We have been renting through VRBO and other rental sites since 2010. This year we used a rental through itrip Orlando. Upon arrival, I noticed some wear and tear but everything was in working order, except the microwave (which I mentioned in an email when I inquired about the lack of wifi). I paid for the damage waiver and respected the property during our stay. Upon arriving home, I was charged $300 for missing blankets (who needs blankets in Fl in July??), closet door that wouldnt close a few door dings and a shower frame that was misaligned (all things we noticed when we arrived on the property). Save yourself charges later on by insisting an agent do a walk-through upon your arrival and again at departure...or take pictures of EVERYTHING. They refuse to speak to me since I am disputing their charges and will only correspond through email. This is the worst company for customer service. Upon leaving, I went above and beyond expectations by washing, drying and folding all towels, cleaning the floors and wiping out the fridge. Not one piece of garbage or food was left in the unit. I was totally blindsided by the charges and can not speak to anyone. Steer clear of properties managed by itrip Orlando.
