Great service as we have used Company Car for many years. The fleet is up to date and the people are very thorough. Last night we entertained some friends for dinner and our driver Frank was excellent . On time and easy to work with . On our return he was waiting for us and the evening was a smash hit . I have another trip planned with them tomorrow and I know they will do another great job .

Great ride and bus was very nice both trips! Booked for a round trip bachelor party to CLE - Only issues were that the bus dropping us off was not the same bus picking us up - which eliminates us from bringing belongs and leaving them on our bus. I was given our drivers name and number, but once I reached out prior to being picked up, I was provided with the wrong number. Also, our updated drop off location was not communicated to the our driver and we were dropped at the wrong place. Overall - good experience and fun time. Drivers were very nice and patient. Got a flat on the bus ride home and the driver handled it very well.

I ordered a car to take our family out to dinner. The driver Ted was wonderful. Very courteous kind and funny. However the condition of the vehicle rusted footsteps and a hood that was bouncing up and down embarrassing to be representing your company. I was not happy with the vehicle but the rest of the experience was excellent. I will definitely use them again in the future.

After booking transport for our crew for months now, Company Car Cleveland has been the smoothest booking and pickup thus far. Steve made the conversation for booking the trip, pleasant, simple and he was a step ahead of me , which made me realize that he took pride in his job and was very competent.Chris was our professional driver.He showed class and a timely presence.He followed up with pickup times and his ETA.I would recommend this service to anyone who is looking for care, class and ease for their transport needs.

Excellent professional car/limo service would recommend to anyone. We received a text when Chris and the Sprinter van were on the way. Called him to let him know where we were for pickup and he was there 10 min early and loaded our bags and got us to our destination with friendly, impeccable customer service.

Mark was early, very personable and professional. Car was clean and we were able to adjust the air conditioning in the car. We were a party of 5 with 5 suitcases. We all had plenty of room. I would recommend Mark and this car service to anyone.

Used limo services and Driver Gaylon was great. Suggestions for future:1. Driver - if the driver is changed, forward the contact information as the change caused Gaylon to be late.2. Venues - if you are arranging the venues, make sure they know we are coming in advance as they were not ready for us3. Late - if the driver is late, the time should be extended to the allotted time

I did not go through with actually using the service because it was no longer needed, but I received wonderful first class service and they are a great company to talk to. For the value of what you are getting their prices are fair and reasonable. Definitely worth looking into if you need transportation for a bigger group of people.

Used this service for airport car service and to tour the area to scout out office space since we are moving our corporation to Cleveland. Our chauffeur, Ed provided us with outstanding knowledge of the area, went out of his way to make our tour of the city easy and productive, it was snowing so he got out and took outdoor pictures for us of properties, made various stops along the way as directed, recommended a restaurant for us and even phoned about a reservation. Highly recommend Company Car for corporate car service and if you can request Ed do so! Best of all they made me look good to my upper management team since I coordinated this trip.

The best car service in Cleveland. I have been using them since 2012 when I started traveling for work. They are reliable and professional. I just finished taking a Limo from Company Car on Tuesday. This was the second time I had used them this year. I had previously always used Touched of Class. But when Company Car took them over I started using CCL. Theres a lot of Transportation Companies out there but for me my interaction with Amanda R in their Office sold me! Amanda knew what I needed even before I did. She more than bent over backwards to meet my needs. No matter what they might be. So from Amanda in the Front Office all the way down to the Drivers, and automobiles this is a First Class Company! Next time I need a Car I am going directly to Amanda.
