Jorge helped me out to get a new laptop after struggling for 2 months trying to figure out what was wrong with my last one. This one is faster and has alot more storage! I also got a great deal on an ipad and as a college student excited!

So, I brought my laptop in because a the hinge was off, the charging port was popping out and not charging as well as wifi connection issues. I get quoted at a good price to get it all fixed and I tell them to go ahead with it. They tell me its gonna be done within about 4 days. Im waiting in a response and since it had been 4 days I called for an update. I was told my cpu was not connected properly or something (a problem my laptop never had) like that and they were trying to fix it. Say it should be fixed in 2 days. Fast forward about 2 weeks and its still not fixed. They tell me I might need a new motherboard. I tell them Im gonna get a professional to come take a look at it and the next day the problem is magically fixed. They fixed the hinge and told me the laptop was running very well. No problems. When I bring it back to my house I immediately plug it in to start using it and the laptop wont charge after all of that extensive testing and after I was told they saw no problem with my charger.Overall:It took way longer than it needed to and much longer than they said it would take.It felt like I was getting scammed with a fake problem they wanted me to pay for.My laptop still wont charge after I was told it had no charging problems.PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

I needed some motherboard screws because my open Box motherboard did not come with screws. The good people over at Utec gave me some loose screws that they had lying around. We talked for a bit and I am bringing my laptop in later for repair.

I came in to get a repair done for my IPhone charging port! Katy was quick to help me and explained everything really well. I had an hour until my phone was done so I went right over to the press box sports grill for a beer. Please come here for a repair it is quick and affordable and always good to help the local businesses out! They did a military discount as well.

Pretty good work pretty fast. The cost of a screen repair for the phone I brought in was twice as much as buying an entire refurb phone of the same model, which isnt great. It was also quite a bit more than I was originally quoted, but I had already paid the initial 40 bucks up front. Didnt love that.

They fixed my daughters iPad extremely fast. Educated me on post care. Also applied some accessories. It’s like new. ✨

I broke my iPhone XS Max screen and this store was in the same parking lot as my gym, I took in my phone and by the time I was done working out my phone was fixed. I didn’t realize my Face ID wasn’t working until I got home, so I took it back less than a week later under their warranty and they were able to fix it without any issues. I highly recommend their service, they were very courteous and professional both on the phone and in person. Patrick did an excellent job explaining everything and repairing my phone. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family and also, they ended up being $50 cheaper than almost everyone else which is a definite plus.

This is the best phone repair ever I went in and showed them the problem with my phone and they said they can fix it in about an hour. We thought it would take a day but an hour later They fixed it perfectly no problems nothing everything is working good.

When I picked up my iPad I talked to George, and he was very professional and very polite, he took his time to explain what was wrong with my iPad , how they were able to fix it and what I needed to do to protect it in the future and I appreciated that. I took my laptop in for screen repair expecting it to be 300 plus but they were extremely professional and there associate George helped me out it ended costing 240 with new screen being order and everything he even did a inspection to check on its internals and only took few days and even offered advice my laptop and everything was super satisfied

Highly recommend! My family and I have been coming to U-Tec for years and theyve never disappointed us. I took my friend in today to have her phone fixed and she came out very pleased with their work and the price to have her phone fixed!

I went here already knowing what was wrong with my laptop, but just wanted to see if the problem had damaged other parts of my laptop. I explained this to the person but he didnt get it until I told him the 3rd time around. Not only that, but I was told they found other parts that may be potentially damaged, and made a big deal about one in particular. I wasnt called until 4 days later, being told what I already knew; however the other things they mentioned in their concerns about were NEVER adressed. When they offered the repair quotes prices, it was almost 4x the amount for just the parts alone. I ended up taking it back and repaired it on my own for $60 instead of paying +350.I would recommend people to Google before I recommend this place.

Have been doing business with George for over 10 years, wont go to anyone else. Very professional had a galaxy s10 with a cracked front and back screen, and a cracked camera screen within 30 minutes o had new screens and an otter box. Replacement parts are original Samsung parts, very hard to get Samsung wont sell parts to just any one including some repair shops. Very happy with price, quality and time it took to fix my device 10 10 would recommend

I had to get my computer fixed twice and my mother had to get hers fixed too. Utecs team was constantly keeping me and my mother up-to-date with the statuses of our electronics. In addition, they were always making sure to tell us everything we needed to know to better understand what should happen with our computers. Before I went to Utec, my computer wouldnt turn on and now it works perfectly. I would highly recommend these guys for computer repair.

Went in to go get my screen fixed on my samsung tablet. It wasnt turning on and needed the battery replaced. I paid a $40 service fee to make sure what was causing the issue. Service was fast and friendly. Marilyn made sure it would be ready same day. Definitely recommend this place.

Okay, Ive worked with U-tec twice once at their Blackstone site and this one on Herndon and they are my #1 Fix-It team.Roman and Cameron helped me out when I needed my laptop battery changed, they were kind, diligent, absolutely LOVELY to work with. I trust U-tec with all of gadgets and encourage others to go to their store and have whatever you need repaired by the U-tec team.

A little disappointed that all these joints dont sell any type of gift certificate. Would be a smart way to allow me to pay forward a repair. Especially around the holiday.
