I called at 12:30 AM in need of a taxi to get an employee from work to her home. Doug answered and patiently listened while I explained the situation to him. He was honest with me and let me know that the drive is about an hour and the cost would be higher. He professionally completed the ride himself and was the MVP of my night! Thank you, Doug!

I used this taxi service provider the entire time I was in the Cleveland area for a family emergency. They were on time, completely polite and understanding of my situation and always offered to be there when I needed them during my remaining days here; which they were.

We have been to Cleveland 3 times in the past 2 1/2 months and other than not having a taxi available 1 time at 4:00 am, ABC taxi has been fantastic. The 3 different drivers we have had were fantastic, they readily made themselves available all day long for us as we had several places to be in one day. We will continue to use them as our main taxi service for our future visits to Cleveland. Keep up the great work guys!

Ride came an hour and a half late to the wrong address. They purposely drove slow and took the wrong turns multiple times. They locked me in until I paid my fare and tipped.

It takes 2 hours for a taxi to even arrive (if they even show) no one shows up. This is exactly why taxi company’s are going out of business!!!

I would rather walk 10 miles in the middle of the night, in a hurricane, through any drug infested area, than to give $ to these suckers!! I called for a cab @ Severence Hall @ bout 10:00p.m. I told the female dispatcher that I had to park a good distance from the hall & now it was raining, getting late & I was afraid. She said cabs on the way. After 45 minutes I called & asked her for an E.T.A. & she says, Oh, no one has responded yet. So, not only was a cab NOT on the way, but when I asked her if this is how they run their business, just leaving people hanging like that? She tells me that normally she would have called me back to let me know of the delay but in the last 45 minutes, she hadnt had the chance cause she was taking other calls. Disgraceful!!

Was in town for Metallica concert this past weekend. Asked hotel doorman at Hilton to call me a cab. Cab showed up within like 2 minutes to take us to the concert. Took about 5 minutes to get dropped off at Quicken Loans Arena. Got drivers business card for ride back to Hilton after casino visit after concert. Very courteous driver and was nice and in return was tipped $20. I’ll save his card for our next visit into Cleveland for All Star week this summer. See you this summer and if you read this we will be needed to be picked up from airport for our arriving flight to the same hotel.

I had a really great driver to the airport. I had to cut short a business trip because of a death in the family, and the driver was very compassionate. His kindness helped me hold it together.

Taxi driver hit my vehicle and lied about it. He then drove away without giving me his insurance information and almost ran over my foot while doing so. My car is brand new and the bumper is completely wrecked. Do not use this service they’re drivers are untrustworthy

I love this taxi cab service . I have my own driver . He is so cool and he gets his job done and he and I text each other I ask him where are you and he texts me back right away . Cab # 6008 .

I called for a cab and the dispatcher said if i didnt get a call from the driver to call back. So 10 minutes went by and i called back the dispatcher said they would dispatch it again. 15 minutes now went by and i finally got a call from the driver saying he was downtown he would he at my location in 10 to 15 minutes. Now 25 minutes went by so i called back and told the lady the driver call almost 30 minutes ago and informed me he would be at my location and he still has not arrived. She told me she does not know who called and told me that. Right after i hung up with the dispatcher the driver called and told me he was downtown and he will be here in 15 minutes to pick me up. Needles to say i cancled. I dont know what kind of business you people are running but you all are extremely unreliable i will never call for a cab for you ever again. No I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS CAB COMPANY TO ANYONE EVER.Take my advice you can walk or even stagger and get there before the can even gets to your location or even calls you for that matter.

Tried to get a cab I was told Ill be called. Called back 45 minutes later asking if anyone was on there way and I was told that shes still trying to get a hold of a driver I said okay and she comes at me saying you can try another company if you want with an awful attitude. Simply replied yeah Ill do that thank you goodbye. Never calling again. Whoever owns this company needs to wipe the slate and get new hires. Clearly wasnt just me experiencing attitude and no dispatch communications.

Terrible service on the phone. We booked 5 hours ahead of time and they didnt show. We called them after waiting fifteen minutes and they claimed we didnt answer our phone... Of course there was no record of them calling, only of us calling an hour earlier to make sure they were coming. We used Uber and got a ride in no more than THREE MINUTES. Do not touch this cancerous service.

Horrible just horrible, needed a taxi to head to the ER, called at 4:30am said they would send out their first available taxi, an hour later call back, the woman says she has no taxis out and says she doesnt know where her drivers are half the time, said shed call me back, and nothing. Would not recommend to anyone ever.

January 28th 2018! I encountered a very narcissistic operator! You try to come off as he is doing a humongous favor for the color by taking his call! Very rude very narcissistic operator I would not have anything to do with ABC Taxi Service plus they also have a very narcissistic driver by the name of Nate! Who is extremely narcissistic to dictate what to do he had how can you have 3 fares to pick up 10 a.m.? ABC does not know which end is up it is clear and obvious!

Worst cab company!!!!!!! Used their online reservation system and received a confirmation. But that evening the cab didnt show. When I called them the woman I spoke to was CLUELESS. She knew nothing about the reservation and said the online system was confusing.. When I told her about the confirmation, she said she thought it was for the future.. Said she would call a cab, but then called back and said none were available. Thank heavens for Westlake Cab. Explained I had a very important event and they had a cab to my door in about 15 minutes. And the driver was friendly, polite and totally competent.

Called and reserved an aiport ride and they never showed. I called and they had no record or anyone in the area. Had to arrange another last-minute option and barely made the flight. Sounds like a common theme - No idea how they stay in business.

HORRIBLE company.....I called a day in advance to get someone to come out at 4am the following day to catch a flight. I called at 3am on the day of to ensure it was still scheduled. She said she had just called it out and someone was on the way. At 345 I was called and told that the driver got a flat tire and to send another driver would be a while, but here is another number you can callWORST SERVICE EVER, DO NOT USE......

Worst cab company Ive dealt with. The woman answering the phone is unpleasant. The communication between dispatch and drivers seems to be unorganized. some drivers dont even bother showing up and takes us several times to call to get someone here. I think better training with drivers and dispatch is needed as well as an attitude adjustment from the woman answering the phone. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN!!

I am very disappointed with the service my fiancé and I received this morning. We were called 25 min before pickup to be told that no cab would be picking us up. We made reservations days prior and were told there would be a cab. When I told the company that I was disappointed with their poor customer service and the lack of notice for cab cancellation the phone operator told me “we didn’t cancel your cab, we just don’t have one available for you”. My advice would be to choose a different cab company.

Terrible experience. Driver of cab 6021 demanded to know if I was a Christian and when I said no, he asked whats your excuse!? I informed him politely that I didnt owe him an excuse. He turned on a radio preacher show and ordered me to listen. I said no thanks as politely as possible but he cranked up the volume and refused to turn it off. When we got to the airport, he would not take my credit card, saying he had left his Square reader at home. I went inside to an ATM to get cash and when I returned, planning not to leave a tip due to his offensive behavior, he told me he couldnt make change - forcing me to leave a tip and causing me major inconvenience. Will complain to the Westin who called this cab for me.

Just used the service to fly out of town. Hopkins made a new $4 trip fee and the driver thoroughly explained it. I will be calling to schedule my return flight back home and will be using ABC taxi as my transportation.

WARNING: AVOID. This is not a reliable taxi or means of transportation. I needed a simple ride from a Parma residence ON 10/8 to Walmart in Parma. I waited .35 minutes. No call and No show. Called dispatch back and they had my address wrong. However, they stated I told them the wrong address. Just curious...how can you possibly get your own home address wrong where you lived for years? I was told again another story. So the wait went from a few minutes for a pickup for the ride to we dont know when.....nobody has picked up the call to pick you up. I have no clue what type of business this is but their is no respect, courtesy or etiquette about it.

I didnt have to deal with the dispatch so Im not sure of they were good or bad but I walked up to one of the cabs parked in front of the rock and roll hall of fame and the man driving was very nice and had a good sense of humor,I really enjoyed him as a driver.

It’s just bad service. The guy that answered the phone had the biggest attitude, he couldn’t tell me how long the wait for the taxi was, he couldn’t answer any of my questions. And then he basically hung the phone up on me when I called off the taxi and said I would just catch a bus bc the service was unorganized and unprofessional. So glad I didn’t spend my money with this service 😂

First time calling this taxi service and last. They asked for my number, and I just got a new one so I didnt fully know it, so I said I think it is (my number) then he scoffs and then tells me my number then someone else called him and he told me to hold on a bit and then they hung up on me. Terrible

Called for a cab for 6:15am to the airport. NEVER showed up. Dispatcher not very useful, claims they had no more drivers.
