If I could give it 0 I would. I went from Concord Ohio to Cleveland Ohio. The driver never cared about masks being worn even though it is federal law. At the start of the trip I got on every single amish person werent wearing masks. When the driver was collecting tickets he was staring right at them and didnt say a word until I complained. We made another stop in Amish Country and the driver got out and didnt put a mask on and allowed even more Amish people to get on without masks.

My daughter was getting married in Chicago. I needed to get 27 family members including seniors (with a walker) and a person in a powered wheelchair from Akron to the hotel in Chicago and to and from the wedding then safely back to Akron. The bus was wonderful with a wheel chair lift, wifi, great sound and video system (we watched three movies each way). It was clean and very comfortable. The driver was a pro, always on time, very helpful during boarding and exiting. Plenty of room below for luggage. It made for a memorable, wonderful family weekend that will be talked about for years to come. Thank you Matt the driver and Barons Bus. I would do this once/year, even without a wedding.

I rode the bus on Wednesday November 18 2020 going from Indiana to Georgia and at the second stop in wakarusa Indiana at a McDonald’s the driver said go in and get you guys something to eat we will be leaving at 7:10 and at that time it was about 615 so I knew we had some time so I wait in line then go to bathroom and when I came out I seen the bus driver pulling off with all my belongings still on the bus he did not try to announce a last call or anything like the workers say they usually do it is now a week later and I still haven’t gotten my belongings I have one guy from the company that tried to help me locate my belongings but wherever they are that facility will not answer this is the worst trip I ever had my social security card wallet and license were on that bus I am extremely upset because this company should be doing more to help me get my belongings but they are not they do not care about their customers 👎🏾👎🏾

I paid to ride the Baron from Cleveland Ohio to Chicago but instead I was boarded on a greyhound poor advertising Baron shame on you if I wanted to ride the greyhound I would have scheduled my trip on their bus lines.

Worst bus experience ever! Very unprofessional. The driver waited for some people 50 min after the departure time and caused me to miss my 2nd bus at the transfer station. The customer service did not help at all and left me stranded in the bus station where I had to book a hotel to stay for the night and get another bus ticket with another company the next day to get to my destination.

So far so good. Im currently on the bus now. Its much more comfortable than a regular Greyhound. Lovely wifi...which is how Im able to type this review! The movie screens and sounds are perfect. You can actually hear it. Very nice.

Amy is an AWESOME bus driver!!! I left my phone at a rest stop and she turned around to go get my phone. I LOVE this woman. Any other bus driver would have said forget it! not her. I would definitely ride her bus again!!!!

Amy is a great driver she made me feel really comfortable and Ive never fell asleep on a bus before but I fell asleep on her bus I give her a very high score and recommendation for best bus driver ever all the buses Ive been on have made me nervous to where I dont want to fall asleep but Amy is very smooth with her driving and I give her toodles to that this woman has been driving for hours way before I got on her bus and usually bus drivers get cranky but this woman is kind and sweet and very generous so I recommend Barons bus for everybody! This is my first time on a bus trip ! Amy was the driver and she was so amazing ! SHOUTOUT TO AMY !!!!! Beautiful inside out ! Easy to talk to and fun !I love her tone of voice and respect ! I was just on a 11 bus route through Grayhound and was lucky enough to have 2 Barons busses!The difference is night and day between the two!I had Amy as my driver and I was stunned by her good service and personality!The busses were very clean and so much better than the doggie busses.Thank you so much Barons and I will be using you again!

We used Barons for our High School football teams 2 hour trip from Cleveland to Toledo. The busses are amazing! The drivers were on time and professional. The busses were immaculate and had power and wifi for the kids to use. Thanks for a great trip!

Great bus line. We have been on two trips so far and were very pleased with the drivers and the cleanliness of the bus. Driver handled our luggage and took care of getting it back to the bus after our stay was over. The only thing you have to do is relax and have a good time.

Lexington, Ohio senior center has tried all buses out of Cleveland, Columbus, and Mansfield areas. Barons bus company has been the best to ride in comfort, get you to your destination safe & sound, and reliability. For the past 3 years we have booked Barons exclusively because they are so good. Our drivers are personable, tolerable, and very knowledgeable. Dont bother trying others - stay with the best go with Barons, you will not be disappointed.

We have used various charter companies in the past. Baron is far superior in regards to the quality of the equipment and quality of service throughout the trip including pre-trip preparation and during trip driving.Our buses were top notch and clean. Charging ports were on the back of every seat for the students. The driver of each bus was knowledgeable, kind, and helpful while on the trip.If you are using another charter service I highly recommend trying to use Baron at least once. That is all it will take to switch companies!

I have done bus trips for years. Baron Bus is top rated for caring about passengers. The bus is always on time, mechanically sound, clean and the drivers are the best. Then they add comfortable seats , cup holders and WiFi. I have gone from being a traveler to booking bus groups and the only company I call is Baron Bus. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and just great to work with. They get a 5 star rating because they are the best that I have found.

I used this bus line for a school break and it was great. This bus has a stop on our campus and made it much more convenient than trying to get a ride to the nearest city. My trip actually had connecting buses with Greyhound, and a bit of a layover, but its a much cheaper way to travel; plus, the buses are nice. A lot of students at my school use it as well, so I would definitely recommend!

Beginning to end a great experience! Office staff was friendly and prompt with any inquiries. Driver Andre was kind and patient with our Parrot Head crew headed to Blossom. Bus was full with 56 people and the ride was smooth and comfortable! Thanks Barons!

My group and I had a great experience on our three day trip in January 2019. Although my trip had a minor hiccup, due to one of the mirrors being damaged by a passing vehicle, Barons moved quickly to ensure that our trip would not be interrupted. The driver Andres was extremely polite and professional. The bus was clean and comfortable. Only thing I would like to see is an upgrade to the DVD player so that it plays Bluray disc.The company also worked with me in planning the trip to make sure that it was affordable. I will most certainly use them again!

I got placed on a Barons bus when I scheduled a ride with Greyhound. My bus left at 12:30 a.m and was scheduled to arrive at my transfer stop at 3:35 a.m.The bus was on time, which is why Im giving it a 2 star review and not 1. It was also nearly empty, but it was the middle of the week so that was semi-expected.The bus driver played 2 movies in the 3 hour span of the ride. There is no volume control, and it was the middle of the night. The movies were action movies so this made it impossible to fall asleep, which is all I wanted to do.There was no leg room, so even though I had my seat to myself it was extremely uncomfortable. I am only 56...so I cant even imagine how uncomfortable it must be for those that are taller.The bus stopped 3 times. Each time, the driver would turn the lights on and announce the stop over the intercom. One person got off at one of these stops, the other two were pick-ups. The driver didnt let anyone that was already on the bus get off to use a real restroom, or to smoke, etc. So why was he announcing it and turning on the lights? Like Hey, wake up everyone its 2 a.m and youre stuck on this bus...Then, when I arrived at my transfer station I checked my ticket (LUCKILY) ... I was checking to see which gate I would be leaving from after my layover, and it turns out that the driver of the Barons bus had taken the wrong ticket. He took the one that I was supposed to be using on the next bus and left me holding the ticket for the ride I had just taken.This was my first, and hopefully final experience with Barons. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. Also, Greyhound, please dont put me on a different bus line when I schedule a trip with you.

We had a woman bus driver from Columbus Ohio to Chicago ! I hope she doesnt mind me using her first name. Her name is Vicky ! She drove this bus like it was a big limo . Very professional and outstanding customer service.

Very comfortable buses & it would be nice to see them have a bigger bathroom. The bathroom is way too small = could be considered claustrophobic. The lightning throughout the bus is not bright enough. The speaker system is too soft especially for myself due to Im hearing lifelong impaired. Please have all drivers make sure that whenever they get to any destinations to check the bus to make sure that nobody is left on the bus. Because of myself I fell asleep going to Mountaineer Casino on Tuesday, August 7th, 2018 and I almost got locked in the bus. Thank You for the nice & clean buses. Great tour bus. Took us to Seneca Niagara for a three day trip

So, I decided to try out a new bus line besides mega bus. The site and service appeared to be more upscale but this is not the case. I was hoping for a more comfortable ride.Issue first started with the ticket as well as the site not being specific. It does not mention which stop in Cincinnati I was supposed to be at for the departure time listed (which megabus does). It is not mentioned on their site either and I assume they didnt have anyone up that early to answer my call.At the transfer spot in Indy, I thought that since I paid for barons that Id ride barons all the way. This was not the case and not mentioned at all when I bought the ticket, in the confirmation, or even on the physical ticket itself. Luckily an employee pointed out that I was on a greyhound. Barons did use the greyhound terminals which couldve been a warning but I assumed greyhound leased out some of their spots.So all in all, I paid more for a ticket on a trip that ended up taking longer than megabus with less clarity.

Had a pickup in ravenna ohio, for a job and the bus never showed! Know that IF you get this ticket through greyhound YOU HAVE TO CALL BARONS to set up the pickup. Greyhound does NOT tell them they have a pickup. They have tried to get greyhound to tell people but they just dont bother to.
