Just a quick shout out to these guys for a job well done. In the process of mounting tires and wheels, I had an issue with my tire pressure sensors which was on me (I had wrong parts). They stayed with it and worked with me until it was resolved, which took hours at no charge. Thanks for a job well done.

Wasnt at the auto center! Was in the department store part and it was ok ! Have to praise a fellow shopper who found my wifes cell phone and turned it in ,instead of keeping it. Luckily I had mine to call it to retrieve from service counter ! Thank you ,fellow shopper 🙏‼

Bad customer service. Called four times on Thursday, 3 times Friday and Twice today Monday and someone kept picking up the phone then putting it back on mute without saying anything. Every single time.

They were nice and helpful. I could ask questions.Reminder to others: it may take time there to get your car so be ready to wait. I CANT complain about the wait because the service and price is wonderful.

AAA brought me to it to have a flat tire either fixed or repaired. Only had to repair. They could have soaked me by having me purchase a new one. KUDOS TO THEM

Had a tire changed on our RV here. They had to stay late to get to us...but they did thank goodness. They let us bring in our 2 small dogs it was hot out even at 7pm. Nice service. Guy at counter really nice

Ordered tires online, email told me to go to service department to pick up. Young lady i talked to definitely needs customer service training. Told to go to the tower up front. Went to tower, checked in, tower said my order is not at tower but someone will bring it out. Half hour later they finally showed. Associate was very nice and took back to tire center. Tire center employees minus the young lady took care of us after that. They say its a new system but either way there is no reason for rude associate.

Hard to find what you looking for

The manager told me that they were closed and couldnt fit me in, then he found out I was in trouble being between cities and I was stuck so he managed to fit me in and not charge me. Best ive ever been treated at an auto shop or any service place!!!

2 hours plus just to put one new tire on my car... Some other guy before me spent three hours for an air filter and battery. Hire more people or just quit Walmart auto. Because this is the third time in the month, across three completely different Walmart auto zones where the stupidest simplest things took two to three hours.

I bought a new set of tires from Walmart in collinsville.. A few months later my tire had a object lodged.. I took my car in to have it patched/plugged..i was told by Cozy that it couldnt be repaired.. And I need to buy a new tire Knowing better.. I said load my tire back in the car and I will take it somewhere else.. I took it to Orchard gas station in Collinsville and they fixed it all for 15 dollars.. You just lost my business forever treating me like I just fell off the turnip truck!

This shop appeared to be organized on the outset. However, my $84 tire turned out to be $159.00 after misc. fees and services.Somehow, after purchasing a road hazard on the tire that went flat, I was still charged $12 to replace that (after a grand total of two weeks of road use).Also, I explained to the manager that we had a flat while on the interstate in the middle of our 12 road trip. So, what did they do? Left my spare tire in the middle of one of the seats of my van after they took way tooooooo long to replace it. Then when I brought it up the managers attention, they took ANOTHER 30 minutes to put my spare back in my vehicle.

Tried to order tires for my utility trailer. No one knew much about that. I ordered them on line, when they came they didnt fit and returning them was like root canal.

My TMPS broke causing a small leak in one of my tires. They fixed it for cheap and got me in and out in less than an hour. Stand up people here.

Understaffed, and unattentive employees. Quoted for a tire price and the person forgot to add a warranty in even though I kept asking if the price was with the warranty.

Im writing this about 4 months after the fact, but when I needed a new tire and it was close to closing time, the manager went above and beyond to help me out!!

They didnt do what they was supposed to do. I took my car in so that they can replace the left front tire sensor but when i got it back they told me that i needed to take it to the dealership to get it reset, they should have told me that before they even messed with my car. When i took my car in only one sensor was out, now its showing all of them are out....very very very disappointed, mad and upset 😡
