They never showed they keep calling saying another 20 min. And flipped out two hours later when they called to say 20 minutes and I told them I took a Lyft.

I called for a cab ride around 2pm for a dental appointment at 3. The dispatch told me it will be 25-30 minutes until my driver picks me up. 2:43 the driver calls and informs new that hell be here to pick me up in yet another 25 minutes or so. I had to cancel the ride because I was able to find another. If I had known that it would take well over an hour for a ride I would have called at noon instead.

I called him at 1 in the morning because I live in the middle of nowhere and needed a safe ride for my brother. He did not have to make the trip, but he did and it was obvious he was just a really cool and kind person. I only talked to him twice on the phone and for about 3 minutes in my driveway. His car was really nice. Im happy I called him instead of another cab company. Ill be calling him again.

He was on time and very personable, clean comfortable car, very reasonable on the price, and was very quick to my destination. Will definitely call again!

Very dependable, affordable and customer friendly service. Called the night before to schedule a pick up from Greyhound. Driver was on time picking up my kids and I and getting us to our destination safely and on time. Driver also got us back to Greyhound on time to depart from Cleveland. I highly recommend.

I loved this service and I will definitely be using it again when I’m in Ohio . I was visiting family and had no idea how to get around , and he was very patient and knowledgeable. He got me to all my places I needed to be and on time . The prices was SOOOO reasonable. If you want someone to feel safe with and good prices hit this service up !!!! I was there for 3 days and he was my driver the whole time . I’m a single mother of two and felt safe being In the car with him and he even had a car seat for me 😆 the second day . Who does that ? Someone that cares about his clients !!! That’s who . AND , he even had juice and water for the kids and had snacks just In case I needed some while being out .. thanks for the great service

Excellent customer service, very dependable drivers, always on time every time I call, offers very reasonable prices and my driver was the coolest driver I ever met! he always has cords available for my electronic devices, even had a variety of snacks and beverages for me to choose from! I love this cab company and all it has to offer highly would recommend over any uber or lyft any day!

Guy picked us up in a two door Olds Alero that looked and smelled awful. Were not from this area obviously. He was supposed to pick us back up two hours later after already being paid but when I called him his reply was he was indisposed and on the toilet. WTF?
