Have a Galaxy s7 which I was going to replace the battery which ordered from Amazon. After starting to do this I decided to take it to a cellphone shop. He was very knowledgeable person and fixed it in about 15minutes. He was a very nice man. Will recommend this shop to anyone who has a problem with their phones. Oh yes at the end he told me there was no charge, I tried to give him some money and he said no.

I am thoroughly impressed with the work quality and outstanding customer service provided by this repair store. Delton, the technician was very knowledgeable and patient while explaining the repair process for my Galaxy S9+ smartphone. After a terrible fall the screen broke and piece chipped out of it leaving it unusable. I appreciate the quick turn around and promptness in which he took care of the repairs returning my phone in as new condition and even with a new battery. Thanks and keep up the good work!

I went in yesterday to get my screen fixed. The gentleman taking care of me was friendly, efficient, and did a great job. My phone looks brand new. I spent a total of 10 minutes in there without an appointment or anything!! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND. Also, the best price I could find for what I needed. :)

I had issues with my new phone My old one was toast, the frame.. still made calls, impossible to fix. The new phone was weird It was not able to accept a micro sim card, only had slots for Storage.(SD) ATT gave me the runaround even though I am customer. Went to the store on Madison on a whim and , sorry, I forgot the name, but he said his son owned the business, he was most pleasant, we figured it out and he took items from inventory and fixed problem with no charge.I will be back with any issues I have with my phone

This was my first time needing a repair for my phone. My phone would not charge even though I tried several cables and wall outlets. I was hesitant to go to any place that was not Apple, but Apple is expensive and quite a drive for me. I read some reviews, and I decided that the $60 repair and reviews seemed reasonable enough to let them handle my phone.On 6/6/16 I walked into the store. I was greeted by the associate. I told him about my phone not charging. He took it back behind a desk, and I pulled out my wallet expecting to pay the $60 fee. He tells me that it may just be dirty. He removes a chunk of pocket lint. Wow. I was shocked. He plugged my phone in, and my phone charged just fine. He handed it back to me, and wished me a good day.A shady repair shop wouldve said Oh, yeah, this is busted. Give me one hour and the money. This place is fantastic, and I trust them! If I ever have another problem again then I will for sure go to this location, because I know that Ill get honest and reliable assistance!

I went here in 11/29/2017, their customer service was on point. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I had my screen repaired in a few minutes. My wife needed a phone case and he was very helpful replacing her old case.

Great place. I have had a few different phones retired here ave never a problem. Some phones have turned out to be un-economical which happens, but they were up front about it. My mom just took her iphone6 plus in here for a cracked screen and the gentleman behind the counter saved her $100s by knowing it was just a glass screen protector that was broken instead of simply selling her a new screen.

We always take our phones here to be repaired. This store is down from our family business. I believe Im always getting their best opinion wether to fix existing phones or to buy another used phone. This is a good small family business to support. All three locations are professionally managed. My son just walked in today with intentions to buy another used phone and the gentleman behind the counter fixed his issue in 3 mins.Thanks for taking care of my son.

Cell phone repair locations will always go down in history as the best service for phone when you dont have insurance thats why these places will always be in existence because a lot of people dont want to pay that extra insurance and this is a great place to repair your phone

Just got my iPad Air screen replaced and it looks brand new! Plus it was half the cost of what Apple would charge! Will update if I have any issues but its working great so I doubt there will be.Update: the screen is very unresponsive around the edge of the screen most of the time. Ive had to hit the space bar two or 3 times to get it to space well writing this review. The top left corner is the worst. Honestly makes me not even want to use the iPad.I called this location and they were out of screens and said I would have to go to the Fort Campbell location because the owner was out of town and wouldnt order new screens for a while. I havent found time to do so yet Im hoping this location will get screens and will still replace this faulty screen. I will update this after Ive talked to him.

NEVER GO HERE................I sold my 4g evo(20bucks) to them i got another phone from them didnt work to it back to only get them same phone i dont like the phone i asked for my money and phone back ill give him his money and phone resulted in no refunds i didnt have the phone for 45mins. the phone i bought costed 76 and some change asked how much hell but it back for 20 bucks this company are scammers
