps improve the local business. I appreciate the efforts to reach out and discuss issues.

Justin was Excellent! I thought his explanation of what he did and his recommendation of what I needed was great, a very knowledgeable gentleman. Also a outstanding person to teach Mark, the gentleman who was along with him in training. Mark was very knowledgeable too, infact he explained the problems with the filters Ive been using. Explaining how dirt and other particulate particles could go right through my filter clogging and eventually shortening the life of my furnace. We have had an AC unit installed and regular maintenance done. Every time an employee of one source has come out they have been polite, friendly, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I also like that they contact us about performing maintenance on our HVAC systems, because I would likely forget otherwise. I also want to thank John N. especially because he looked at my furnace, ac unit, and water heater to give me some advice on what problems I should be aware of and walked me through some basic steps I can take to prolong the life of these systems; he was only there initially to check the furnace out but he went above and beyond to give me some peace of mind.

I had One Source come out for an ac issue in august of 2020. Fan motor wasn’t working. They recommended replacing the whole unit($8000-$12000). I found a new fan motor on Amazon and replaced it myself. I bought their membership ($400-$500) which includes One Source coming out in the fall to service the furnace and in the spring to service the ac. I never received a phone call for any servicing until august 2021. I asked for a refund and they said “refunds are only good within the first 30 days”. I asked for the GM or whoever’s in charge to call back, haven’t heard from them since.

Justin came to do bi-yearly maintenance on my AC. He was very professional and kept my carpets clean by putting on new shoe coverings before walking onto them. He did all the checks necessary and turned it on to make sure it functioned properly. He waited so he could take the temperature from intake and then the registers, to make sure it was correct. He was friendly, polite and helpful. I give Justin five stars and will definitely ask for him to come to do all of my bi-yearly work. Thank you Justin!Kristine Rich

I had an inspection done recently on my air conditioning unit. I called One Source and scheduled an inspection to be done for the price of $119. When the technician arrived he “looked over” the unit inside the house. He was on the phone with his manager the whole time, just answering yes and no questions. They are not very good at hiding that their technicians are making commission. They determined that my ac unit needed to be fully replaced at the cost of $15,000 - not only that - but also my furnace and hot water heater NEEDED replacement. He was able to “cut me some slack” with the final price of $19,500.Being a skeptical buyer, I decided to try another company out. I called and gave the same explanation and I was please to learn that they don’t have an inspection/diagnostic fee at all. The owner himself, Dustin, came out in the very late evening to do this. We looked over everything in the home briefly and then went outside and looked at the condenser. When he removed a panel we quickly found a leak from where an ‘O’ ring had failed and was leaking refrigeration. I went with Victory Heating and Cooling and ended up getting a whole new system for $5,500 including a lifetime warranty.I have tried for 6 weeks to get in contact with One Source regarding a refund of the “diagnostic” fee. I have worked with several people in the call center who have passed along the message but no one reaches out. They have records of how many times I have called and are always surprised to find that no one from upper management has spoken to me. I have gone as far as offering to itemize the “work” that was done here at my home. If rolling the truck over here costs $45 then I’ll pay that. But I spent $119 on a diagnosis/inspection and neither were properly performed.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT CALL THEM TO DIAGNOSE ANY PART OF YOUR HOME. THE TECHNICIANS WORK ON COMMISSION AND WANT YOU TO HAVE AS MANY THINGS WRONG AS POSSIBLE. DO NOT TRUST THEM. DO NOT PAY THEM.

He spent over 2 hours showing us and explaining, in great detail, issues he identified, as well as various options for resolution. When it was all said and done, we opted for an entirely new AC and furnace install and felt 100% comfortable and satisfied with our decision, as well as our faith in the company to take care of our needs. Updated 2021, our ac took a nosedive a couple days ago and one source as always has been the absolute best in getting things done efficiently and kindly amidst chaos. Also shout out to Marcos and Adam who were the kindest techs Ive met this year.(2020) They have been amazing at keeping us uo to date with quotes on a furnace and various other things in the last couple of years. Coral and Kendall came out today and got us situated with getting a new furnace asap. They are veteran owned and extremely courteous always.

If you enjoy wasting your time following up and doing the job you hired someone else to do, go right ahead and hire this company.The technicians, generally, are kind and professional (as is clear from all the reviews) - but if you need assistance beyond just the initial call (like, say an inspection to close out work permits) good luck. Beyond the technicians, no one in this company cares.... OneSource was bought out by Air Pros, so they are rebranding and trying to change the negative association with the customers they dropped the ball for over the past year, because I guess thats easier than taking ownership of their own mistakes.We hired this company to install a new water heater in November of 2020. We failed inspection so many times (and we are talking easy things to avoid or fix), every inspector in the county met us. When the repairs were scheduled, our job got canceled due to other emergencies and at one point our technician had to lie that we were threatening legal action to get the job to stick and be able to pull the needed parts to complete repairs.The only way anything moved forward was with 2 - 3 phone calls from me to the office to coordinate and tell this company what they needed to do like it was my job instead of theirs. Everyone told me they would pass a message along, or get someone to follow up, and it never happened. Eventually, they would have a manager call to placate me and that manager would ask me redundant questions that were clearly noted in my file or that they could have confirmed if anyone in the office knew how to speak to one another.I would be less disappointed if someone took any ownership, but sadly no one ever did. And the icing on the cake is, now that we finally closed out the permits (it took TEN months to get here) this company finally wants to get in touch with me and follow up on the experience I had. I keep getting calls, texts, and emails asking if I had an enjoyable experience.... so far no one has responded to any of the feedback, but they keep asking, even though it should be obvious from the fact it took 10 months and about 100 scheduled appointments (that no one showed up to or even had the decency to call and tell me they canceled.... thats right, I sat home waiting for a technician to show multiple times only to have no one show OR call) should speak for itself. Dont waste your time, energy, or money here.

The day started with Nick to look at my A/C unit for a repair or replacement. (3 weeks prior another large local company did a tune-up package on my A/C & Furnace for $$$ Hundreds of dollars. That company (“F…W…”)never mentioned any issue nor completed whatever checklist they use which was never discussed just emailed AFTER worker left). Nick was able to show the leeks inside and out. Had a Supervisor come out to reconfirm the mess and verify my furnace functioned fine but my A/C shouldn’t be used because all the energy and lack of output plus all the leaks. Quoted price and installation timeframes and I can’t believe how quickly and consistently my house can be at a cooling temperature. I have 3 large breed dogs so they need to be cool. I glad I had Nick spend the time to be honest and to have another pair of eyes validate them issue. Nothing was pushed onto me and I made the decision to select them to install.

Cassie came to my home to perform preventative maintenance and check of my HVAC system. She was very informative, thorough, and courteous. Thank you Cassie. My original 1-star rating was upgraded following Cassie’s service…. She was punctual and professional. HOWEVER, after the fact follow on appointments had been scheduled two weeks ago for this morning but no call and no show. Called the office and sat on hold for 30 minutes before being disconnected. Save yourself the headache and search elsewhere. Bottom line, quality businesses do not operate in this manner.

When I first called that Friday at 5:30 a person by the name of Kyle answered. After a letting him know my AC wasnt working, he informed me that there was nothing they could do until Monday. I told him that wouldnt work because I have animals in my house during the summer. After numerous exchanges with him his final answer was Maybe you should go to someone else. Keep in mind they came out to my house 2 weeks prior and serviced it!!!! I was highly upset with this phone call and did think about going to another company. I do have a membership with One Source! So the following day I called again and spoke to a Kendall (female). I explained my predicament to her and she said she was going to talk to her supervisor. She called me back 10 minutes later and told me they would squeeze me in that day. Daniel showed up first and did everything he knew how but was still unable to get it to work. I would give him and A for effort. He then called a gentleman by the name of Jacob who showed up with in minutes. Both of these guys I would highly recommend their services. Jacob had my AC running in just a short amount of time from arrival. On a rating system of 1-5 5 being the best I have to give them a 3 because of Kyle. You just dont recommend a customer to go somewhere else is how I feel.

Technicians are very professional, knowledgeable, thorough and customer service oriented. However scheduling needs improvement, we were scheduled for 6-15-21 between 8 and 10am, the technician called in sick so we were rescheduled for 1pm and no word from the company until 6pm which was to reschedule for 6-18-21 between 8 and 10am, we didnt get the technicians on site until around 5pm after several calls to the office who werent very helpful and come to find out the office had them scheduled on another install which turns out the office seemed unaware. The technicians are truly keeping this business going.

Overall I am very satisfied. The products installed are quality and are working perfectly. However on the original install day, the electrician showed up without the correct parts. I was told hed be there the next morning at a certain time but was 45 minutes late the next day without informing me. I had to call customer service to see what was going on & where the techs were. I understand things happen but I think the customer should be given a courtesy call. Also my thermostat seems to possibly be malfunctioning and Ive called in 3 separate times only to not receive a call back. I even spoke with someone today (Saturday) and was told he would get back with me on Monday. The products are great but so far Im not impressed with the customer service.

They came to snake a plugged drain between my bathroom sink and my laundry room floor drain. That plug may have been cleared. My bathroom sink now drains very slowly and leaks under the sink so I have to have a bucket under it. He tells me it has something to do with gravity and that the pipe was not attached correctly when the house was built and does not meet the sink. The sink never leaked before and always drained fine and was built 47 years ago. My gravity and pipe length has changed? Now after $275 my husband who is 71 years old has to try to fix the sink so I can put everthing away and we live with a slow draining sink. This was a crazy day.

I have used one source in the past and found them to be expensive but the last visit was the last straw. The tech was very professional but let me know that most of the previous work had been of poor quality. He gave me several estimates aimed at correcting the poor quality of the previous work. Finding the estimates to be outrageously high, I declined. I had another contractor come to fix the system. Most of the work recommended by One Source would not have fixed the issues. Where the recommended work was the same,. the price for the work dropped from about $700 to $180!. I left One Source a poor rating on with their rating text message. I opted for the phone line. It came up with a computer generated voice. I left my message of dissatisfaction but no one has bothered to return my call. I will never use One Source again. I find them to be overpriced and they under perform.

I am very disappointed in the service and value I received from this company. I should have known I would have problems with the salesman to give me my free estimate was over an hour late! We purchased a new furnace, AC, electrical service upgrade, breaker box upgrade, and was assured that they ducks would blow air guaranteed when they were finished even if they have to replace it.During the instillation of the new furnace and AC unit they damaged my door (it wont close normally, and the vent they installed is crooked and not flush) and did not come to fix it despite my many complaints. During the instillation they had to upgrade my electrical service, but it was delayed because they couldnt get the right permits. How an electrician doesnt make sure they have the right permits BEFORE the job is beyond me. So I had a new furnace and AC but no power to run it for 2 weeks!They finally got their ducks in a row and installed the upgraded service and breaker box. This time the electricians were swearing under an open window the whole day with my 3 year old granddaughter having to hear it. The electrician connected the breaker box wrong and burnt my washing machine too. Oh and their guarantee on the website saying they would refund a reasonable amount if this happens is false. I tried to contact the owner Scott Bidwell several times by emails and phone and never heard back from him.They repaired the washing machine but did not refund the 2 weeks of increased expenses I had to pay to wash my clothes at the laundry mat.After they fixed everything they still had not labeled my breaker box and I was forced to do it myself. Thats when I noticed huge gaps in the wall by the breaker box, it wasnt sealed at all and it looks terrible. Again how does a professional leave a job looking like the photos below and think its ok? They say they promise to respect our homes when they come. Look at the photos, it doesnt look like they respect much.In the end I payed about $4k more for what their competitors offered but I went with them because I heard they were really good. Now I have a busted up door, ducts they dont blow air and i had to fix myself, a breaker box with huge gaps around it that isnt sealed, a 3 year service contract I will never use because they arent allowed in my home again, and one very angry wife!

Overall, I am not terribly pleased with the company One Source, and the previous appointment I had, no one showed up! We are still working to figure that out. The reason for the good review today is because Cassie who showed up today was awesome! If you need HVAC service, ask for her by name! She is the cleaner when they know they are terrible and want to keep you as a customer! Again, Cassie is the best, and I’ve had. I less than 15 techs in my house over the last 6 months! Ask for her by name and you will be taken care of!! Killian had also been great, but today, it was Cassie who was awesome! For the company, one star at best, Cassie, if I could give more than 5 I would!

We initially called John to come and look at our ac unit. We knew it wasnt working and it was old. (From 2007) turned out we needed a new unit, evaporator, coil and furnace. All were wearing out shortly, and I need the ac out here in Canon City. We also got our ducting resealed (it had tons of holes, that diminished the efficiency of the ducts) so we got a cleaning for the dirt on our ducting, microbial cleaning and install a UV light in the ducting. Everything was quick and done professionally! We got it done quick as well which was a blessing! Called sat and had it all installed mon. Kudos to Marcus/Christopher for the cleaning and aeroseal and Adam and his assistant for the furnace and ac unit install!

BUYER BEWARE -- DO NOT TRUST THEMHad this company replace my A/C in August 2020. At the time they were listed on Angies List as a reputable company. They were pricey, but we needed the A/C installed quickly because of the high temperatures during that time. Installation went well (so I thought) and the crew was professional. As part of the A/C installation, they offered a Home Care Club that offered a discount and no-fee inspections.I was hesitant, but went ahead and took it. One Source called me a week later to schedule water heater maintenance. When the technician came, he failed to wear a mask, was rude to my spouse and did not provide any information to her when he left. I subsequently received a quote for new water heaters without explanation. I called the company and the tech later contacted me. I asked for an explanation. He was rude and said the water heater needed to be replaced. After further discussion, he finally admitted the water heater didnt need to be replaced. I tried to call One Source back to complain and they wouldnt answer the phone. Fast forward to May, they called for a furnace maintenance. I decided to give them a second chance (bad move). The technician arrived on time and after about 30 minutes, basically said my furnace required costly repairs or replacement. While it is older, Ive had it serviced every year by another company and theyve never indicated issues to the level he expressed. I look at the costs and asked him why every time a tech showed up to my house, everything had to be replaced. He got huffy with me and I told him I didnt trust him or his company. The next morning, I woke up to a cold house. The furnace was on, but not heating up the house. It was igniting so it was just blowing air. I called another company at the recommendation of a friend. The technician came over within an hour of my call. I explained the situation and he took a look at the furnace. He quickly found that an electrical connection was broken on the unit. It was a piece that is NOT easily broken. He quickly fixed it at no charge. He also noted that my electrostatic filter was the wrong size for my A/C and furnace and that there was unfiltered air being sucked into the unit. This electrostatic filter was installed by One Source in August. I called One Source and expressed my dissatisfaction and was passed to an individual named Courtney. They did not have record of my complaint about the water heater visit and told me that technician had been fired. I asked them to fix the situation with the air filter because that was their responsibility. I also asked that they no longer contact me expect for an update on the air filter. That was Friday, May 7. It is now Wed, May 12 and I have heard NOTHING from this company. This company is overpriced, is dishonest, and tries to take all your money. They tout being a veteran owned business, but its just a marketing gimmick (I am an AF retiree). They do not care about their customers.

This company has been horrible. First we were rescheduled, I understand. Things come up. But then one source had to be contacted multiple times to get them to even come out. Then they come out and install half of it saying the “electrician quit today…”. It took another week for an electrician to be able to come out while we were gone mind you. He says “everything’s done it works perfect!” We come back nothing works! No fan No AC if it was the middle of winter I would be with out heat! Called the after hours number and was told “we sent your request to be called, that’s all we can do.”

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! The first experience with them to fix a leaky humidifier cost us $500.00 to replace the filter. Looking at Amazon the exact same filter is priced at $10.00 and it was a 20 min job. The next experience with them they said we needed a new water heater so we purchased at a cost of $3600.00 and had to call them back the next day for a bad leak. Next under the service maintenance program they checked our AC and said it was running great and should last a long time. Two weeks later the motor seized up but luckily was under warranty so they charged us $1089.00 to install the new one 700.00 for labor which only took 35 min. It took almost a month to get it replaced because of several excuses and temperatures were in the 90’s so we were very miserable. Needless to say won’t be using them again.

I have the service warranty that One Source bought from my prior HVAC company. The first guy that came out this summer to service my AC was over 1 hour late and spent time telling me what needed to be done and didnt do any work. I asked for it to be serviced the next Fri, he forgot to put it on his calendar so no one came out. The job was done the next time by a service technician named Marcos, who was professional, explained in detail and did the actual work versus the other technician that just blew hot air. I will only request Marcos to do my service in the future.

Steven and Adam did a spectacular job installing my new furnace. They were on time and worked very efficiently. When they finished up they explained their work very well and showed me what I needed to know about the new system. They were so nice and didnt even complain about the less than ideal conditions of my attic where they were doing the furnace installation. They even made some upgrades to the attic which will make it easier for me or other technicians when entering in the future. They went above and beyond in my opinion and I highly recommend them. Very nice guys.

We had an inspection on our aging water heater. We were told that our pressure valve was failing and we would need a new one at a great price of over $900. Eek! When I was shocked by the price, it magically was lowered to $700. It still seemed high to me. We recently had it replaced for $500 with a different company. OneSource also said they needed to test our water pressure, so they went outside to an outside valve. Two days later we noticed that the water had been left on, which cost us more money. I am not trusting this company at all. Now I am wondering how much I overpaid for my brand new air conditioning unit.

4-5 years ago I stupidly purchased a contract from this place, it does get me yearly cleanings. Each year they have come out to clean they give me a list of items that need to be fixed in my system, AC and furnace, its always a sales pitch. This year during the cleaning the tech talked on his phone the entire time and he taped a wire on my AC condensor causing it to short out and blow earlier this week. I called to get an appointment for them to come look at the AC and for 3 days have not been able to get the scheduler to call us back. We have had to appointments, but I am told they arent real appointments until they call and confirm - after three days still no call. Today, I called another company to come fix the issue and they were able to come later the same day and took care of it in less than an hour - and didnt try to sell me anything other than the needed repair. Do not use this company, call Robbins Heating and Cooling instead.

Good professional tech showed up on time! The quote was five times higher than the other three quotes and it still cost me $69.00 just to have them (the tech and a trainee) in my house for five minutes. One Source has a minimum of just over $400 to just come to your house to do a job... So, not a company I would call to come and do something small.

Everytime I have called a service technician for our furnace or ac, its always been a local company that does great work. My husband called these guys. They acted like car salesmen. Very much predatory behavior. These people couldnt even break down their estimate to explain why a furnace costs more than my car. After they left we got a phone call asking for payment of services rendered. They didnt do any services and just gave us an inexplicable estimate that doesnt even reflect market value.

Wrong information provided to technician, who then showed up unprepared. I called about my blower motor in my roof mounted central AC unit vibrating and smelling like it was burning. The technician showed up without a ladder, wanting to look at my mini-split. I told him what was really going on and he said he had to get his supervisor to come over because he is a compressor tech, not a blower tech. The supervisor arrived, without a ladder, and wanted to look at my mini-split. After finally looking at the unit they said it needs a new blower motor and if they can find one it would cost $1,700. First - Yes, I know it needs a new blower motor, thats why I called. Second - how can you supply a quote of $1,700 if you dont even know if you can find the part?Had to get another company out to look at the unit. They had a new motor installed in 3 days for $850.Second time I have attempted to use One Source and it has been an epic fail - will not be calling again.Refund issued for $119 dispatch/diagnosis.

I would highly recommend to stay away from this company. This all started with a routine annual maintenance (the bought out the company I originally used). This led into issues where the service tech suggested a new boiler/hot water system. I spoke with sales, they were very high pressured, reminded me of a used car salesman. Being in December I felt I had to do something as according to them my system was on its last leg. They way over promised and under delivered. They scheduled a install date that slipped multiple times. The install was very poor and they had to return numerous times, too many issues to list that were incorrectly installed. Also, the techs had vaping issues and spent a lot of time out at their trucks vaping...really professional.

Had AC and a new furnace installed MONTHS ago. Our issue is that the technician STOOD on our NEW dryer and dented it. We paid $15,000 and they damaged our property and refuse to take responsibility. We have been trying to contact this company for months with “oh I’ll pass the message along” or “oh I will let the manager know”. Someone came to look at the dent and said “yep it’s dented” with a promise of fixing their wrong and yet they keep blowing us off and not taking responsibility for their doing. I would never EVER recommend this company to anyone because they don’t care! The install was fine, but their customer service is TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!! Do NOT use this company if you want professionalism. gross. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Great company. First Logan arrived and went through the gas line installation process and estimate. He was professional and courteous. Brian arrived later in the afternoon to explain the electrical work and estimate. He also was extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Brian also took the time to help me schedule an appointment with Bill and Alyssa. They came by later in the afternoon to give an estimate for vents and drains for a washer/dryer combo. Bill and Alyssa were extremely knowledgeable and professional. More importantly they showed patience and were friendly the entire time while in my home. A couple of days later Alyssa, Bill and logan came to my home and installed additional gas lines, ducts and drains for an oven and washer/dryer. The following day Jeremy and Blake came to my home and installed a new outlet and outlined an upcoming electrical box install. Jeremy came a week later installed the electrical box in record time. He also came by with a fellow worker Danielle who was extremely helpful and professional. I was given more estimates for more projects and we even discussed future work. These workers were quick, concise and humble and finished the job in record time. I highly recommend this company and look forward to working with them in the future.

This is now the end of April and the furnace still hasnt passed inspection and One Source wont return our calls.We are both disabled and on a limited income. I honestly wouldn’t give this company even 1 star. By far the worse place I have ever gone for service. Being a veteran owned business you would expect so much more professionalism and honesty as a business code. Unfortunately, this company is full of dishonest representatives who promise you incentives and then take it all back once you sign up for the warranty. I installed a water softener unit, purchased the 5 year warranty plan, and got my pipes redone and “flushed” through them. Patrick Cape promised that I would receive 5 years worth of salt that they would come and personally put in every month and I wouldn’t have to worry about maintaining it for 5 years. That sounded great right? Well come to find out that was all lies, even though I have it written down on the contract saying they would do it: I’ve had there unit for 7 months and haven’t gotten a single bag of salt. THEN, when you try to call them to get a solution all they do is send you here and then there, and never actually resolve the issue. They promise they will have a supervisor call you within the next couple days... 7 months later, I’ve had absolutely no resolution. If you want to work with a company that puts their customers first and doesn’t lie just to get you to spend money, this IS NOT the company for you. They are absolutely horrible and scammers.
