This store is the best pool store in the area. Nikki is very knowledgeable about all things Pool and spa! She and Michael always have professional and practical answers to my pool questions and issues. I highly encourage using this store for your pool and spa needs.

Worst service ever ! We have been clients for over 4 years and then out of the blue we were met with insultes by “nikki” the employee who also claims to be the manager. Will be writing corporate about the lack of repect received and the down right ignorance displayed by their representative . Never buying there again.

BEWARE THIS STORE EMPLOYEE MICHAEL C IS DISHONEST AND OVERCHARGEZ...On 7/26/2020 I went to store#885 located at 1641 gulf to bay to purchase a filter for my pool pump. I was told by the salesperson Michael C that the brand and size I need was no longer carried by Leslie Pool. UNICEL C-9407 75SQ FT PREDATOR. He would order me a different brand. It cost more than double what the one I wanted cost. I went to pick it up today 8/1/2020. To my surprise it was the one I originally wanted. When I inquired on refunding for price difference I was advised that would not be done. I had been a loyal customer of this store for almost 4 years. They have lost a customer.

We have had a number of wonderful experiences over the years with this store, their staff, and most notably Nikki the stores manager.Recently, we had an issue with the pool robot we purchased here. Nikki did an awesome job of troubleshooting it. After reaching a conclusion that it did not make sense to try and repair it, the manufacturer, Polaris, stepped in to provide additional support and ultimately back their product with a replacement.What more than likely would have turned into a nightmare somewhere else ended up being everything but that here. Nikki, Leslies regional manager, and Polaris did a top notch/professional job with addressing the issue and coming up with a solution. It is not common to see this type of professionalism any more. I would highly recommend going here for all of your pool needs even if it is a slightly longer drive for you. You will not be disappointed.

Took a couple empty chlorine containers back to get my deposit. Because I didnt have the receipt, no deposit refund. Turns out they only refund your deposit if you have the receipt AND RETURN THE CONTAINERS WITHIN 2 WEEKS! NO ONE EVER TOLD ME. TERRIBLE STORE POLICY.

This location has had its up and downs in past with a revolving door of assistant managers but overall they hired a man there and he delivers chlorine for us, he is very helpful and has knowledge on pumps that I never knew. I appreciate everything they do for me and my company.
