Incredible property. As stay like no other and memories you’ll cherish for life. This is the best way to do Orlando, relax, enjoy nature and a beautiful estate! We stayed there with our three children and absolutely loved our stay! Highly recommended!!

We stayed at the Ever After Estate last week on a last minute opportunity presented by the owner via Facebook. I had been following their estates on Facebook for probably about the last year as I was totally blown away by their resorts and always thought of them as a bucket list item that Id love to experience but never thought I would. From the moment I started communicating with the owner, I felt a personal connection. And that continued in my interaction with the staff, Harley & Ginger. There were quick responses to questions/issues with no sense of annoyance or interruption even for questions around things that may have been explained at check-in. The rooms are amazing - no detail is lacking -- and I loved the personality of the family found throughout the estate, as it is their home, after all. The scavenger hunt was a really cool way to learn more about the estate as well. The only thing I heard from our group (other than about the abundance of mosquitoes, which obviously is nothing that the owner can control) was that the pool and hot tub were a bit smaller than the pictures portrayed, but I thought it was perfect for our group of 11 and kids will always want a bigger pool! It was where we spent most of our time. The only complaint that I have is that we couldnt stay longer. We didnt get a chance to play mini golf as we were only there for three days and the heat drove us to the pool, but most everything else we loved experiencing, especially enjoying all of the golden video games and watching a movie from the pool. We would love to experience some of their other resorts and wouldnt hesitate to come back to Ever After either. It was an incredible experience that I can now check off of my bucket list thanks to Andrew and Belinda offering the opportunity!

This house is a MUST to vacation at! We are locals, that looked for months for a fun unique wedding house that would not only be of use for our out of town family, but also an unforgettable experience. This property was PERFECT! Andrew(owner) was very responsive and helped answer all our questions during the wedding planning process. We even were able to get some local favorites approved, such as an ice cream truck. Haley checked us in and was super helpful and very responsive to our simple questions throughout our stay. The grounds are beautiful and everyone enjoyed the ample activities available. Everyone loved their themed rooms and the attention to detail. All of us age 6-70 (that met the weight capacity) took a ride down the slide into the ball pit. There were so many things to do it was easy to forget there were 55 people there. The house was equip with everything you could think of needing and there were very informative directions and notes of how to work or use things throughout the houses. Also a Publix a few miles down the road. We highly recommend River City Caterings BBQ dinner. And the huge front porches are so peaceful anytime of day. Lots of laughter, dancing in the rain and fun was had. We are blessed to have been able to stay here and cant wait to staycation here or at another one of their properties again! The only regret is we couldnt stay longer. Thank you Andrew and Family for opening up your super awesome home and making our dream wedding possible!

THIS PLACE IS MORE THAN AMAZING!!! ITS EVERYTHING ON THE PICTURES US MORE!!, MY FAMILY LOVED IT, FROM 70 YEARS TO 2 YEARS OLD!! WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE!! AND WONDERFUL PLACE!!

We had a great time at the Ever After Estate. There was so much to do that neither the adults or kids got bored. Andrew is so easy to work with and quick to respond. We will definitely look into coming back for a longer period of time!

I booked the Ever After Estate for a small wedding with our family. It was the perfect setting for a weekend with our loved ones. The booking process was seemless, the property was well stocked and the overall time was amazing. We arrived and were greeted by staff who took the time to make sure we were familiar with everything we needed. We settled in and began enjoying all the amazing amenities the place has to offer. Our wedding was perfect and enjoyable and the approved vendors did not disappoint. My only regret is that we did not book it for longer. I am truly grateful to Andrew and Ginger for all that they have put into the Ever After Estate and look forward to the possibility of visiting other locations in the future.

What a wonderful oasis!!! I recently stayed here with a group of friends for a reunion. There was everything that we could have asked for. From a comfy bed and spa bathroom to spacious kitchen where we could gather and nosh on snacks and drink wine. The outdoor kitchen was perfect and the pool/hot-tub was so much fun and relaxing. We walked the grounds daily for exercise and enjoyed seeing local wildlife. Karaoke and the movie theater were so well thought out and fun. We are already trying to plan our return visit to this magical place.

So much fun for a group getaway.... theres tons to keep you entertained without ever leaving the property.

I can’t say enough about this place! Just when you think it can’t get any better or more creative... it does! They thought of everything! It is the perfect place to get away, relax and have fun. It’s a great place for everyone in the family of all ages. Everyone can get together and go off and do their own thing. So much open space and plenty of games. This is a place to make memories!

We had a Family Reunion at the Estate for one week in November 2019. We took advantage of all things available - some fished - we played soccer games, basketball games, and a huge family kick ball game in the open field. The young ones enjoyed the carousel and the mini golf. The Estate rooms were clean and delightfully decorated. The most popular place was the pool area and firepit. We had a great time - thank you Andrew!

Best place for a group getaway EVER!! A group of friends stayed at the Ever After Estate last weekend and I cant say enough about how perfect it was for us to all be together at one place and have so much to do around us. It became a perfect home away from home environment. The creativity and detail of every room was amazing and so entertaining. Need to look at booking it again soon.

This is a beautiful place to make memories for the whole family. The thought, creativity, and heart that went into every detail of Ever After is beyond words. There is so much you can do to play or just chill by the pool. My vacation here was my favorite. You’re missing out by not staying at this wonderland.

I had the most magical stay at the Ever After Estate! There is something wonderful about this property. When you arrive and come through the gates you can feel all the stress and weight of the outside world lifted from your shoulders! You are taken into a magical property that is gorgeous, healing, fun, and beautiful. My room and bathroom were absolutely delightful! The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in on vacation! The water pressure and temperature were excellent. Very hot and never ran out! The towels were luxurious. I toured the other rooms and the whimsical nature of them all is amazing! The ball bit was a blast! The slide was so much fun! I played putt putt, swam, went down the slide, sang karoke, played air hockey, played all the video games, played on the fort, and wore myself out completely day in and out. The indoor and out door kitchen had everything I needed! I didn’t have to leave the property for a single thing! However, it is so centrally locates I could have left, gotten what I needed, and been back in a flash. I cannot wait to book my next stay!

Stayed for new years what way to bring in the new years! Beautiful property fun house. Only complaint is the some of the are hard to figure out.

First and foremost, this place is incredible. We had our wedding there on Saturday and it could not have been a more perfect setting. All of the design, decor, games, entertainment were incredible! We can’t wait until we can go back again. And I highly recommend weddings at the Ever After. All of our bridesmaids, groomsmen, and immediate family were able to stay with us and have a whole weekend of celebration in the coolest house on the planet. Also, Andrew is an incredible host and we hope to get to stay at their other incredible properties as well. Our only regret is not spending more time at the Ever After Estate!

OMG.... The Ever After Estate!!!!! What can I say.... IT IS AMAZING!!!I would say it was the best vacation we have had.The Ever After Estate feels like you are hundreds of miles from everything when in reality there are grocery stores, resturants, amusement parks, hang gliding, and many other things to do just a short drive away.As we drove up to The Ever After Estate I could literally feel all my stress slip away.The Ever After Estate while offering tranquility also offers so much to do. There is never a dull moment.You can choose to relax on the many hammocks throughout this AMAZING property, you can get your group together for some competition volleyball, basketball, miniature golf, you can go down the zipline, fly down the 2 story high-speed waterslide landing into a beautiful pool surrounded by lush vegetation and dinosaurs, once it gets dark hop into the hott tub and watch a movie on the outside theater screen, you can choose from many video games to play or chill out in the theater and kick back in one of the fully reclining theater chairs and enjoy the movie of your choice.We brought our medically fragile son who has Down Syndrome and I have not seen him so happy in months.The Ever After Estate put a smile back on his face. That means the world to me. He didnt want to leave.. he loved his Rocky Balboa Themed guest room. All the bedrooms are themed and gorgeous.We had the chance to meet the owners and a few of their staff. They were all so incredibly friendly.The entire family and staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.Trust me if you ever want a unique vacation you will find it at the Ever After Estate or one of the other themed properties.We definitely hope to do this again. I can actually be HARD to impress but The Ever After Estate has truly impressed me.

5 stars is NOT enough. Although the Ever After Estate has great wifi, I didn’t even want to look at my phone. There’s so much to do and see and so many ways to enjoy your friends and family or whoever you’re traveling with. Never a dull moment, unless you choose to relax in one of the many hammocks around the beautiful property or relax by the Perfect temp pool....not to mention the most comfy beds!!! Anything you need is taken care of immediately. I personally preferred regular sheets over satin in my room and it was addressed immediately. They didn’t miss one detail designing this amazing place. I could go in these rooms 10 times and find something new that I didn’t see before. There are so many fun games. I played air hockey, watched a movie in the theater, sang karaoke using the huge drop down screen by the pool, (A long weekend is NOT enough) and enjoyed delicious food from the many places close by. Everything is extremely convenient but once you hit the estate property you feel a million miles away. They added beautiful lights in the trees while we were there. It’s a Wonderland. This place is perfect for family reunions, group gatherings of any kind, weddings, work gatherings, and it’s pet friendly which is a plus. I got a tour of their other properties which are just as amazing. I cannot say enough about the uniqueness of these estates. I have never seen anything like this. It’s a must do!!! It’s a great value for large groups!

When we first got there I wasnt sure how things would be but once I saw the ball bit and all the differently themed rooms and games they had I knew it would be greatAbsolutely loved it the owners were awesome and so accommodatingthe pool was great the water slide was wonderfulHad the time of my life definitely a great place

Wonderful, tender, meaty and delicious.

I stayed on this property for a week with my husband and his whole extended family. The property was absolutely gorgeous, and filled with fun activities for everyone from my 2 year old nephew to my 90 year old grandmother-in-law.There was so much to do, I expect we could have spent a whole month there without getting bored! My husband and I stayed in the guesthouse, half of which was set up as its own small apartment--perfect for an introvert like me who occasionally needed small breaks from the large group.Bonus! The owners and their staff were extremely helpful and friendly any time we needed something during our stay.

Some location details first: The Ever After Estate is about 40-50 min from each the Airport, Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando.Shopping and Restaurants are 10-15 min in Groveland or Clermont.That being said... there is no real reason to ever leave because this place is magical itself!On an over 60 acre island you got everything that you could dream of!The beautiful big kitchen with island, huge livingrooms, commercial grade waterslide, movie theater, (and an outdoor screen at the pool) outdoor kitchen at the beautiful jurassic park themed pool, mini golf, playgrounds, 3 cute caruosels... and so much more.The bedrooms that are spread out over 3 houses have all different themes. From Rocky with a boxing ring bed) to starwars with an AT-AT walker as bed there is something for everyone.And the best, it is a dog friendly place!We went there for a meetup with friends and every single one was sad to leave again. There is no question that we will be coming back. For what you get it is worth every cent.

My family and I just returned from vacationing at the Ever After Estate home in Florida. It was one of the most amazing vacations weve had with our kids and family. It was filled with fun activities everyday all day long. The home itself was a child’s (big kid - adult) paradise. From the moment you drive in you realize you are not in your normal vacation home. As an adult you will feel like a kid again and want to join the fun. Pinball machine, arcade games, miniature golf, carousel, etc .. etc.. etc.. so much fun. Where do you sleep: western, egyptian , beach, star wars, beauty and the beast, rocky balboa or the ball pit bedroom. I commend the owner for the fine detail on everything. You will be sad when you leave. Thank you for a memorable experience.

PERFECT LOCATION & PERFECT FAMILY TIME! ♥EVERAFTER HOME COMPLETELY lived up to its name! ♥We were looking for just the right place for calmly settling our spirits, while giving the kids (teenagers) something cool at the same time.The home is AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING. SOOOOOOO COMFORTABLE, AMAZINGLY FURNISHED AND 100% APPEALING!!The pool/patio/grill area in the back... WOWOWWOWOWOW... A veritable PERSONAL PRIVATE PARADISE!.. ITS BEAUTIFUL and SOOOOO RELAXING.. The owners REALLLLLLLY did a HEAVENLY JOB in its design, with both beauty and privacy!!   My wife and I could have sat there day, after day, after day, after day... FOREVER, and never have been uncomfortable.. Really!Our kids loved.. (start counting..)A) THE TUNNEL SLIDE INTO the pool! (ps. So did I! TOOOOO MUCH Fun.. Over & over & over! 🏊 )B) the ARCADE GAMES IN THE HOME! (star wars fans beware... You WILL NEVER WANT TO LEAVE THIS HOUSE! ♥)C) the BEDROOMS so PERFECTLY DESIGNED, with SUCH AN AMAZING VARIETY OF THEMES FOR THEM TO CHOOSE FROM!!O. M. G!!!! YOU NEEEEEEEEED to take your children here!!!!D) the SPACE ON THE GROUNDS... bring a Frisbee!! Soooo peaceful, with ZERO DISTRACTIONS.. TUNNEL SLIDE FROM THE 2ND FLOOR 🌟INTO🌟 THE BALL ROOM...(I think like 20,000 balls or something.. Unbelievable!) And he COMPLETELY LIT UP!! ♥ 🔥ABSOLUTE FUN, FUN, FUN FOR THE kids... The WHOLE FAMILY!!!.. Like a small private AMUSEMENT HOUSE!!F) (cant believe Im still counting here... But its TRUE! THERES STILL MORE! 🤗)..MORE ARCADE GAMES in the 2nd house!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!.. We had PINBALL competitions with many laughs!.. EVEN SKEEBALL!! YESSSS SKEEBALL on the 2nd flood in ANOTHER AMAZING THEME BEDROOM,.. the same bedroom where the TUNNEL SLIDE STARTS... TO END UP IN THE BALL ROOM!! (our 15 year old daughter ROCKED the SKEEBALL BTW 😁😁 👧🏽)(oh yeah.. Theres a ROCKY 🥊 ROOM,.. A BEAUTY AND THE BEAST room... And still more!)For the 2 days that we actually did opt for the exciting, everafter home is about a smooth 50 minute drive to the Disney/Universal studios area, ... And to come home to OUR OWN PRIVATE PARADISE AFTER ALL THE EXCITEMENT IS BEYOND WORDS TO DESCRIBE!!I think most of all, besides all of the above, was the KIND ATTENTION we were given by the owners.. Andrew & Belinda. They were so VERY, VERY, VERY(!!) attentive and ACCOMMODATING .. Literally. We were able to contact them WHENEVER we needed, for various stuff that comes up. They ALWAYS received us warmly ♥. And they KNOW HOW TO SQUEEZE the most fun out of the details of this SPECIAL, SPECIAL OASIS OF A HOME, FOR THE MOST FAMILY FUN AND ENJOYMENT!!They also had the perfect recommendations for the coolest places to go besides Disney (an AMAZING ESCAPE HOUSE) that the kids LOVED! ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥Were back to our normal home now, and SATURATED with the WONDERFUL MEMORIES OF THE EVERAFTER HOME!!!Already planning our next trip back!THAN YOU ANDREW AND BELINDA FOR MAKING SUCH A LOCATION A REALITY!!👏 💯 🎯 ♥ 🎉 😍😍

The Ever After Estate is seriously like the greatest place ever. My children, my husband, and the rest of the extended family had a BLAST! We LOVED the pool, hot tub, and water slide. The kids had so much fun playing mini golf and riding the carousels, and my kids’ faces when they saw they could sleep in a room with a slide and a giant ball pit made the cost worth every penny. My husband’s face when we entered the Star Wars Room was just as priceless. He probably would’ve slept in the AT-AT if it would’ve fit both of us.We were able to do so much in such a short period of time because everything is all in one location. We grilled hot dogs and hamburgers out by the pool and built a fire at night and made s’mores. This place was like a dream. The owners are amazing and very attentive and can help solve any problems almost immediately. I couldn’t ask for anything better. Thank you for one of the best vacations ever. I can’t recommend this place enough.

We celebrated my birthday at the Ever After Estate. There were 22 of us including children and 2 babies. Everyone had a great time. The house and grounds were well kept and there was something for everyone to do. We especially enjoyed the putt putt golf course. We cooked most meals in the main kitchen and it was easy and well stocked. We had a minor problem with smoke detector batteries in the Entertainment building but it was addressed by maintenance immediately. Thanks to Andrew, we will never forgot our family reunion and all the happy memories made on the Ever After Estate.

Most fun Ive ever had

We stayed 8 nights at this magical wonderful estate! I cannot tell yo enough how beautiful, peaceful, and exciting this home is! The grounds and estate are well maintained and manicured. The Owners were a delight to deal with! This home is also PET FRIENDLY. I MOST ENJOYED watching my dogs run wild and free and I felt they were completely safe the entire time! I can’t wait to come back!

We had so much fun here at the Ever After Estates. Our family really had a great time at the pool watching a giant screen TV and then doing karaoke battle. Our family gathered at the guest house every morning to start off our day.

I LOVE every stay at the Ever After and fill with excitement just thinking about going. The estate is filled with countless amazing activities so youll never get bored. And the owners are just the sweetest people youll ever meet. I loved my stays at the Ever After Estate and I would recommend it to anyone of any age!!!

Thanks for making our vacation so wonderful! Love the property and all the amenities for our family! With small children we can simply stay home and have an amazing vacation with miniature golf, ball pit, carousels, SWIMMING, fishing, video games, movies and more. Really amazing. We almost forgot to go to Disney!

Just returned from a 5-night stay at this beautiful property. Kids and adults alike found much to love here. The pool was the centerpiece of our daily activities, while the numerous hammocks, screened-in porches, and various sitting areas provided ample quiet spots for reading, napping, etc. So many great things to say about this place. We will be sure to return.

I go on location for special occasion hair and makeup and this is one of my favorite venues. I see something new everytime Im here. Its a very clean, well thought out location and has something for all ages. This was todays lovely bride

A forever getawayI met my brother and his family, who flew in for a Disney trip, at the estate. I arrived at night, tired from a 4-hr drive from Miami Beach, but as soon as we entered the house ... we were WIDE awake!My 8 yo son and his cousins ranging in ages from 5 to 20, played hide and seek in every room and didn’t go to bed until 2am!!! They hopped from arcade games to ball-pit room with slide to Star Wars theme bunk beds room to yet another playroom on the top floor. We ended our night in the theatre room, equipped with 10 comfy full-body recliners each with blanket throws.We had fun choosing our bedrooms. I chose the Tarzan jungle room with the cheetah, my teen niece the beachy room, my college age nephew the John Wayne cowboy room, my 6 yo niece and 8 yo son chose the bunk beds with life size C3PO and R2D2, and my brother & his wife opted for the Egyptian pharaoh theme bedroom.The next morning we explored the well groomed & vast property to discover an operating carousel right outside our house, a lagoon pool with a fun slide, outdoor kitchen and BBQ, mini-golf, and lazy hammocks. There is plenty to do or not, at the Ever After Estate.My only regret is that we did not stay longer. The friendly owners, Andrew and Belinda, gave my brother a detailed tour of the land and were available if we needed anything. Publix supermarket, Walgreens, and several restaurants are within a 5 minute drive.We highly recommend vacationing at this amazing estate. After trekking through the crowds at Disney theme parks, this is the perfect end to a magical getaway.

INCREDIBLE! My family reunion was held here for the weekend and I wish we couldve stayed longer... This house .....Sorry, this private ISLAND definitely has enough activities for DOZENS OF PEOPLE! I wanted to write this review while the details were fresh in my mind. We checked out of EverAfter Friday (July 26th)morning. Our entire family(14) stayed at the estate for five days.The pros: Ginger was amazingly helpful and available to us during our stay.The estate is large and has some interesting features. In general the family had a good time.Maurice, the caterer you recommend, fixed meals for us and was AMAZING.Cons: Cell service is sketchy inside the house, had to go outside to make sure calls weren’t dropped.We were not made aware at any point of the reservation process that the estate was divided into three different houses. We vacation with our family every year and when the properties list several bedrooms, we have never encountered them being in different houses. This was problematic with several small children that we did not want in separate places.The pool is small. In reading reviews of up to 40 people renting the house, I’m wondering how they were able to get any pool time. The hot tub was rendered unusable because of the enormous amount of chlorine. With the heat turned on and the jets running, our eyes were burning.The oven and stovetop in the kitchen need serious updates. It’s amazing how a kitchen that large does not offer more accommodating appliances.The miniature golf course was a mess. We did not want to clean it up to use it. Also, with a 2 year old great grandson we hoped that the carousels would work, only one did.When we checked in we wondered about keys to the houses. We were informed that there was no need for keys as the estate had a gate with a code pad that rendered it private and safe. We saw several people on the estate while we were there (landscapers, pool service etc) that all seemed to have access to the property. That was a bit disconcerting.We saw several envelopes throughout the houses that spoke to staff gratuities. I wondered about this as 1)I would assume most services (maintenance, landscaping etc) are covered in the rental fee and 2) we paid an $888.00 cleaning fee for five days. That is an inordinate amount, especially since we left the house completely straightened up and all the towels were collected and cleaned by us.Finally, and I did mention this to Ginger, we were charged a full day’s fee for the home that we could not get into till 3pm. At $2100 dollars/day that is over $300/hour which seems a little high.A lot of attention has been paid to an ENORMOUS amount of decoration in this home. Perhaps some updating is in order also.I know this review sounds very negative but it is intended to describe our actual experience. As I mentioned, we vacation every year with our family of 14. We have been everywhere from Disney World, beach houses all along two coasts,New York City, cruising, Hawaii and Europe with them. We obviously are used to paying premium prices.This property was not what we expected for the price we paid and the advertised pictures and videos.Kathie DeMuesy

Excellent place to go with family and friends, the young people had a fabulous time, there are too many activities and games to do that they will never be bored. The main house is very comfortable and the facilities very well maintained.
