The staff are courteous and professional everytime I spoke with them. They did a great job repairing cellphone and notepad when I needed a quick turn around. I did learn that they are no longer an authorized Hewitt Packard repair center. Unfortunately HP still list them an authorized repair center on their website, which causes confusion.

Went for a battery repair on a note 8 and although it did take a while (around 2 hours) it was worth the wait and was only around $80. Getting a battery replaced is by far the cheapest way to extend the life of your older phones without having to buy a new one.

I was about to go spend almost $300 to repair my Google Pixel 4 XL screen. Thankfully I called Verizon when they told me my phone was insured, and Verizon sent me here to fix it. They do a free outgoing diagnostics where they found a known Google defect with the battery, and they replaced at no charge as well as. I would highly recommend this place. We also found out from Verizon, for additional $25 a month we can insure all of our laptops, tablets, TVs, smart thermostats, any tech related item in our home. The best part is any new claim ranges anywhere between $49 to $99. Keep this place in your repair rotation. Definitely worth it.

The service was great and the job was done in a timely manner. However because I procrastinated putting on a screen protector I asked them to install one for me. I figured how much could it be, well I didnt think I was going to be charged $30. Seriously, $30 for a plastic screen protector that cost maybe $2, thats asinine. You made your money from Samsung doing the warranty service. Id figure $15 would have been fair or even throw it in. This would have kept a customer. Typical money grab from a corporate business.

Super great staff here. The adhesive on my Pixel 4 XL had failed and my back panel was separating from the chassis. They fixed it for free in about 15 minutes which was very unexpected. Walked in on a Saturday and he was the only person in store and was super busy. Didnt phase him. Because it was busy, it took him a little longer to get it repaired but I wasnt worried about it. That means OEM quality parts! Phone looked like nothing ever happened to it! Ubreakifix repaired and replaced the screen on my iPad Pro. I took it there on Wednesday and got it back on Monday 5 days later. It works great now and feels good as new.

I was skeptical about this place but Im glad that I did go with them. I love that they were really honest. I broke my Samsung S8 screen and Im not ready to upgrade just yet because my phone is still running really well. They were really honest about the cost to fix my phone and suggest that its better not to fix it because my phone is older. With the cost to fix it I could have purchased a newer model. Ive decided to go through and fix it. It took longer than what they were telling me but I told them to take their time because I have another phone that Im using. I couldnt be more happy. I would gladly refer anyone to this place.

I liked this place they were able to fix my sonsPlayStation and it was very inexpensive. The woman who worked even told me how I could fix it on my own but I’m not all tech savvy and prefer to have them fix it. The only thing was I didn’t get a call when it was ready and I tried calling twice but the phone just rang. They are new so maybe they are having some phone issues however I would go back if I have another problem.
