This company is absolutely unprofessional; other businesses that rely on their internet services are in no way Charter’s priority when there’s technical issues involved. Yet their sales representatives rant and rave all day about the services being the best of the best. This is clearly not the case for anyone in business who needs internet to run sales. We’ve been out of internet for 3 days not knowing when a tech might show up despite having scheduled an appointment.
The hours are wrong. The automated system is useless.

When I turned my service off to move twice they gave me my final bill amount. When I called again to make sure of the amount and pay they went up 20+ dollars and said thats always been the amount. I informed them that I got the amount twice from them and it wasnt that high. I even went in the office and they told me the same end price as the first person on the phone, but make sure to get stuff in writing!!
