Luckily, I drove right up and right into the stall with no wait. The staff took great care of me. There was no wait. I was all-in maybe 15 or 20 minutes.... maybe less. They changed my oil and more importantly I had a coupon this time. And my bill was within reason I was satisfied with coupon price and service. I go here frequently but I will continue to look for coupons before visiting Valvoline.

First time I’ve ever used a Valvoline, I was nervous how long it was going to take. With waiting and the whole process I was literally there for a total of MAYBE 35mins. They crew was seriously some of the best customer service I’ve ever encountered! They have definitely earned my business and will be using them for future oil changes! Great work guys!

I usually go to the Edwardsville/Glen Carbon location given my good friend worked there but he recently just left so I decided to try the Collinsville location. I want to just say it was amazing and Jacob was awesome and I highly recommend him to anyone. He was so honest and thorough and wasnt pushy with the upsales. He got himself a loyal customer. Went 05/12. Overall happy with their performance, but deducting 2 stars for employee misconduct. I felt 2 employees were unnecessarily harsh on a new employee, who genuinely was trying his best. And one of these employees also reminded the employees down below to not stand so close together; meanwhile, her mask was below her nose. Smh. A real turnoff. New staff wont last long when theyre treated poorly, especially in front of customers.

Came to the Collinsville valvoline to get coolant as all of mine burst out of my car. Was told wait 20 minutes for it to cool before they came to help me. I waited almost an hour before someone came out to tell me that they need a minutes, and they policy states paying customers get seen first (even though I go to valvoline for all my preventative maintenance services.) Ive had 5 cars go ahead of me and more continue to go ahead of me as we speak.

Fast and professional. The manager I spoke with was super nice. She did not try to oversell me. I went in for a fully synthetic oil change, and the only additional thing that I purchased was an interior air filter which was past due for change. Thank you for your hard work!

On a long road trip back to AZ from MI, my cars sensor indicated an oil change was needed after recently having one performed. Panic took over. Stopped at a gas station. A kind gentleman provided directions to @OReilly (the rep, she was awesome) who confirmed the oil change had happened but the sensor was not reset.Across the street is Valvoline. Headed there. Kathleen, the manger (again, so impressed), is fantastic! She, Andrew, and Christopher all checked out my Fiat, resetting the sensor and confirming everything else was good to go, so Id have a safe drive home!This is customer service! Theyll answer any questions you have with a smile, they make sure to get you out super speed style, and the manager (Kat) is one of the sweetest ladies Ive met- especially in that type of work. Ive been going there for some time now. My more recent experience is 5/5, people are nice and the service is professional. They arent trying to upsell me on service but are thorough in their inspections. After over 10 years with them I have had a couple of issues in the past but those were some time ago and I still go to them so it wasnt too major but its why I rated them 4 instead of 5. I may change it to 5 later, like I said Ive been very happy with them these last few years.

In and out in about 25 min. The one worker (dont know her name) was very honest with me about waiting to replace my oil filter until my next oil change. I know nothing about cars and she was super honest. Told me I could wait til next replacement. I appreciated that. Could have tried the upsell, but she kept it 💯 with me. I like that kind of honesty. Will be going back here for my next change.

I spent 2 hours getting a 15 minute oil change. Then they didn’t have a oil filter & had to use the dirty one that was on there. Of course they charged me for it. I drive a four cylinder car & had a 50 percent off coupon & it still cost $43. & no oil filter. They were supposed to call the next day & have a new filter but of course that was a lie too. I will never go there again.

Great customer service! We brought in the work vehicle to get an oil change. They shared manufacturer recommendations and a good thing they did. One of the services they provided was flushing the transmission fluid. The old transmission fluid was black instead of bright red. We want to thank them for saving us from a potential hefty mechanical bill!

I have had a very slow leak in my tire for the past few weeks. It will be patched soon, but valvoline has been there for me to fill up my tires anytime I need. Real small town feeling in there, with big city professionalism.

Do their job well, changing oil and lube and inspecting filters and such. They are NOT bargain prices.

Got my oil changed here quite a few times. Most of the time, it was quick and cheap. Theres always a coupon out there. A few times in a row, they marked on their paperwork that they had check all the belts and the break fluid, and both were fine/levels were high. But shortly after I had a belt break and my break fluid needed refilled, badly.

A little pricey but I generally dont feel like they are trying to take advantage of me. I do love the top off service they offer.

I wish I could use zero stars. I am very upset with my recent visit. I am only 18, and I am completely convinced they took advantage of me.I recently moved to college, and up until now, I have always gone with one of my parents to get my oil changed in my hometown. They know us there, so they take care of us without asking any questions.When I showed up to Valvoline, I told them I just wanted an oil change, and they said they could get it done in 15-20 minutes. They gave me an option to wait in their living room, but I chose to stay in the car.They asked me which oil I wanted and if they could put some more air in my tires. I said to go ahead.BUT what I didnt realize was that they also decided to replace my radiator fluid and my rear diff fluid without asking me.Since I am an 18-year-old girl, Ill be honest with you, I didnt know what was going on. I could tell that they were taking a while and it seemed like they were doing more than an oil change, but I just kind of figured they were checking on things and would consult me before taking any action.Well, they didnt, and my bill ended up being $231.34. AND they took nearly an hour when they said it would only be 15-20 minutes.Long story short, NEVER take your vehicle to Valvoline in Collinsville. If you do, make sure they dont take advantage of you like they did me.

Expensive, but have rarely had any problems with them. They service most of my vehicles for simple stuff. Do not accept additional recomendations, as most of those are easy and cheap to do yourself.

They are very detailed and efficient. The wait can be a bit long, but they are pretty quick once you get in. I find it a little annoying as they constantly try to sell you filters etc.

Systems were down and had to do manual invoices, because systems were down they were googling what oil my vehicle needed and how much which didnt seem like a great idea, then charged me the wrong amount later when the systems came back and they were able to run my card

Way too much for abasic oil change

My fiancée just got her oil changed here and less than an hour later the check engine light came on. Auto Zone was unable to diagnose and we had to take it to a mechanic and pay for a diagnostic. Turns out, they did not put the oil cap on correctly. This could cause major damage to a vehicle if oil leaked out! You would think a place who specializes in oil change would know how to put on an oil cap and make sure things were done correctly.

Good service, can be pricey.
