This place always has lots of customers. I had an appointment for 2 tires to match 2 tires I had recently bought. I was out in about an hour and 45 minutes. It took them a while before they put my car on the rack.... Guess they were running behind on cars they had taken prior to my 9am appointment.Nevertheless, Ill continue to go back because, rotation is free. Now I have all matching tires again.

Waited four hours on the first day to get four new tires and an oil change for 800 and some dollars . left front of the car was wiggling on the road Called him when I got home and had to take it back in Tuesday for them to look at it again and put more weights on the tires ,waited another three hours for them to get that done and it still has a wiggle in the front of it not real bad but you can feel it it wasnt there when I went there If I could give it a half a star Thats what it would have got . I have never received service from a Dobbs that was as bad as that was.. I will not go back to Dobbs in Collinsville again.

I was in an emergency situation when I found your establishment. Aundre, the best. He made me feel comfortable and did what he could to assist me at the Collinsville Illinois location. He very transparent and followed through with what I was told. Your staff there was friendly and kind, I really needed that after all I was going through, they made life a lot better. I have used this location exclusively, and while I do think Dobbs in general is overpriced, I like the convenience of the location and their willingness to work me in. The team is always friendly and explains their work in detail, answering all of my questions. I was a little disappointed in my previous visit, spending almost $800 and getting my car back woth a low air alert. They didnt service that tire, but since they did brake work, it would have been a nice service to just make sure all of the tires had air. Otherwise, I was happy with the work.

Hands down the best service ever!! Had a flat on my trailer and they changed it out for me and had me back on the road in less than an hour! Really awesome!!!

They refused to use customer supplied parts. They then forced me to buy the same type of bolts I had in the seat for them to use, adding $40 to my bill. They will rip you off every chance they get. They will lie to you and try and sell you parts you dont need. I will never go back and I will never recommend them because they will force you to buy parts you already bought. Take it to a shop that has no problem working within the budget of a customer by using their parts and not a shops parts, that they get at a discount but then mark up higher then the auto parts store prices. Not every one has that kind of money to spend Dobbs, had i put the bolts in myself and brought it to you, you would have used them but because they sat on the seat you forced me to buy the same bolts from you?! Whats the difference? Other then your corrupt.

Ordered a set of tires and alignment online. Recieved a prompt call the next day confirming my appointment time. Showed up, dropped the car off and it was ready to go a few hours later (as I requested). No fuss, no issues, a super smooth experience. Have been exclusively going to Dobbs for tires for 10 years and will continue to do so.

I called a Dobbs in Saint Louis needing a wheel alignment and was decline saying they can not see me for two weeks. So i called the Collinsville location who said come now and not only that they got me in and out. They didn’t suggest unnecessary work and was friendly. I will drive 20 mins from Saint Louis to support this Dobbs for now on.

I got a set of tires and was running a little late getting back to pick up the truck. Dale was helping a woman with 3 kids get a flat fixed even though they were closed and the service guys left. Dale is a true professional!

I replaced my struts on my car and called about 7 different places that couldnt get me in asap for a tire alignment. Called dobbs and they got me in right away and had my car back in 3 hr. And now my car floats. I will definitely be useing there services slot more.

Id give less than 1 star if I could.1. Last time I went there - the cashier misread the invoice and quoted me an amount far greater than the actual cost of service (required escalation to address/clarify/fix).2. I dropped my car off there yesterday afternoon (1 flat tire) and was told the car would be looked at in the morning. Its 4:22pm on the day of and Dobbs still hasnt even determined if they can patch the flat tire or if ill need new tires (boy i wonder how that one will pan out - yes a ton of sarcasm).

Collinsville Dobbs has been a great go-to in the last couple years for oil changes & any other auto needs. Very trustworthy. They don’t suggest additional work unless it’s necessary & their staff is very friendly from the top down. I live in the CWE but they’re only 20 minutes away & I’ll continue to happily give them my business!

Patched up my tire quicker than expected!

Was happy with the out come of the job but not the time it took. I asked for a pickup time gave it he agreed to it and never touched it until after.

Needed help and got it! This was my first experience at Collinsville Dobbs and it was fabulous! They were quick, efficient with no attitude.

Had serpentine belt replaced and cooling system flush, completed as quoted. Was notified of rear leaking strut (work was done under the hood?) and need to replace tires. Honda dealership normally does work and just had oil change and brake work done 400 miles ago with no comment on rear strut but did note I would need tires in the next 5000 miles or less and that front control arm bushings were beginning to crack, not noted by Dobbs mechanic.

The work that was performed was satisfactory and fairly priced even though It took quite some time

Do Not Use Dobbs Tire in Collinsville unless you know how to spot slick sales people willing to take advantage of the unsuspecting. Two needed replacement but they got my son to pony up for four new tires. Claimed they dont sell things to poeple that they dont need. Sold Sorry - I looked at the tires and only two really needed to be replaced. They could have at least done an alignment for that amount of money. Congratulations on taking advantage of an unsuspecting driver.

Can’t recommend this place enough. We had a flat tire and we pulled in and got it fixed immediately, less than 30 minutes. They were very nice and great to work with.

I purchased new tires for my truck. I specifically requested white lettering out. The last thing I said to the person at the desk when I walked out the door was that very point as a reminder. I picked up the truck in the evening and noticed black walls all the way around. I went back in and told the manager on duty. I was told “we have a couple of really new mechanics. Can you bring it back on Monday?” (If you have really new mechanics shouldn’t you watch them closer to make sure they do things correctly until they earn your trust?). I get home in the light of my garage to see there is no white lettering on the tires period. Wrong tires entirely. I call back on Monday to share these new findings. The person I speak to confirms the correct tires are available there in the store. So, I take it back down to get the correct tires put on it a second time. Also, when I originally scheduled the work the manager on duty said “your 2014 Ram.” I said no, thats my wife’s truck. “Ok, we will get the information off of your truck when you bring it down.” The paperwork I received has my wife’s truck information including her license plate. I purchased tires for her truck here a year or so ago. So, now I am worried how this snafu affects her tire warranty. The desk person when I pick up my truck tells me he corrected that mistake by adjusting the charges off her vehicle file. Sorry to say but with everything that has happened I have little confidence in that comment. Hoping there are no problems with her tires. I was told sorry for the problem one time as I walked out the door. No offer to adjust charges for my time and inconvenience. So needless to say not the best experience.

That crew got my old van (truck) riding as good as it ever has. It took a while. I was a early walk in. Worth it.

I had a wonderful experience at Dobb’s Auto Center in Collinsville, Illinois. One of my wiper blades came off during a rainstorm and while I was driving.The auto tech that assisted me was Dale. Dale was very knowledgeable and helpful.Dale installed my new wiper blades for me quickly and professionally.

We live in Illinois and we were on our way home from our sons surgery in St Louis. (3 1/2 hour drive) As we got on the interstate we experienced a terrible vibration in the car. We had brand new tires installed a couple weeks back from our dealer in Illinois. We exited the interstate and upon looking over the car I noticed the back wheel was missing a lug nut and the others were loose. Keep in mind my son just had surgery and was buckled in his car seat along with a lot of other precautionary measures for him to be comfortable and the jack and lug wrench was not accessible without taking my son out. I looked up the nearest tire place and chose them as they were the closest to my location. I made it over to them and when I told them my situation they immediately got a service tech, replaced the lug nut and checked all the other lugs and made sure they were all torqued to specs. On top of this, they would not accept a dime!!!! They told us...”Your safe to go now, hopefully your drive home gets better and wished us well! Went to get a patch in tire because of a leak. They acted like they didn’t want to do it even though I was willing to wait on my vehicle. Both Dobbs employees (Front desk, and a service technician from the automotive garage. I asked the front desk employee what was in my tire. She answered in a stern voice saying whatever was in it fell out. I asked how big was the hole, she said it was small enough to put a patch on it. Also your pesticide Representative also sprayed bug spray on me. Very poor customer service. Will take my repairs elsewhere from now on.

My scope of work was for 4 new tires and installation of those tires, I also had 2 key Fobs that needed batteries installed. When the technician was explaining to me the process it was my understanding the alignment would be free. It turns out the inspection for the need of an alignment was free but I had to pay for the alignment the technician was not clear on that when explaining it to me, it was only because I did need the alignment that I wasn’t so upset but it turns out that a $500-$600 visit turned out to be over $700. Transparency is key!!!!

They have always been quick there and always very friendly. I had one incident with them but they were quick to fix it so no complaints on my part with them.

As always, Mike, Steve and the rest of the Dobbs Team treated me fairly and professionally to address the issues with my vehicle on an expedited timeline. Would not go anywhere else for my auto service on my family’s vehicles.

Overall - a terrible visit. STAY AWAY! They tried to sell me something I didnt need.Had a tire losing pressure, and upon inspection I could see a nail in the tire. I took it in to the Dobbs in Collinsville, IL for a repair. I spoke with the lady behind the counter and explained the issue. No problems there!My wife picked me up and we left the car so they could patch the tire. A couple hours later they called to tell me the tire couldnt be repaired because of the location of the nail. They also told me the tire had dry rot and very little tread so they recommended 4 new tires. She quoted me a price. Approximately $1,000....Dobbs doesnt know this, but I used to work in a mechanic shop. I mounted, repaired and balanced tires. I was so surprised at what they were telling me. I told them, the nail hole wasnt near the sidewall, and it looked repairable, and the tires were not even a year old. The lady stuck with her story that they couldnt fix it and again offered the new tires. I told them I was coming down and they could show me the problem.When I got there, she said The Sr. Tech looked at the tires and the dry rot is all superficial. So, you dont have anything to worry about there. Also, we went ahead and repaired the tire. No charge cause we really didnt do anythingWe parted ways, but let me ask. How normal is it for a business not to charge you for a patch? I think it happens when they get caught red handed trying to sell you something you didnt need. I dont know if its a pattern, as this is the first time I went Dobbs. I wont be going back again.

Don’t recommend, went and got 4 brand new tires on the car and when i picked it up there was a ton of vibration. Got home and the lugnuts on the passenger rear tire were loose! Very careless and very unsafe. Luckily no one was injured.

I came in to Dobbs and received a quote on 4 new tires. Dan, I believe his name is, did a thorough job at getting the right tires for me. He informed more than I knew. I went to receive a quote from another shop and found their customer service didnt equate to Dobbs, dispite the other companies lower price. I didnt even tell Dobbs to match because their first impression was the best. Mike(Manager is calm mannered and thorough with his expertise and handled a situation that was uneasy for me. Chris, she helped me with my service off intervals/mileage and educating about where to find it, what its for and even set it up for me to get reminders for my oil change. Thank you Chris! I am not really knowledable about some aspects of a car, but I was happy they filled in the blanks as I asked questions. The service was fast and Im happy.

The Collinsville Dobbs did an alignment on my 2017 mustang and parked it in the lot with a crooked steering wheel? Right no big deal just give them the car back to fix. It gets worse, when I drove it the car was twitchy and pulled me into oncoming traffic because they didn’t tighten anything down on the rear passenger adjustments. This work was not only sub standard but downright dangerous and could’ve killed me. Unacceptable on every level.

I stopped without an appointment this morning because my skid plate was partially disconnected. They were able to fix it in a few minutes and didnt even charge me! I was also very happy when I bought a set of tires from Dobbs. The Collinsville location is great.

Have taken my car to Dobbs about six or seven times everytime I get the car back I have a different quality of ride in my tires. With all the frustration and time and energy I spent with Dobbs I have taking my car to another repair place. Three of the four tires were still out of balance cost me another $60 to have something fixed the Dobbs could not do something as simple as balancing tires. Everybody is nice and friendly at any location but the quality of their work is very poor. I would like to figure out how to get my $60 back since it was Dobbs responsibility to have my car running correctly with their tires and they failed to do that.

Drove straight in off the highway on my way home from work because my car was shaking bad. Turned out I need new calipers, pads, brake rotors and new brake hose! They were able to take care of everything within a matter of hours! So friendly and helpful. Thank you so much !!

I came in to buy a new rear drivers side tire and it was noted on the form. After waiting an hour to get in and an hour to get my new tire put on, I come outside to find my old tire still on my rear drivers side... they put a new tire on the rear passenger side. When I brought this to their attention, I was given a BS excuse of how the passenger side tire was worse and needed to be changed. Like I didnt know which tire I had been filling with air every single day this week. I will do my best to not ever return to Dobbs again.

Went in without appointment but worked me in & my tire didnt have a nail but had corrosion & valve stem problem which was covered under warranty. Was well worth a little bit of wait. Staff was friendly & courteous.

Made an appointment for 5:45 PM - here we sit, it’s almost 6:30 PM. They haven’t even started on my car. What is the point of even making an appointment? Also, the man who was working at the register let some dude who was complaining go in front of everyone else. I guess you have to use intimidation tactics to get waited on quicker. Next time, I’ll just stick to going to Valvoline. It’s cheaper, quicker, and the staff is way more kind. Do not recommend.

After our van broke down on the interstate 4 hours from home, with a van full of kids, in 95 degree weather, we were towed to Dobbs. These guys were very accommodating. My husband and I went to dinner at Zapatas while they were installing my tires and as we were eating an ice storm hit. We called Dobbs to see if we could just leave my car there until the next morning and they had no problem with that. Their customer service was very good, too, and the gentleman who checked us out was raving about how good the tires my husband purchased for me were. That made me feel safe!

Had my vehicle in for the free tire rotation since I bought my tires there. They took the time to check over my tires and found a screw in one of them removed and repaired my tired no charge since my tires were under warranty great service. I always have my work done at dobbs.

Very poorly I paid $500 for a set of tires 2 weeks ago got a nail in one of them they say it wasnt covered under the warranty so I had to buy a new tire they had me come in for the apartment didnt have a tire to give me after waiting didnt have to go back the next day and wait for over an hour to get the tire put on when they got it but yet I had the appointment for 12 and it starts with the management

Good service, friendly, but having to wait an hour for an oil change WITH an appointment.. kinda sad. 2015I came back 2021. Again, good service, friendly staff. Got it all fixed in the timeframe they gave me. Utilized the one-way transport which is nice. Only thing I really had an issue with was being quoted 2K for repairs and the final bill was 2.5K
