Our office has used Stericycle for two years now. I have been trying to contact someone to confirm our truck for this year and I have been on hold for over 15 minutes on two separate occassions. The email on the automated call does not work. There is no local phone number to call. Very, very frustrated. I doubt I will use them in the future. UPDATE: BASED ON BELOW RESPONSE FROM OWNER, THE PHONE NUMBER SHOWN IS NO LONGER IN SERVICE.

They only get one star because I have to give them one. Im the Director of Pharmacy for a smaller hospital in Northern Kentucky. Weve had Stericycle as a vendor for years, and the service has never been really good - but for this year so far they have NEVER shown up ONCE for a designated hazardous waste pickup. Appointment after appointment they stand us up. Emails, phone calls, repeat appointments... NOTHING can make these guys do their job! They just say sorry and make another appointment that they do - not - keep. Its not that we havent been paying our bills, either (come to think of it, I dont know why were paying them at all). If we werent swimming in overfull waste bins it could be funny - they play the part of the postman and Im Chevy Chase in Funny Farm. Cant wait till we get out of the contract.
