Always nice and good prices

My fiancé went in to get her nails done. It was rushed, did not shape the nail. Very little attention to detail. Did not ask if she was happy and asked very little questions period. Not recommend save your time and money.

Could not do the art work I wanted and would not attempt it either but they were quick, friendly, and great price.

I went in with my sister today to get a mani-pedi, one person started working on my toes he rushed and barely scrubbed the calluses I needed him to soften then had another lady finish it. The same man did my acrylics unevenly and misshapen and had the same lady finish them off. The whole process was rushed even though we were the only 3 people there and I ended up paying $65 plus tip for a set of nails I’ll have to have fixed asap.

I had an appointment at 3pm and I walked in 10 minutes before just to be told no. I had 3 acrylic nails on from the previous set and the man pointed to the salon and said, “no, we’re not removing those. We don’t have time, you see this and points to the whole shop as they look at me, too many people as it is”... and then he continue with, “we’re not doing that. Not today, break em off then come back”... I was in shock And said it’s fine... and walked out of the salon. I have never in my life had a professional in a business talk so rudely to me. I will not come back and do not recommend coming here. He basically shammed all the other customers and I even felt mildly embarrassed. He could have politely told me this before the appointment.

I have been going to Paradise nails for about 4 years. Usually get good service. Yesterday was horrible. The younger guy went so fast I dont feel like I even got a pedicure. The way he cut my toenails Im pretty sure Im going to get a ingrown nail now. I understand they only change $20 but I got about a$5 service. Not sure I will ever go back

Awesome pricing and a great selection of colors and lots of nail art to choose from. I have been going to this location for over a year. Provided extra care and attention while going through chemo and radiation. I have recommended Paradise Nails to my daughters and coworkers and they also like going there. I recommend this location to everyone.

Was in a rush to get done all our nails was cut uneven and the tips of nails was not filed right they was still sharp and the place had very poor ventilation the smell was very strong

Fast work for sure. My nails are uneven, not all the way glued on, the nail tech even ripped my nails (plucking away my old ones with his nails), some are thicker than others and so on. The salon has polish on the walls and it looks like they havent cleaned in a good while. The techs kept looking at the time while doing my nails, very unprofessional. Not even worth the $25 dollars for basic acrylic nails.. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IF IT WAS THE LAST ONE IN THE AREA.

I love this place!!! I have been going here for over 3 years but last year moved to Ohio so when I came back to town I made a point in going in and getting my nails filled even though it wasnt time yet lol. The people are amazing and the prices are unbeatable. Kim and her husband are some of the nicest people you will ever meet,and I would recommend this place to anyone who loves getting there nails done.

I went to this nail shop for the first time today with my Granddaughter and we both had our nails done. We both loved our nails my daughter in law was right they do and amazing job. Clean and friendly they call their customers by name. Thanks to Kim and the man working today for a great experience. We will be back.

Ive been twice and they are rushing around trying to help too many people at once. Appointment or no appointment doesnt matter. A business should focus on one client at a time. They do good pedicures, but I am looking for someone who isnt rushing to get me in and get me out.

Went in for a pedicure. My feet were in the barely warm water 4 minutes, my polish is smeared, nails all uneven and in and out in 19 minutes. Sad this was my favorite nail place. They used to take their time. Guess not now. 😭

Very friendly staff. Ive been going here for over a year and hardly ever have to wait. They do beautiful nail art as well. Always willing to please. And if you break a nail they will fix it for free!

I had a good experience at Paradise nails. I walked in on a Monday at about 2:00, which was a good time because there were just a few other people there, so I was seated right away. I got a spa pedicure and manicure for $32. The woman who did it was nice, careful, and took her time, which I really appreciated because everybody knows there are some nail places that rush through and dont do a great job. That wasnt my experience here, I thought everybody was nice and I liked my nails, she was careful, and I didnt have any flaws in them. Definitely would go again.

I recently moved here from Florida and have been looking for a nice place to have my nails done that do it proficiently. This is a great place and very friendly and helpful.

I’m glad it was only a $20 pedicure, because my daughter and I weren’t there more than 20 minutes total. No effort was made to speak to either of us, of even speak English in front of us. This was the first time I’ve ever not tipped at a salon. Don’t waste your time or money.

I got a mani and pedi, the prices are very reasonable. Im very happy with the manicure, but Ive had better pedicure . It was ok and the final outcome was good. But the foot massage left a lot to be desired. I love a great foot massage! This had very little pressure. I would definitely do a manicure again, but pedicure, I dont know.

Wouldn’t do the color I asked for. Kept hurting me and then saying I was the one causing it. Insisted they were too long and cut most of my length and then proceeded to ruin the shape and every single one was crooked. Not enough polish either because I can see my nail right through it.Unprofessional, rude, and don’t know what they’re doing.

Fast service, shellac only lasted a week

Was not very pleased w service. I messed up my toes as some point but noone noticed I didnt until got home and a person checked my toes just before I left.they were very dry when I left. My massage w pedicure seemed hurried and not very thorough. Ive had a lot better. I wont go there again. Didnt want to give them any stars but the app soukdnt let me post without it.

Possibly the WORST Pedicure I have ever had! My regular Nail salon was closed due to the owners taking a very well deserved vacation for a week, so my sister and I decided to try this place.Upon walking into the shop, it was a “rushed” feel. I needed my nails done plus a pedicure, my sister was just wanting a pedicure. Her pedicure was start to finish, 20 mins. Mine was the same. It took longer for the shellac to removed than the whole pedicure.Don’t waste your money....the guy is totally a rude azz who left my heels rough as hello. $60.00 wasted ! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

The process was rushed and the tools were filthy. The technician (who was the owner, by the way) used a file and buffing block that she pulled straight from the drawer after she used it on another client. The “massage” was just her punching my feet. The whole process only took about 15 minutes which is waaaay to little time for a proper pedicure.

This place is my favorite in Claremore, theyre nice & seem to have the best prices around.

I drove by this place often for nearly 2 years, I thought so many times I should check them out. Finally, I made the time and now Ive gone twice in 2 weeks. I love the spa pedicure while sitting in the massage chair. The manicure is great too. I definitely recommend going here! Prices are great, mani & pedi for $32.

Worst nail place ever! I got a refill on my acrylic nails and they ripped one of them off that didnt need to be fixed at all and they shaped them ALL uneven and they looked crappy just like the service. The guy who did my nails rushed and didnt sharpen them like I asked, of course had to repeat myself 3 times till he got them right. I even showed a picture of what I wanted.. Ridiculous. He even made my nails where they were all bumpy, they werent even smooth one bit. 👎👎👎

Wow is all I can say. Went in for an eyebrow wax (which would take MAYBE 10 minutes) and the girl says rudely in front of everyone can you come back? And I said a different day? And she replied yeah Im busy umm no thats NOT how you talk to customers. Never going back.

Horrible!!!!!! Dont just run, run screaming. First of all this should be a relaxing experience. Its hard to relax in this atmosphere. There is a child running around yelling, cartoons blarring, toys and happy meals scattered around and it looks like it hasnt been cleaned since they opened. For your $20 shellac....thats ALL you get. No manicure, no nail prep to make your polish last longer....nothing. For $20 you get lumpy bumpy shellac that lasts about 3 days and starts peeling and chipping. I do not recommend.

Staff is friendly and attentive and the prices are reasonable for pedicure...I got an amazing massage.

My aunt flew in from Phoenix Arizona to attend my daughters high school graduation. She treated my daughter, my mom and myself to a girls day, mani and pedi. The lady my daughter got, I believe is the owner, did a great job unfortunately my mom, aunt and myself did not have a good experience. It was rushed, especially my moms she was out of her chair and waiting for us for a good 10 min and we started our pedi at the same time. The 3 of us had Polish on our skin and even parts of the nail wasnt covered. The male owner did mine and this was my experience as well. I know they are always busy buts thats not a reason to rush through a service that we come to relax enjoy and pay for. Claremore doesnt have many nail places so Ill probably give them a second chance and return in the future but Im do hope its a better experience.

Worst gel/shellac manicure I’ve ever gotten. No nail prep, didn’t push/cut cuticles, upon looking at my nails, I’m also seeing lots of sterling/missing parts.
