Went in and got gel nails on my natural nails. I have small bitten nails that Ive been struggling to grow out. I wasnt laughed at or gossiped about how short my nails were. The nail tech was kind and helpful. She also recommended I get a mani. So I did since my nails were in a dire state.Edit gone here again and I really love the work they do. Consistently good service and a beautiful job!

I come to L&T nails once in a while. Stopped in tonight without an appointment and I only waited about 5 minutes. The tech was super friendly, and I think my SNS turned out well. It is very clean and tidy. There are several TVs to watch and comfy chairs. I would recommend this location, but the prices are a little high compared to other nail salons in the area.

I’ve passed this place a lot but glad I stopped in. Staff was very nice. The inside is big and there are several practices in place for social distancing. I was still able to sit close to my friend for a pedicure!

I love going to L&T nails! They are always so great! Tonight, I walked in a couple hours before they closed. They were somewhat busy but didnt think twice about getting me in for a pedicure. I waited a little but it was worth the wait! I love them! Tom did a great job on my toes! I would recommend them to anyone!!

Not impressed at all. Maybe it was just the day that I came in. It was my first time there. Initially I was impressed with how the manager knew everyones name and was delegating things. Thats where the positives end. I sat for over an hour before I was waited on and then sat for another hour and a half while the manager who was waiting on me kept getting up and taking care of other things. When it was all done I got lopsided uneven nails that look odd in shape. After being there so long I just wanted to get out of there. I called the next day to see if I could get them redone and she was accommodating. I however did not go back in bc after thought about it I was not willing to waste any more of my time. Especially on a holiday weekend. My hope is that this is not the norm but if it is not I am not willing to give it another chance to find out.

Prices were higher than some of the more established salons in the area. Service was ok, not bad, but nothing to write home about. Ill only return if its super convenient, other than that, Ill obtain services elsewhere

I have been going to L & T Nails for years and I absolutely love Somaly’s work (SNS, Shellac or natural)!! She is professional and shows great attention to detail. I give five stars particularly for Somaly but I also appreciate the cleanliness and how Mackenzie makes sure to greet all customers and ensure they get what they ask for. They also offer online coupons which always helps to save on funds but not on quality.

Too bad im now lowering my rating and ill NEVER come back.. stop bringing people who are not licensed into your company to do nails. Then sit and let your customers see they are being trained right in front of you! Horrible. And tell the girl that runs this location its NOT ok to argue with customers when the trainee dosent do your nails right and another thing you can tell her to stop screaming at everyone!

Avoid this “salon” at all costs. It’s dirty in there the nail technician cut a chunk out of my cuticle and she didn’t really seem to care while it was bleeding. I decided to get up and leave.

3 of us came to celebrate a birthday. made appt for pedicures. not the friendliest place. everyone seemed tired. just going thru the motions to be done. no instructions on where to put coats, how to get in the chairs, operate massage options, just pointing. no offer for polish dryers. we couldnt go out in below freezing in flip flops! there was a completely inappropriate violent/slasher/bloody gore movie playing that gave my granddaughter nightmares. NOT the happy birthday experience we were looking for. will NOT recommend.

I love LTs!!! My nails have never looked so good! They are all very happy, hardworking people. They always take their time and make sure I am happy before I leave. If you dont like something speak up and they will make sure your satisfied. They just got SNS so they dont have very many glittery colors but the owner said they plan on ordering more.

Horrible Experience. Nails done in a rush to squeeze in more clients and the job was incomplete. Nails were not painted to the ends. The nail polish was so thick it would not dry. Rush job and manager not willing to redo for free.

MehNo lie, I got a 15 min. pedi. The pedi lady was lazy a f. Then while doing my pedi, she threw the foot paddle on the floor and thought she was about to use said contaminated foot paddle on the other foot! No maam.McKenzie does great work but her attitude has a lot to be desired. She gets easily irritated and doesnt like to craft nails according to the customers request.

I last second scheduled an appointment at this place and they took me and 2 other girls in to do SNS nails- we had such a great experience weve gone back there every time since then! I was worried because the rating was low on the reviews but Im not really sure why- all the nail techs are super nice and do a really great job! I have gotten everything done from gel to acrylic and this place does the best. Theyre the only place Ive been to that files the nails evenly on top to smooth them out after dipping in the SNS powder- every other place I went to just dips and it comes out all bumpy. Would definitely recommend and they give you a 10% discount if you sign up for their texting notifications (which you can turn off).

Read these reviews before you go! Most painful least relaxing mani pedi in an otherwise peaceful empty salon. I get mani pedis mostly to relax but also because as a dancer and athlete my nails and calluses need constant trimming to avoid pain. So between pedicures Im cutting my own nails probably terribly. The tech seemed disappointed i didnt order a upgraded pedicure, and displayed no sympathy for my need to trim and cut my own nails. I had to ask to correct the scalding water temperature. There didnt appear to be a second coat of color on my toes. And since my shoes appeared to be getting in her way by the way she pulled on the ends (they dont bend) causing more pain, I guess I should be grateful. There was no massage for either my hands or feet even though the service list says it includes massage. Literally the hot towel for my hands was still scorching hot and had been there 20 seconds before it was removed and I was told to wash my hands. There was no forearm pillow and with her pulling my arms, digging into the desk edge, this was highly unpleasant.

I have never had a good experience at bridge waterfalls location. The manager is always yelling and very rude. And also there is no need in scheduling an appointment because you never get in on time.

Went for a fill in on powder nails and will never be back. The tech very obviously did not know what she was doing and had to keep asking questions of others. I dont love being a guinea pig precisely because I ended up with a really obvious line between the old and new powder. I decided to let it go because the color was really light and I really just didnt want to sit anymore. When she was finished, the nails began to cloud up and there was major texture from a chemical reaction. It felt like sandpaper. I complained to the manager and she responded that I must have touched them. She actually blamed me as if I cause cloudiness with my fingers. After making her examine them, she agreed that they were off and sat me down to redo the entire thing. I was tired and wanted to leave so I just paid when they were done so I could get out of there. Later, I examined them and they were missing topcoat in some areas and really uneven. I went to another salon the next day to get them redone. The tech said they were the worst powder nails he had ever seen. I would never recommend this place.

Clean, friendly, lovely color and service options. Not all nail techs are equally skilled, but I have never had a bad manicure or pedicure here.
