Couldnt get anyone on the phone.

My family uses cabs frequently and I hate to say, weve started using Uber instead of traditional cab companies. The two companies here in Cleveland both take an hour or two to get picked up. And half the time they act annoyed with you like youre inconveniencing them. Speedy cab only answers the phone about half the time. I will be using Uber from now on. They show up in under 10 minutes, and actually cost less. 🤷

If you call the cab you either never shows or call you dummy and hangs up. Customer service, public service, community service,... Speedy Cab should be shut down.

You put your life in the hands of hairoin users if u use this cab service true story the owner did drugs in the bathroom of the gas station i work in then took someone to Athens from Cleveland on his way back cuz of the drugs he crashed the car flipping it a bunch of times almost killing himself but the fact he was so messed up he lived and the fact he had no DL or inn and intoxicated he had got arrested for it so do not use this car service

All the people who drive these cabs are crackheads, and take half a hour to get to youre house! oof horrible...

Called for a taxi. Man said 15 to 20 mins. 2 hours later i call he says 15 to 20 mins. And hour and half later he still says 15 to 20 mins. Another hour later he still says 15 to 20 mins. Like do you plan on showing up or not.

I called for a ride at 9:58 am I had to ask if I had called the right number because the man who answered the phone sounded like he had just woke up and I couldnt really hear him because he was speaking so quietly so I gave him the addresses and we hung up, it is now 12:08 PM and he still hasnt showed up over 2 hours later. Did he fall back asleep?

Made an appointment for pick up 3 hours ahead of time and no one ever showed up. Called them twice just to be told they where almost there when they where not! Never again!!! Horrible way to run a company!

I called for a taxi to get my son out of school he was sick. The man told me he will pick me up take me to the school and back. I live right next door to the company and he never showed up. I called and called he never answered again. So professional

I just called and found out that I can schedule a pick up at anytime of the day 24/7 and they will be there. They will be my only cab service I use from here on out. Suck other one..... Use us because only cab company for so long I hope yall rot....

This was the worst i called 7 times before anyone even answered then he was half asleep and it was 1 in the evening i scheduled a pick up 30 mins after they should have been there i called back . it took 4 calls to get someone to answer . he said she on her way no one ever showed

Walk before you call them for a cab.

Said they were on there way and never showed up, when I called him back he said he only had one driver and he couldn’t find him 🤦‍♀️. What kind of business is this they are awful
