Ugh. I normally love this place 😭 but I set up an appointment with 3 other people that were coming with me and as soon as we walked in no one said anything. They were slow and instead of even starting my moms nails 1 of the girls went to lunch.. like I understand if you havent had lunch but you should of asked us to book another time so you could go to lunch.. it was just all over the place.

The people were nice but my nails didn’t look good at all. I had toe nails that were smudged and some barely had nail polish and my fingers had superglue all under my nails.

Make an appointment but they are worth the wait!

I absolutely loved the way my nails turned out! The 2 ladies worked me into there schedule, they were very friendly, talked to me, welcomed me. The store was clean and looked well kept up. The nail tech made sure many times I liked the way my nails looked, she didn’t rush she took her time and made sure they looked amazing. As well for the lady that painted my nails! This is the best set of nails I have had! Hands down! Money well spent and I enjoyed my time and got the laugh of the day I needed! Thank you to the ladies again! I am in love with them!

Ashlena is the best! She does a great job, talks to you the whole time and you can show or tell her an idea or design and she makes it happen and it is all freehand!! I definitely highly recommend her!!

We called to see if they could get us in, and they said yes. We waited for around 30 minutes. They didn’t even start the water for our pedicures, just sat their and stared at us. When we asked if they could start the water, they said no and just wait on them because they were trying to squeeze us in. Please don’t tell me to come and waste my time when you can’t fit us in. It’s not that hard to say no. We will be taking our service somewhere else.

My daughter said the person who did her nails was rough.

This place was great! The gal who did my nails was fast was thorough and she made sure that I like the job she had done before I left. I apologize for not getting her name or taking a picture of my nails. I would definitely make a stop in here if not call them.

I went and got Stiletto nails. And the girl who did mine I loved her! Honestly she was just super nice, and payed attention and by far did a great job on my nails, best ever. Ashlena is who did them! I know Ill come back again for sure!

Emily is the best! She’s so creative, every time I come in I just tell her to do what she wants and she never disappoints!

I rate my experience a 2/5 I showed up to my appointment and I walked in and nobody said anything to me and they just all stared. Eventually I asked them where I should sit and they pointed at a seat kinda like I was supposed to know what chair they wanted me to sit in. They immediately went to putting on my acrylics Normally, they are supposed to clip your nails or file them. My full set ended up being very bumpy and thick looking. I could tell they really did not care. Just a week later one of my nails ALREADY started lifting and eventually just popped off! So embarrassing. I tried this salon because I’ve heard nothing but good things but I will no longer return because how awful this set has been.

They are super friendly and do an awesome job every time I have been.

I got shellac nails at this nail salon. I was extremely disappointed. I look forward to getting my nails done every other month and this is just unbelievable how they treated my nails. The polish is uneven, my polish that I previously had on is still visible, they did not use acetone to take the polish off and probably destroyed my nails. I will NEVER go back here again and I recommend Top Nails to anyone that is looking for a good nail salon.

Amazing job, they are all great girls. I love the environment there its always so upbeat and fun. They are very very talented. They always get very close or just like and inspiration picture. And when you are just not sure what you want, they dont disappoint in helping with creative vision.

They did amazing with my daughters including one thats autistic. They were patient and sweet and understating.

Just walked in to get a new set of acrylics. Not a single person greeted me or asked what I needed. One tech after about 10 minutes started saying, “Amanda. Amanda. Amanda.” at me thinking I was an appointment. When I said no she says “have you picked a color?” ....no because no one has talked to me? Three more groups of people walk in the door and EVERY SINGLE ONE is greeted and asked what they need. No one gave me a time limit, availability or even made eye contact with me. Wow. What a waste of time.

Staff is super personable and friendly! My nails however, have bubbled, chipped, and flaked. Day after, I went in and got it fixed. A week later they are just falling apart. Im just going to go somewhere else. For $50 bucks I expect better quality!

BEST NAIL SALON! My daughter and I called to see if they had openings today, the day before Thanksgiving, and they got us right in. Their attention to detail is by far the best of any place we have gone in Owasso or Tulsa.

First time going here for my nails and I probably won’t be back. Nails are pretty but there are dips in my nails and overall look sloppy if looked at closely.

I was thrilled to find a nail salon in claremore that did as good a job as any salon in tulsa. I have tried them all and this one was awesome! Saved me the trip to Tulsa!

Overall they do a good job, however, I do not trust the fact they they hire UNLICENSED workers and make up stories of where they went to school at.

Always get the best service and the ladies are all up to date with all the new fashions when it comes to nails just beautiful work. Art work is also one speciality you wont find any place in little Claremore

I hate waiting but they do a great job.

Do not go to this place your nails will fall off or best case scenario just lift within a couple of days and they are expensive.

Would have been a 4.5 but appointments mean nothing. Appointment made 3 weeks ahead and got started 1:25 minutes late. Not a good first impression. Pack a lunch.
