Olga was a very professional, caring and awesome driver. I have no complaints about her service. However, I do have a few comments about the limo and the process leading up to our event. Ron was our contact for the entire process. In late May, we booked the ‘Executive Sprinter’ to accommodate our party of 12 (possibly 13) for Twilight at the Zoo. That vehicle is shown on website and I have seen it personally… would have been great for our group. Time was from 6p-12:30a. We received a quote and booked. Two weeks prior we were told our quote was incorrect and our price increased. Low and behold when Olga arrived, the ‘Sprinter’ she had held 10… many of us were squished with no leg room at all. I feel like we were bait/switched. I am very upset at this as we did our part in very clearly explaining what we wanted, but we were charged more, given a limo that did not fit us properly, and our clear requests were overlooked. I went with A Star Limousine, and Ron (owner) because they did a great job for my son’s prom last year. Not so much this year. Quite a disappointment in cost and comfort of ride. Ron, don’t outsource your customers without making sure the ride you are outsourcing us to is going to accommodate them.

Most pleasant driver. Gary was very informative and impressive. He served our country in the army, making it possible for my family to make this trip. Ron my contact was very accommodating and extremely helpful.Ron was just as pleasant. Caring, on time and so professional. We will always be calling on Ron whenever we need transportation in Ohio to Sandusky, Cedar Point.

It was such a good experience when she arrived, that she wanted the same company to take her back to the airport for the ride home. They are a gem!

We had an early morning flight and Ron was on time and extremely accommodating. He explained his route and took us right to our gate. We received a confirmation the day before and updates when he was on the way. The car was clean and Ron was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this service.

This company is by far the BEST limousine service we have ever hired. Our most recent reservation required the multi passenger bus. Complete clean, reliable, safe and quality service is what you will get for an amazing price. Ron and staff went out of their way to make certain this surprise event was pulled off flawlessly. Along with my multiple time schedule changes Ron made certain the flow worked seamlessly. After using A Star three times now, we can guarantee a forth, fifth and more will follow. Best experience I have had to date with a limo/shuttle service! Ron took such good care of my friends and I on the way to Blossom for a concert. He was EXTREMELY friendly, on time (actually early and waited on us without charge), brought us an extra cooler of pop, water and ice, stopped for bathroom breaks, let us listen to any music we wanted, stopped all over the place to pick up and drop off friends.. he even got us a complimentary pizza to eat when we got back on the bus?!!!! This was my first time using a black car and it it 10x better than any Uber or taxi. Ron stays on top of your flight schedule and makes sure you are there on time and not waiting. I will continue to use his service more and more.

From taking my initial reservation to making sure that my car was on time and exactly where it should be I cannot complement this company enough. Ron was amazing! He would answer my question within minutes and his knowledge of a city I was traveling to and the local companies was indispensable. I felt safe, well cared for, and like a true rockstar during this whole experience! At one point Ron was answering a call from me at 5 o’clock in the morning. No matter how small my request or how large my request his automatic response was “not a problem it’s taken care of” and it truly was taken care of. The cars were immaculate, beautiful, and first class all the way. My drivers were professional, informative, and made me feel like a true VIP every moment I was with them. We use A Star Limo for all of our transport to/from the airport. We have two young kids, and they provide the car seats so we dont have to haul them around with us.My wife has also used them for a bachelorette party. Great service. When traveling my biggest concern is safety. Can I trust my transportation provider to get me to my destination safely? My driver John delivered top notch service. Not only did he get me to my destination safely, he was very accommodating. Very comfortable ride , he allowed me to listen to my favorite types of music on Sirius XM radio.He changed the channel whenever I asked him to. Provided me drinks and some things to snack on.
