He is very good and very reasonable! As a matter of fact, with most of our cell phone “problems” (cleaning port, screen protectors, new screen) he had repaired very quickly and either did not charge or charged a ridiculously low amount. I have never paid Rick more than 10 bucks...And each time I’ve had to take a cell phone in, I almost threw it away because I thought they were ruined! My daughter has driven in from Amarillo to have him work On an iPad because she couldn’t afford the prices the Apple store tried to charge her in Amarillo

If I could rate Ricks services above five stars, I certainly would. I recently brought my iPhone 7 Plus in for a screen replacement and he was able to repair it in only 30 minutes, for 50% of what most other techs were charging. However, there was an issue with the initial installation. Rick guarantees all his work, so I brought my phone back and Rick replaced it within 15 minutes and included a screen protector, all free of charge. I would highly recommend that anyone in need of cell phone or PC repair consider using Ricks services. His prices are very reasonable and his customer service is terrific!

I highly recommend you go to him. I completely broke the screen to my iPhone SE (and the sensor and the camera) and he was able to fix it in about 30 minutes and only charged me $63 for the new screen, new camera piece, and the glass protective screen. Awesome service and a really nice, funny guy and extraordinary work especially if you have an iPhone!!!

I’m from out of state , visiting family . I have 8 plus IPhone , have insurance on it . Went to Verizon here in Clovis to repair . The staff at Verizon handed me pamphlet to call , told me I’d have to over 200$ . Yet when I had my husband call they said it would be 30$ . So since the employees would not honor our insurance, I was recommended to use Ricks tech . He was able to replace my screen , gave me a new glass protector free and had it fixed very quickly, and for around 70$ . I would recommend him to anyone, so thankful that my screen was replaced so promptly, I’m heading home to Alabama soon and needed to able to use my map .

Excellent customer service. My wife was traveling out of town, her screen broke on her phone Rick repaired it promptly but in less than 24 hours the new screen cracked due to a manufacture defect Rick went above and beyond and replaced the defective screen on his off day. Hats off to you sir for taking care of my wife 1200 miles from home.
