Q did an amazing job on my nails! I had an appointment and didn’t have to wait. The pedicure was also really good (I didn’t get the girls name). I will definitely be going back.

Hands down the best in town! I like my nails short and they do an incredible job shaping them too and never do they rush! The staff is so awesome!!The salon is super clean! I always go in for a fill/ set and the pedicures are sooo relaxing and the tubs and chairs are always sanitized!

The before were the ugly orange set I had done at a salon in Owasso...and that was after they had been fixed...the pink set was done by Joseph aka Nail Savior Champ of the Universe today at JH as a walk in! You can definitely feel and see the difference between JH and other nail salons. Top quality products that last for weeks not to mention they go above and beyond on their nail care! I absolutely love this salon above all others Ive ever been to! Be sure to follow them to their new location in Catoosa opening September 15th @ 750 S Cherokee St. Suite C!

Great Experience! Quickly greeted and offered samples to pick from. HUGE selection of dips.The manicurist was awesome she made she I wanted the shape she filed (Im super picky about my natural nails) and used a separate jar to dip my nails in, instead of the whole container, which I appreciated. The young man who did my pedicure was fantastic, the massage was the BEST!Overall it was a great experience and I will be back!Easy parking, great location, clean facility and amazing staff. Well organized establishment!

Amazing people. Staff was so kind and great at what they do. Got seen right away without waiting even when sitting to get our pedis done. It was me and 3 others. The employees were nice, polite and talk to us to make us feel welcome. No super expensive. Very reasonable. Great clean please to get your nails done.

Had the most amazing relaxing time here today. I decided to give this place a try and was not disappointed. My manicure was done by Joseph and came out beautiful and my pedicure was so relaxing. The tech attending my pedicure gave the best foot/leg massage i had ever had at a nail salon. I WILL be back again and again. Best place in claremore for nails!

They were rough and my nails started to peel up after a week, the owner is rude and watches TV more then what he does to your hands

Horrible business! Came Friday at 530pm had to come back Saturday to have them fix two nails that had broke due to them not putting any acrylic back that they had filed off! And then they charged me to fix them!!!! Don’t go to this nail shop!

I do not recommend having a special event with a large group. We had a bridal party getting ready for the brides big day. We paid an upfront price to hold the salon and was told we would only have to have Everyone pay half for what they were getting done. They charged some of us full price then argued with the bride about everything. Was told she would get half off which she didn’t. We had a list of everyone attending and what they wanted and they even had a picture of it and never looked at the picture and kept rushing us when we wanted to be more organized The lady doing my nails seemed angry and very rushed and kept telling me she couldn’t do what I wanted and then every time I said I wanted this or that she said she couldn’t do it. The bride didn’t have a relaxing night like she should of and now she is having to have antibiotics for an infected toe nail. We got our nails on Thursday and they already need a fill It was such a bad experience and they got $150 more dollars then what it should of cost us not even including tips. Will not be using them again.

I have been going there for years and always love how they treat me and how my nails come out but this time was by far the worst! I have never had this woman and I will never have her again....

I made it past the man at front desk, went to select polish, was approached by another man and shown to a chair. I told the man I made appt with a lady technician. After waiting several minutes by myself and feeling more and more uncomfortable with the place, I walked out. Their price for basic pedicure is $10 higher than my favorite place in Tulsa so I expected something special -- not an unfriendly spot in a hidden location.

We did not even make it past the receptionist. She was rude to the point that my mother and myself walked out. I’ve been in customer service from 16 to now, I’m very understanding and consider myself rational minded. I will not return to this establishment because of how my mother and myself were treated today.

I have never done a business review but i feel like i had to because i fell in love. SO GOOD!! I have been trying new salons in search for one i liked since i recently moved in the area and the search has came to an end... so friendly and welcoming and most importantly.. CAN DO NAILS. They listen to your request and really pamper you.

I must say the quality of this place has dropped dramatically over the past year. My daughters and I would go every two weeks for pedicures or nail fills. They use to offer cash discounts. I use to rate this place 5 stars now 3 stars. I will only go in a pinch for a pedicure.

Came here to get our eyebrows done ✅We give this place a 0 stars due too the eyebrow mess ups not just me but my friend too. The lady was not confident at all in what she was doing also she had to get 2 other workers opinions witch was scary. Don’t recommend going here for eyebrows!!

Loved my manicure and pedicure until my nail tech cut three of my cuticles as a result of roughness. I was polite about it and told him I was fine, although I became very uncomfortable.My nails looked great but there was a lot of fuzz on one nail that was not removed.Then when I left, the young lady at the front desk was extremely aggressive towards the matter of tipping. I left no tip which should be understandable if your nail tech causes you to bleed. However, I received rolling eyes and a dirty look.If you are not paying your nail techs enough, that is not an issue that I am responsible for. I pay the price asked for my nails and only tip is service was exceptional and there is absolutely no pressure to tip. Pressuring clients for tips is manipulative.

JH Nail Spa is amazing! The owners and staff are so warm and kind. They make your visit one that will have you going back time after time. Its a place where you can go relax and enjoy your day out. Im so happy I found their place. I highly recommend anyone whos looking for and good nail tech and extremely clean environment to check out JH Nail Spa, you wont regret it.

First and last time. Front desk lady was nice. Nice facility. I got a simple manicure and she made me bleed. The guy who did my daughters fill never spoke a word to her. She wanted a checkerboard design on her ring fingers. What she got looked absolutely nothing like the picture she showed them. Wont go back. Refused to pay extra $5 for design.

Made an appointment the last 2 times and had an hour and a half wait both times. What is the point of making an appointment if you are going to have to wait over an hour. Also, I took my daughter in to get her nails done and the guy refused to put rhinestones on each of my daughters fingers as requested, I told him I was willing to pay and he said he would put them on one finger only. He continued to tell me how I spoil my child and what I was asking was ridiculous. FYI, when I walked out of this salon I went to Paradise Nails and was sat down immediately and was out within a half hour.

The lady who gave me a pedicure was very sweet. The place is relaxing and clean. It was my first time here and I definitely will be coming back.🤗

I liked that the staff was friendly, and the place was VERY clean, used sanitary tools that were packaged individually; however I’m giving 3 stars because the shellac polish edges lifted within a week, and peeled off of my nails. The regular polish on my toes chipped off within a week also. Shellac has lasted 2+ weeks at my old nail place but we’ve since moved out of state so I tried out this place.If the polish/shellac had been up to my expectations, this place would have easily gotten 5 Stars.

I get the same thing every time and its a different price every time. Went in at 530. If you dont have time before closing to deliver quality for what you charge....then dont do it. 3 different people did my nails and it was rushed and my nails were rough. Not very relaxing at all.

Not going back again. One of their nail polish bottles wasn’t closed tightly and I got pink nail polish all over my brand new Columbia jacket that was gifted to me. I didn’t hear a sorry and I should have gotten a discount for their workers being reckless. They had J Farley’s workers barging in their salon, yelling, throwing their hands and causing a scene when customers were trying to relax. One older lady that worked their got in my face and yelled at me to not move my hands, even though my nails were already dry and was extremely rude about it. Definitely the worst salon experience I’ve had and not to mention that it took 3 HOURS and all I got done was a classic manicure.

The people are very nice and relaxed. The process didnt hurt at all and they made sure to give me exactly what I asked for. He really took his time and did an amazing job! I definitely recommend going here as I will go back myself!

My nails were done good!!!! There receptionists was very rude and didnt give you a very warm greeting even shot you dirty looks when asking a question not good for business.

I got a shellac manicure and the Nurture pedicure. Bella my nail tech was amazing and gave one of the best foot massages Ive ever had. She took her time and made sure my nails looked awesome. I will definitely go back again.

Very poor service. We were waiting for my daughter to get her nails done since 12:44 until 2:15pm. We asked twice if they had some one free and they said 10 minutes. Finally, a guy laughed and they said guarantee 3 minutes.My daughter is only 13 years old and she really wanted to get them done so we waited. Poor service, lack of respect and customer service. I wouldnt recommend this place.My daughter asked if the have gray nail polish to do a two chaps ombré and they said no. Poor child asked for the colors they had, we paid and walk away.What kind of nail salon doesnt have grey nail polish!

I went to visit the new salon and spoke with the owners (Joseph & Holly) two times before I actually made an appointment. Having my nails looking natural and being functional is important to me. Joseph gave me a tour of the business - very impressive. There is nothing in this business that is cheap - it is all top-notch! The products are authentic and not just refilled with cheap products. The sanitation procedures exceed the State mandates. The waxing/facial room has a chair that rivals that of the lady who does my facials at Massage Envy! I would like to say that my nails were done perfect but they were not. I tried dipping instead of acrylic with tips as I wanted less damage to my nails. I went home with and decided that they were too think and not natural looking enough for me. So, I contacted Joseph & Holly. They made an appointment for me to come back. They were so gracious and never made me feel like I was wrong and the nails were perfect. They wanted what I thought was best! Joseph asked if he could try a new technique and if i was not satisfied, He would not only take off the nails about refund my money or give me a gift card or a pedicure or whatever I thought was right. He spent over two hours working on my nails and the end result if fabulous!

Nice looking salon but my shellacked nails began peeling the next day. In 6 years of having shellac, its the worst service Ive ever had. Too thin on my nails & the highest price Ive ever had to pay.

They do an excellent job but it takes so very long ... the wait time is horrible. I’ve learned by trial and error that you need to make an appointment as being a walk-in can make your total time be 2.5+ hours for just a fill or full set. Their skill so far is why I keep going back 🙃

I went in frustrated from another salon and the owner took the time to personally redo my nails. This nail salon is clean, professional and incredible. I will definitely be back! I tried dipped nails for the first time and will continue to get them. I am very rough on my nails and even with my active lifestyle they still havent broken or chipped three weeks later.

Horrible, horrible service today. I got there at 10:45 today and wasn’t seen until 12:05. The wait wasn’t a problem but, they kept taking people back that came in after me and when I was finally seen it was too late. I had to be somewhere at 12:30. Never going back. Didn’t apologize or anything when I said I was upset. Horrible service.

Really enjoyed my visit. The place is lovely and the equipment is sterile in its on package. There is also a plastic cover where you soak your feet! I will be returning!!

Comfy massage chairs, beautiful and clean salon. However, the staff are too rough, they need to be more gentle. The last time I was there the gentleman who did my nails seemed unhappy and was quite distracted by the TV so my manicure didnt turn out great.

Went in on Saturday, paid $55 for nails and toes. Sunday nail polish is chipped, went in on Monday and asked for just a touch up. Was told by the owner, we do not guaranteed nail polish, only shellac. That is extremely disappointing as I have been a client since they opened and all I wanted was a touch up on two nails. I definitely thought that because I have been such a loyal customer, they would been happy to fix their work. Saddens to me say, I will take my business elsewhere.Improve your quality of work and productsTink

My only complaint is that I had a $50 gift certificate what was lost. They had record of the certificate, but refused to honor it because I didn’t have the certificate.

Very nice place. Got a mani, pedi and my brows wax. Even though they were so busy, they never rushed and took their time to everything right. I was very satisfied.

The did a good job on my nails. Waited for over an hour, when i asked how much longer they sat me down and proceeded to talk about how I dont understand how hard they work. The tech went on and on about it. I wasnt rude, i just asked how much longer! Also, my daughters who are under 10 werent allowed to get the princess nail pedi price bc they were too tall for the kids price... i didnt get the discount for making an appt either. I left feeling like I had been nickeled and dimed and they didnt want my business.

The man was rude and manhandled my feet. Cut my nails to short to the point of bleeding and put the wrong color on my toes. When I mentioned that was the wrong color he stated to late.Dont think I will ever return.

Made an appt, still waited over 2 hours...was there for over 3 hours just for a mani/pedi. The guy running the place has no idea about customer service or how to multitask and manage the flow of customers that come in. Walk ins taken over those with appt then he try’s to convince you that it is the correct way to do business. Very disappointing.

I dont know how good their services are. My daughter finally talked me into getting my nails done. She made an appointment for 2 on Saturday, luckily she called while on our way there and the receptionist informed us they were around an hour behind. Ok, no biggie, we could go get lunch. Came back a little before 3 and was told they were still running behind. So we waited. And waited. By 3:30 I was done waiting. Why bother to take appointments if you are just going to put walkins ahead of the appointments? Plus the receptionist was very snappy. Said something about how other customers had been rude to her... we werent rude, but I guess she just figured shed snap at us anyway. I understand bad days, but everything about the ordeal was totally unprofessional.

The worst salon ive ever been too. The acrylics are lumpy. Their polish chips and the application isnt smooth. They have high turnover in staffing. Management is rude and unprofessional. I will never return.

Completely horrible and leaking leadership. One the employees was a family member that is struggling though life and have to pay everything for no good reason. Not only that, most of the employees are not us citizens and not helping out one of the teammate.

Tried dip nails for first time they lasted a week long cruise and besides my nails growing they are still stuck down. Pedicure has lasted well since most of the time my feet were in sand and water.

Normally I enjoy coming here. They are normally busy but never have to wait long as they have alot of staff. Today I waited 10 mins to get into a pedicure chair(not bad at all) then I sat in the pedicure chair for 45 mins before anyone came to me, in cold water. Why even sit me at all if no one is ready? I also had my child with me getting a pedicure and so you could see how a child wouldnt sit here for over 45 mins waiting in water. Im not going to come back.
