Kym did an amazing job on my nails. She got it spot on what I wanted and they was very neat and shaped perfectly. Definitely recommend this place if u want something really good.

No Insurance Coverage. Refuses to Pay Medical Bills for injuries.Kim’s employee mopped the floor on 6/24/21, while I was getting a pedicure. No one put out wet floor signs or informed me the floor was wet. I did not see them mop.Once my pedicure was finished, Tommy told me to walk to the drying station in the flimsy flip flops he put on my feet. I took about three steps and my feet slid sideways out from underneath me. I did complete splits.I severed two ligaments in my right knee and tore two ligaments in my left knee. The meniscus is shredded in both knees. Kim has no insurance and refuses to pay my medical bills. She told me, “I no pay. I send money to Vietnam to support family.”I have been wearing leg braces on both knees for two months. I most likely will be in braces a couple of more months and then need surgery.Know if you go to Kim’s and get injured or contract a fungus or they burn your nail beds, you’ll be paying for all your own medical bills. Be safe and find a different place to have your nails done or you could end up in my predicament.

I went in to get my nails done for my vacation. Extremely disappointed. I had them on for ONE DAY and they started chipping. I am not busy with my hands or did anything to cause it to chip after one day. 70 dollars spent. rip off.

Worst pedicure I have ever had...Kim did it. I left with calluses still on feet, nails not painted in all the way! Kim was too busy to pay attention to the job she was doing on me. I will never go back, very disappointing!

I came in to get my nails filled as normal and got there before they opened to be able to get in line early. People already standing inside waiting as door was open. 2 people who came in well after me walked in. I had been waiting over an hour when they took these 2 people ahead of me. This has happened before and I said nothing. Not this time, I wont be back.

95 dollars for me and my daughter to get a full set manicure!! Total rip off. Nails are un even she even messed up in cutting one and didnt bother fixing it. I will definitely never go back

Made a appointment because it was my daughters birthday and she wanted to get our nails done together. She got a mani/pedi and I was getting a full set. Appointment at 2 and her party at 4. They got her back but then I waited for 45mins before they could get me. I couldn’t get mine done because I wasn’t going to have her late for her birthday for my nails. She was disappointed not having the sales nails but at least she got hers. So appointments are useless to make if your wanting a mommy daughter experience don’t count on it.I gave two stars because they person doing my daughters nails was extremely nice to her.

I went to this place to have nails removed and a redo done. The lady allowed me to leave with acrylic all over my nails and did not offer to buff it off. Horrible customer service and definitely will not be referring to anyone!

Friendly staff and attention to detail. These pictures were taken a week after my manicure and pedicure. I also got my eyebrows waxed. It was a relaxing afternoon and a great price.

She is too high priced, too slow, and rude. I went in for just a cut down and a fill and she wanted $35-40 so I left and went to Paradise Nails for $25.

The only place I go when Im in a time crunch & cant get to Tulsa. 9x out 10 theyve gotten me in quickly, but occasionally there was a shocking wait. They apparently dont remember faces too well b/c I always make sure to tip large...youd think theyd bump us to the front of the line. Either way - they do a really great job.

Ky and others in her shop are excellent at what they do. I have been going here for a couple of years now and have never been disappointed. Although walk ins are welcome, she is so busy that calling ahead is recommended.

Great nails but was quoted one price on the phone of $20 but got there got my nails done and then got told the total was $35. Dont tell people one price then charge them another not happy wont be returning.

Ive been going to Nails by Kym for several years now and always receive great service. They are friendly, do a great job on pedicure and manicures. I suggest calling for an appt. to keep from having to wait. But they are even open on Sundays.

I have been going in here since Kym opened her doors. And she herself, is 9/10 good at her job (fingernails) I have had a couple mistakes along the way but never major and over the course of many years thats not a big deal, but her current other lady that does nails IS NOT! My nails look horrible and was charged $40!! For a fill and paint! No. I wish I could post a picture. I have never been this upset with my nails, EVER! This time was the last straw. I wont be returning to this salon.

I had an over all great experience. Due to tge language barrier i did not actually get what i wanted but i was not unhappy with the results. I just wpuld have been happier if i got what i wanted. I will go back and recommend this shop to my friends. But next time i will use google translate to tell them exactly what i want.

They do a pretty good job here. But, the wait is always very long. If you ask how long the wait will be or call to make an appointnent, they are unable to give you a wait time or make appointment (the last three times Ive tried to do business here) . So, if you dont mind waiting, you will get good service with friendly people.

I got my nails done Valentine’s Day and the next night my nail fell off the proceeding week all of them Broke off as if the nail wasn’t glued on or something. A waste of $45

Manager doesnt know a thing about customer service. The wait is incredibly long even after I made an appointment. She kept telling ppl she didnt know how long the wait was but insisted they stay lots of ppl left angry cause of the wait. I left angry because she didnt like that I asked for a matte color and said it was not pretty. I was paying for it and thats what I wanted. Never going here again.

Came in with my 3 year old. Told the lady she wanted to get her nails painted with pink and purple lady bugs.. odd request, I know, but shes three and her mind was made up. I wanted the $23 pedicure.. all is said and done, my daughter just got pink and purple nails, no design whatsoever and definitely not lady bugs. Then I get charged for the $28 pedicure which included hot wax or something that I did NOT get, and in stead of charging me $7 for my daughters polish like their sign says, they charged me $10. Will NOT return. Waste of money, got literally nothing I wanted except a foot massage.

I got shellac nails and they do not look very good, you can see through in spots and looks bad, they got some all around my nails. Most likely will not be going back.

I made a appointment for 4:30, got there at 4:15 and did not get in a seat till 5:10. I told them i want a full set and i wanted pink and white acrylic. The young man takes my nails off for the new set and starts to put white tips on. I informed him i wanted regular tios and pink and white acrylic. He tells me that he can only do SOLID COLORS. 🤷‍♀️ so i do a solid color because he has already removed my nails from last set. So if you go to this salon beware you will pay full price for what they want to do and not what you ask for. BTW, daughter in law asked for acrylic glitter and they did shellac. So after Christmas i will go to nail focus to have it done right... needless to say yhey did not get a tip..#nailfocusisbetter#nailsbykymisawaste

Staff completely ignored what mom had asked for and instead of doing a Christmas design on her nail they put red on it since they were busy and what makes me so mad is she has never been able to wear designs on her nails in the 32 years she has been working and this was the first time she was going to be able to and for the to just completely disregard her and scold her because she has issues with the her hands because of nerve damage and do what was convenient for them I will NEVER BE BACK TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!
