I initially was unhappy with my nails - possibly due to miscommunication between me and the tech. HOWEVER, the manager (Justin) was gracious enough to rearrange his entire schedule, bring me in on a Saturday afternoon, and redo my ENTIRE set for free. It was amazingly professional of them, and now I’ve got this gorgeous set which I hope to refill with them. Make an appointment because they are in high demand!

I had an appointment. I was a little early.. I was told to wash my hands and sit. About 20 minutes later I was told to pick put a color and sit in a pedicure chair. i sat for about 30minutes when I finally got up and left. At least 45 minutes total. No explanation, no apology except for a sorry yelled at me as I walked out the door. Wont be back.

My fiancé has been using this place for years and never had a single bad experience. I’ll continue to pay for whatever makes her happy.

I’m glad I found this place. I came in over the weekend and got chrome over my SNS. It unfortunately chipped that day, and I came in yesterday and they fixed my nails no questions asked. They have excellent customer service, and tons of color options. They’re all super sweet and can’t wait to come back!

I decided to give this US Nails a try and I am so pleased! The service was friendly and speedy, but not so speedy my nails didn’t get the attention they deserved. I got my old SNS (+glitter) soaked off and new SNS put on in just about an hour. Love my simple set and I’ll definitely be a repeat customer!

I found my new go-to salon, finally! Jeanne is so sweet, great conversation, and she made sure my nails were perfect. Very happy customer!

Had a mani pedi done with gel. The pedi is great and still holding up a week later but my mani has completely come off after 6 days. I was told these would last 2 weeks! The service was great considering the COVID business, but very unhappy with the longevity.

I have serious trust issues related to the filing of my nails... My is ALWAYS super gentle & puts my fears to rest!! They have a WIDE variety of colors and GLITTER to choose from!!

My last several experiences here have not been good ones. The last 2 times I had my nails done I had a chip within a week, the first time I figured it was just a fluke- but the 2nd time I really wasnt happy. And on top of the breakage, the last 4 times I asked for ombre and was told they dont have time. This morning was the straw that broke the camels back for me- I arrived and could tell no one was happy to have people arriving as soon as they opened. Literally no one even made eye contact or acknowledged my presence. Still was going to give the benefit of the doubt, as I get it- its early. Then they proceeded to take the other people that arrived after I did, ahead of me, without acknowledgement and at that point I did get annoyed- someone said she had an appointment when I looked at him until he made eye contact. And that is fine- but, acknowledge the customer when they come in, let them know you have appointments ahead of them, something. The vibe really felt like they did not want to be bothered. This is not a cheap service and the last several times So, I left and will not return. I was able to find another place, and they were a bit more customer centric and actually seemed happy to see a customer and I almost fainted when she was willing to do a French Ombre with a smile!

Love the renovations looks like a completely different salon. Highly recommend!!

This place is formerly SNS Nails. New owners, My, and Justin are dedicated to making this a top nail salon. They not only offer SNS, and pedicures, but are also in the process, if not already, to be able to do shellac, and acrylic sets, and fill ins. Place is newly remodeled, and now takes appointments. Which is so much better, eliminates confusion, and reduces wait time. I feel like when I’m there, I’m not being rushed to get done so they can take the next person. Justin has done my nails twice now, and I have been complimented on how natural my SNS looks. It’s not to thick, and is done down to my cuticles. I don’t even have to ask. I have seen customers book multiple appointments in advance with My just to insure they get to see her again. So if you are looking for a classy salon, at a decent rate, I highly recommend US Nails 5. It’s also in a great Location. And one more thing I forgot to mention. If you pay by credit card, tips are no longer cash only. If you are like me, I rarely have cash in my wallet. Great place, great atmosphere, knowledgeable staff, at a great price. Justin is the best

Just want to get my gel color changed, didnt like the colors, they kept trying to get me to do the dip. Which does not work for me with my line of work which I said many times. Then they filed the top of my finger nail so far down they hurt for a couple of days. My nails are weak and very brittle now. I was referred by my normal place I go to, to keep the gel on because that is the only thing protecting my nails right now. The color was very uneven and not smooth. Will never go back
