Just got cut off by one of their drivers who was doing at least 20 over the speed limit and whipped in front of me with no turn signal, then slammed on the brakes. Wouldn’t trust such irresponsible people with my property.

We love this company! From cleaning, resurfacing, and upgrades, they have been fantastic. Everything has been fully explained beforehand (sometimes twice, sorry guys). Our relationship with Michael for repairs or Danielle for literally anything makes picking up the phone and calling a pleasant experience that we never have to think twice about.Alex (the owner) is terrific as well; his boys did a fantastic job at keeping our pool sparkling clean this summer, as well as teaching us about pool health. Hopefully, theyll be back when school is out next year.Give them a call and experience Michaelss vast knowledge, Danielles can-do attitude, and Alexs warmth and thankfulness for your patronage.

Excellent place for water testing. extremely friendly and knowledgeable. does NOT add any unnecessary items to pad the bill. they replaced my pool pump and filter system... again, excellent job.. pool looks tremendous and the vacuum system cleans much better.. i highly recommend their services for all pool needs.

Great people and service. Danielle and Michael are amazing to work with. They fixed my pump and turned pool from green to blue in 1 day.I also get the monthly service. Im all in with Clearwater Pool and Patio.

No idea where to begin. Punctuality is non existent. Quality? The crew that sprayed the new surface were great. FYI, they were sub contracted. The new skimmer that I had installed looked like a 9 year old did it. Left the job site full of concrete dust and the handrails are covered with grout. I was told two weeks ago that they would be back to finish. Now my phone called go unanswered. So, my new skimmer needs to be re tiled. The light needs to be finished, and the pool area needs to be cleaned. I will be contacting a lawyer regarding these issues.

They were great with handling all the issues experienced from the home warranty company. I will only use them from now on working on my pool.

Booked a filter cleaning for double of what I ended up paying for before I was stood up at least 4 times! No communication and bad customer service experience. Won’t be calling them again.

The 5 stars review must be from their own people!! So said. I want renovation my pool. I call them on Monday for estimate(estimator name Tom). They can not come out till next Tuesday (I am living only 10 minutes away from their location), It is fine.I wait till next Wednesday , no one show up, no phone call !!... call them back, they run around looking for Tom and put he on the phone. He said: Ill come over tomorrow and that is it. No show up and no phone call at all

Mike replaced a broken part on my filter. He was fast, knowledgeable, and friendly. I highly recommend Clearwater Pool and will use them again in the future.

Extremely bad service, they resurfaced mypool.... if that’s what you want to call it.Filled my skimmer with the resurfacematerial.... tried calling through the procedureand would get a return call days later. The material in my skimmer wouldn’t let the pumpoperate efficiently. Rust marks left in the bottom of my pool, was told they wouldtake care of this....didn’t happen. I can onlysuggest NOT to use this company.

Clear Water Pool and Patio completed the clean up and restoration of my pool and patio above and beyond what was expected. They were professional and friendly through out the whole process.

The tech that replaced my filters,ashsten was polite professional honest and easy to deal with.Ive delt with a lot of techs over the years for my equipment but i can honestly say that these are the best guys to deal with and thats saying something when pool companies are so prominent down here and take you for everything you have

I have been waiting for Clearwater Pool and Patio to do a repair on my pool for 4-5 months. It is a replacement of a piece of granite in the spillway. Tom has promised us at least 7 times that they would be there on a specific day to do the repair and not only does not show up but does not call to tell us that they are not coming. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE POOR SERVICE
