0 ⭐ WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD!!! WAY TOO MANY DEAD ZONES EVEN IN THE MIDDLE OF TOWN!! I TRAVEL A LOT AND WITH CRICKET I HAD GREAT SERVICE EVERYWHERE AND THEY OFFER THE SAME PLAN AS BOOST MOBILE, SWITCHING TO BOOST WAS THE WORST THING I COULD HAVE DONE, I CANT GO ON A BUSINESS TRIP AND RECEIVE OR MAKE CALLS LIKE I NEEDED TO. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO ANYONE WHO GOES OUTSIDE THEIR OWN HOUSE. THERE ARE EVEN ROOMS IN MY OWN HOUSE I CANT GET SERVICE AND THAT TO ME IS WILD ESPECIALLY SINCE I LIVE IN THE MIDDLE OF TOWN!!

Ive had the Boost phone service for a couple of years now every time I go into this location Its usually the same few people and theyre always so good I think that the staff deserves the five stars.

Well if I could give a score of -10 I would but thats not possible. 1) When I went in store to purchase phones and services for 4 lines I asked about pricing, I was told a totoal and then when it was time to pay the total was $100 more than they originally told me. So I told them I didnt want to do it for $100 more than I was originally told and to just forget it. Thats when I was told because they had already ported all of my (4) phone numbers into their network there was nothing they could do, that I had to pay it. So even though I went against my better judgement and paid it because my bill would be a little cheaper than I was currently paying each month. So now I have 4 phones with Boost service that wont even pick up standing rite in the middle of downtown Clarksville, Tn and the Internet doesnt work either (on all 4 lines). Even though I have literally only been able to connect to the internet 2 times it says my data is maxed out!! How is my Data maxed out when my internet doesnt even work?? If you are debating on weather or not to sign up with Boost..... The answer is HELL NO!!! BY FAR THE WORST PHONE SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD!!

The staff were very friendly and eventually helped me activate my phone. However, the staff currently working there are all trainees and took about 3 hours to activate the phone I brought in, when I was expecting to be in and out for something that simple.
