I took my laptop in to get a screen replaced as it had fallen and the screen was cracked. I have another laptop similar so the first time it was fixed, I had a weird issue where my stylus would skip over a section of the screen, I tried it on my other laptop and found out it wasnt the screen. I went in a second time and had to wait longer for it as the screen wasnt working again. I finally had it back a few days ago only for it to pick up my pen very well, but I would have to tap multiple times for my touch to register. I really need my laptop for college so I cant take it soon but it seems like my issue keeps getting worse.Update: My laptop screen is finally fixed after a month, the tech showed me what was wrong and was knowledgeable about it. I understand it took a while to get the proper screen and to get it to work. I like their 45 day warranty that allowed me to get a new screen and upon installing my own screen protector and still seeing an issue, I was able to get another screen protector from them as well. David was very helpful in getting updates and allowed me to come in to test it before to know if the screen would work properly. Very good service but it was an issue to keep taking it back.

Super knowledgeable about ANY phone. Somewhat pricey. Look on Groupon for some discounts. More than one phone at a time will probably get you more discount. If they have to order you a certain part. If you could lower than 1 star, I definitely would. This place uses false advertising and malpractice as an excuse to exploit money from hard working people. The work done was sub-par, due to the fact that we took our iPad to another place to be fixed and found out that they utilized masking tape for a quick fix, and didnt glue down the home button as they should have. Absolutely not bringing our business here again.

This guys are very professional when working on phone devices i brought my work phone to get fix and they did the work same day and on top of that they offer me screen protector free to protect my devices im very happy with the services. I really hate giving one star reviews but I felt like I need to so others know to stay away from this place. I came in here around May of 2020, I needed a simple screen repair so I had brought my phone into this place. The first issue I had when I first got my screen repaired is the touch mechanics, it would be buggy and sometimes not work. I had brought it back to them and they had replaced the screen again (for free which was nice) yet I still had this on going issue with the screen touch being unresponsive so I brought it back a second time and they had told me that I just need to do a hard reset on my phone. Which I was not happy about because I didnt want to do that every time I was having an issue. This issue became so problematic that I accidentally called 911 trying to reset my phone. I was trying to reset it by pressing the on/off button which is also the emergency button and I couldnt cancel the 911 call because the touch wasnt working. Which was very upsetting to say the least. Now the reason for writing my review is that now the display of my phone is not working. I havent dropped my phone or damaged it since I got my repair and now I have to get an upgrade because the display is no longer working which is very upsetting. If you have a cracked screen just go to apple it will be better for you in the long run. I am not mad at the employees because theyre just doing their job, Im just upset because I thought a third party replacing my phone would be more affordable but it just damaged my phone more.

I brought my iPhone 11Pro in for a screen repair.I had already been to two other places in Fresno that and neither of them had the screen I needed in stock, but these guys did!They told me to come back in a half an hour.Trader Joe’s is only about 150 feet away which is great! And when I came back 40 minutes later, my phone was fixed, and they had even put a new screen protector on it as a “token of customer appreciation”. I have used ScreenWorks twice now and each time David and his team have been very polite, professional and quick in meeting my needs and getting me on the road. And I love being able to walk across the parking lot to Trader Joe’s for a half an hour LOL.BIG THANKS TO DAVID AND HIS TEAM!!👊🏼(because of you guys, the experience of breaking my phone sucks less LOL:)

My wifes call phone had gradually been showing a black strip on the bottom of the vertical screen and it increased to the point of not being able to see where to text etc. AT&T in Clovis on Herndon and Clovis Ave. recommended we take it to Screen Works on Willow and Nees in Clovis. We went after 4 pm yesterday and were told he (Leo) would try to fix it by closing time 7 pm but couldnt guarantee. 7 pm past, and we figured it would be next day. But to our surprise, Leo called and said he had gotten a lot of traffic & phone calls after we left and apologized for it. Then he told us he talked to his Manager, and was allowed to stay to complete the job so we could get the phone back that night. How many businesses do you know that would do that?! We drove the short distance back and waited a few minutes and then tried the phone out. Another issue came up, and Leo patiently worked on it to make things right. We thank Leo for all of his EXTRA time and his Manager (name unknown) for caring enough to allow his employee to make things good. Will definitely recommend the Clovis location to family & friends!

My iPhone 6S ended up sitting in a puddle all night and wouldnt charge. Everything else worked, so I figured it was salvageable.I dropped it off at ScreenWorks and they got it working in a few hours and replaced the battery, too, so it holds a charge like new now.So much better than trying to get a new phone or go through the hassle of moving everything over to it.

While I did not take a phone there today, I have in the past. Their ability saved me hundreds on a phone and it lasted at least two more years after the repair. Great work and you could not tell the phone had been repaired.

We took our older iPad in because the battery would not hold a charge. Otherwise it works great, so it was well worth the charge to get a new battery installed and now it works like new. We had a small issue with installation but we talked to Jacob and he was super professional and took care of every detail to make sure we were taken care of completely! I would recommend this company.

Ive been bringing my devices to this shop for over a year. I have teenagers so the majority of my visits are for iphone screen repair. Im a customer who appreciates good customer service. The young men working here are very professional and enjoy talking to their customers(not all techies enjoy conversing). Today I was greeted by Robert whom also checked in my phone. Leo (technician that worked on my phone) took the time to explain my screen options and how they differ. I specifically enjoy that they will text you with the status of your phone or when its ready for pickup. Yes, I will return since this shop has gain my confidence.

Please stay away from this business. I feel it is my duty to help protect others from the service I received here.I turned over my iPhone XR that had been dropped in water and stopped working. I was told the phone was ready to be picked up twice only to leave empty handed because the phone was still in pieces. When I asked the General Manager, Jacob, when my phone would be ready for pickup I was told that they would put it back together right then and I could pick it up within the hour. I picked the phone up later that day and the tech told me that they did the full drying treatment and that the phone would no longer function. I did not trust what the tech told me and I took it to RepairAll at the Sierra Vista Mall. The tech at RepairAll originally defended ScreenWorks when I told him my experience. The next day I received a phone call from the tech saying that the phone had never been opened (he could tell from the seals) and that the phone was full of water. He was as surprised as I was. The tech replaced the battery and the phone works great now. I contacted Jacob at ScreenWorks to ask for a refund for services not performed. He declined my request and said that he did not trust what the other shop said and cant stand behind that. After I had filed a complaint with the BBB Jacob contacted me stating that the owner of the company directed him to tell me that they would issue me a refund if and only if I were to remove the reviews I had posted. Worst experience I have ever had with any business ever.I have all documentation needed to support all the statements made in this review including documentation of the condition of the phone after being in care of ScreenWorks.Let my experience with ScreenWorks guide you to ANY other phone repair shop. I used RepairAll at the Sierra Vista Mall and I was VERY happy with the service I received.

They know what theyre talking about. They give you honest opinion so you wont have to waste your money on trying different things. I trust them 100% with their expertise and definitely recommend Screen Works to you if you have any problem with your phones and tablets.Im quite clumsy with my phone so I needed a case that can protect my S8+ all around but didnt want it too bulky. They knew immediately what would fit my need and recommended just the right one. It was slimmer than my previous case but had the same protection. The case even has a stand at the back so Im enjoying it very much. I also appreciate and value their honesty to my questions and concerns. The case didnt come with a screen protection(the plastic cover that some cases come with). Being used to having that screen protection I asked them if I can get tempered glass there too but they advised me that its not so much worth paying for the glass because they dont stay on your screen. I appreciate them not selling the glass to me because I have not seen any S8+ user who had tempered glass on their phone long enough for me to invest in it.

Jacob at the Bitwise location gave me a price match from a competitor and they also had the replacement I needed in stock while the competitor had to ship it to their store which would take a few days. He sent me to the Clovis location and wow did they do a good job. Looks like nothing ever happened! It was my first time doing business with Screen Works, and it certainly wont be the last!

Yesterday at lunch time, my wifes Galaxy S4 screen was pulverized almost to the point of sand and was not lighting up. I pick it up at her work and called around. Another place said it would take a week. I went into Screen Works and they said they could get it done in an hour for less money than the other place. An hour later, it was ready and working. The phone looked brand new! My wife was completely astonished that it was fixed at all, let alone so fast. She excepted to be without a phone for a while. Screen Works made me look like a hero! The guys were very attentive, knowledge, and efficient. I would definitely recommend this place.

I have a phone that is not that common. However, Screenworks was able to replace my shattered phone in a day! They were very trustworthy. They always made sure that my information is protected. Also, the manager was kind enough to give me a discount since the screen replacement was out of my budget. 15/10 recommend!
