We used them for a New Years party bus . So much fun ! Had a great time!

I wish that I could give them zero stars. We ordered them for my prom weeks in advance for the Abby road bus but they “over booked” and in stead of going with the person who booked it first they went with the higher paying job. Apparently this happens a lot with this company because this also happened to my friends. They were going to send an airport shuttle bus without telling us and charge us the same price and we found this out the night before my prom. Thanks rockstar for adding so much more stress to my prom night!

Been dealing with these guys for over 9 years now. They always deliver and have the best buses in town. Great for bachelor parties, birthdays, etc. Buses from 20 passengers to 45 passengers. If they dont have a bus theyre always accommodating enough to offer other bus services that may be able to help you out. Class acts.

RockStar Party Bus has the coolest transportation around. My husband and I used them instead of a limo for our wedding party. We rode around in the Janis Joplin bus and fit both our wedding party and my husbands entire family (over 23 people). Everyone had a blast... we danced, sang, laughed, took wedding pictures in front of, and ate on the bus. The driver was very friendly and safely transported us everywhere. Roman, the owner, was very friendly and easy to work with. I am so glad we went with this vendor over a limousine company because it was unique, one of a kind, and way more fun

We had a really great experience with RockStar. Roman went out of his way to accommodate our large party pub crawl even when we changed the dates. Johnny was our driver and was very friendly and prompt. Initially I wasnt sure I was going to like the bus we had (#13) but it ended up being perfect. We were able to play music (thanks to the aux cord that Johnny provided) and the pole was entertaining on the drives to the various bars. There was plenty of room and the sink came in handy to hold the beverages we brought on board. I would definitely rent from them again!

First class service at a great Price. Rockstar Party Bus Cleveland is by far one of the best times we have had in a long time. They have connections at all of the bars in Cleveland. Highly Recommended!!

We just did a bachelor party with them. We had a blast! Our driver John was awesome, knew his way around and we go into the clubs for free. I highly recommend the bus 13.

Hands down the best party buses in North East Ohio! These guys are the original party bus guys! They have the best buses and the best drivers! I will definitely be using them again in the future!

If I could give a negative review I would .I received a call the day before my sons senior prom to confirm the details. It wasnt until I received a text at 7:30pm that they had overbooked and given my information including my credit card to another company. I booked a modified school bus and they were going to send a shuttle bus. Completely unacceptable and not the way to operate a business. Thanks to Encore Limo for saving the day .I would never recommend Rock Star Party Bus to anyone

Rockstar party bus is the absolute worst thing in the entire world. I have used their service in the past with no problem several times. except that they once sent us the wrong bus. Whatever. Although about a month ago I scheduled a bus for the lil wayne concert at blosson on 7/16/19. I put the $200 deposit down. I had called them multiple times through out the two weeks leading up to the concert and got no reply. Then the day before, today (7/15) I called again and it said the number was out of service. I called two other numbers and they were also out of service. so I drove to cleveland to the address and there was nothing there. I spoke to a police officer on the street and he said to go to my bank to get the 200$ back. I decided to call another bus company because I didnt know what to do. They told me that Rockstar had gone out of business and that their buses were no longer approved to be driven. If I wouldnt of called I would of never known that they had gone out of business and me and my 40 friends would of been waiting at our pick up location without a bus to get onto. I still have not heard from Chris or Rockstar. They took my $200 deposit and didnt bother to tell me they were no longer in business. Thankfully I was able to book another bus but the stress of everything put me over the edge. I will be going to the bank to get the 200$ back for the service they are no longer doing but charged me for. I will never EVER recommend this company to anyone. This is awful and should never happen to anyone ever. do yourself a favor and report this company and spead the word that they should never be used for anything.

This is my first ever one star review of any business. I am normally a 5-star kind of person. But this experience was simply terrible. I booked Rockstar Party bus 6 months early for my twin sisters Bachelorette Party. We were getting the Joplin bus. I was very excited and had made several different sangria mixes and had bought a special cup with a lid for each guest so we could drink/party on the bus. This was the focus of the night (driving around, playing games, drinking on the bus) more so than the actual bar scene. I was told the bus would be there at 4:00 and on that day when I hadnt heard from them yet, I called at 1:30, 2:00 and 2:30 and left voice-mails. I didnt hear back until an hour before we should have been getting on the bus, and was told that the bus broke down. I wondered if they would have ever even called me if I hadnt left multiple messages. I asked if he had a replacement bus and he said no, fairly matter of factly. He then said, If you guys just need a ride somewhere I can probably get someone to pick you up and drop you off in between other trips, but I have no guarantee on time and when I explained that the whole night was based around the bus driving us around for 4 hours he said, Oh, we definitely cant do that. Which infuriated me because it was as if my request was outrageous- despite the fact that that was EXACTLY what I had paid $900 for and agreed upon SIX months earlier! I do understand buses can break down. I do understand this may be a horrible, but unavoidable part of doing business. But instead of being apologetic, or offering us another service on the house in the future, or recommending other companies, we got Well, maybe I can find a driver who will pick you guys up and drop you off somewhere but I cant guarantee any certain time. And again, even that courtesy was given to me an hour before the bus should have been at our hotel. The only good thing I can say about Rock Star Party bus is that they did refund me the full deposit I had paid.

I was recently part of a group that used this company to go to a concert roughly an hour away. It was a truly poor experience.We were contacted roughly at the time we were supposed to be picked up, and informed that the driver had just woken up (sometime around 4:30PM), and would arrive, to pick us up, in about an hour. Instead of a arranging an alternative driver, we were sent the same driver, an hour late. To make up for the time lost (in addition to the portion of the concert that we would no longer be able to see) we were offered additional hours after our ride was scheduled to end (you know, because who wouldnt just want to ride around town at 3am?) or a discount on our future reservations (which I would never take advantage of because this sort of service usually coincides with events that tent tol have the need to be on a tight schedule, i.e., weddings, dances, concerts, etc). The other alternative we were given was to cancel the reservation, which we couldnt do given how close we were to concert time.Unprofessional, untimely, unapologetic. Would never use again or recommend to any friends or family.

U were 20 minutes late for pickup. That is fue to the fact.that u parked o front of our house rathernthan the agreed upon pick up spot. Not only were u late BUT u allowed neighborhood children to climb aboard the bus..The driver got lost on the way to the event inthe flats. Passengers had to direct the driver. At pickup time, passengers hadnto help driver navigate. To top it off, we got lost in east cleveland. Passegers had to assit the driver out of the bad area. The driver required aditional payment before he would leave the bad area. 200 extra dollars on top of the agreed upon amount. Time lost was due to diver error. Many attempts were made to reconcile. The best u could do was a 200$ credit toward our next rental....Not happening. This is an example of bad business practice. I could not in anyway recommend your service

What a disappointment, after months of planning for prom the night before at 7:30 my mom gets a call saying the bus we booked was sending a shuttle to pick us up. all of the other companies she called to get us another bus said they weren’t surprised this happens all the time. never book a trip with rockstar party bus!
