Worst place to unload. I checked in at 10:30am and they asked me to wait outside the building on the side of a busy road. They called me after 3 hours. Then i had to drive 6 miles to come back to the place because we can’t make a U-turn on a busy road. Now its 4pm and i am on the dock from last few hours, they still didn’t start unloading. I had to pick up other load and got canceled now. Ruined my whole day😡

VERY SLOW.TOOK CARE OF THEIR OWN BEFORE THEY LOADED ME.I WAS THERE FROM 11:31 TO 1633 .

Their truck 780986 today had an employee driving with his wrist , one arm , talking on the phone , 3 different semis passed him and he passed them back 3 different times. So busy talking he was a hazard to traffic. Speeding up slowing down not paying attention. If he is a representative of that company Im not interested.

If you are a owner operator truck driver I think twice about picking up 5 hours to load In Kent Ohio Three and a half hours to unload And Cincinnati Ohio Definitely not worth the hassle

Fast turnaround

Very professional company from beginning to end. The worked so clean, gave me a great price, and outstanding service from beginning to end. Will definitely be using them again and recommending them to colleagues.

Cut off by one of their box trucks during rush hour. Then was given the finger. If their work is anything like how they drive, then i highly recommend staying away from here!

Cincinnati Clean Harbors has a great group of friendly, knowledgeable technicians that know how to get the job done safe & correctly. They are by far the best environmental service I have used for my business in the Midwest.

Less than 3 minutes from I 75. Parking on property and on-street. From arrival to departure was 45 minutes for my live unload.

If I could put a 0 star I would. This place is nothing but scam. They will over charge you 100%. Never would I use or recommend this company again.
