Every time Elizabeth does my hair, no matter the style, length or color, I get so many compliments. She has a unique cutting style and she works magic with my difficult hair. I went to W Salon & Spa Hyde Park to get my hair colored, cut, added a new undercut, and styled by Sarah Flory! She was very professional, on time, very organized, listened to the details I wanted done for my hair and undercut, and did an amazing job on my hair!! Sarah was extremely attentive to what I was wanting for my new hair to look like and went above and beyond doing it!! I love my hair and can’t wait to visit the salon again for Sarah Flory to do my hair again!!! She is the best stylist that I have ever been too and would recommend anyone and everyone to go to her for whatever they need done in the salon!!!

Britney Hamilton-I left the HP salon absolutely loving my new style/color. So did my friends and family when they saw me :) She was extremely knowledgeable during our consultation. I felt very comfortable and she made the visit fun! She took her time and gave me tips/tricks along the way. The HP salon is a welcoming, safe and clean environment!

Krista did a WONDERFUL job on my natural curly hair. She took her time and explained everything to me. I really liked how she used products in my hair, she didnt pile a ton of spay or oil on my hair. The result of her technique left my hair shiny without additional products. My blow out was silky, shiny and gave lots of body! I recommend checking her out!

Call before you arrive. I booked a service online, it was confirmed but unfortunately when I arrived the stylist said she did not have time for the full service I booked because another stylist had called out and she had to cover. They did refund the deposit after I asked several times but indicated that it was refunded because I was not happy with the time explained, which wasn’t accurate. The issue was that the stylist didn’t have time for the service I booked. Hopefully this feedback can be incorporated for the future.

Ciara has been shaping and tinting my brows for the last year and I finally had her micro-blade them. She is detailed, cares about her work and listens well on the shape one wants to achieve. I would highly recommend her for brow shaping, tinting and micro-blading. She has years of experience doing brows and keeps up on the trends. She truly cares and wants her clients t be happy with the result.

I’ve had my lashes done with Olivia multiple times and literally CANNOT get enough! She is the absolute sweetest and will make you feel right at home. Everyone at the salon is always so kind to me when I come in, everything is very clean and everyone is masked up so I feel very safe as well! Appreciate how hard you guys work to make your salon the best it can be!

Aaron Vanderpool is an excellent hair stylist. He really listens to his customer and is expert in his craft. Shannon gave me a perfect pedicure.My only beef is that the Salons prices are kinda steep. Haircut 30% higher, pedicure almost 50% higher than what Ive paid for those services elsewhere. But, you DO get what you pay for here. And, once, when I was dissatisfied with a haircut (left too long), Aaron fixed it for me free of charge.

Im new to the area and came here because I wanted a cute summer look for my sisters wedding. Brittney was my stylist and worked with me to understand exactly what I wanted. I got honey blonde balayage in my brunette hair and it looks fantastic.The girl who works at the front desk was also extremely kind. An unexpected highlight of the experience was the coffee bar! I drank an iced vanilla latte while I was getting my hair done. Really great experience!

I had very high expectations for this Hair Salon 💇🏻‍♀️ based on all the good reviews. However, my son and I did not have a good experience when we arrived and here is why:I called days ahead to make an appointment for him in preparation to his rerun to school and even called again on Friday to confirm the time of the appointment on Saturday with Brittney who had been recommended by Steve (front desk person and owner).I ask him if they accepted cash to what he responded they did. 😊We got to the parking lot of the building at 1:45 for our 2:00 P.M. appointment but 10 minutes prior Steve called to say our hairstylist was running behind and she couldn’t see us until 2:30 P.M.I was not too happy about it but instead we tried to be patient and just continue to wait on the parking lot.Lastly when we got to the front desk 🤷🏻‍♀️ I was told by Steve that the hairstylist was no longer Brittney but Debbie instead. 😣At this point I couldn’t keep my cool anymore because first of all WHY nobody bother to say Britney was no longer the person we were going to see? Second it was already 2:45 P.M. and we were still Waiting!Third no concrete solution had been offered to resolve the problem and dissatisfaction.Omg! 🤦🏻‍♀️After my clear frustration Steve’s wife lead my son to her chair and gave him a nice haircut 💇 she did exactly what we asked for and got him done faster that I expected. Thank you😉My recommendation please accept responsibility for messing up and then suggest an immediate solution to avoid further customer dissatisfaction.In behalf of the Salon and its owner I have to say they did not charge us for the service. Thank you.

Jessica did a fantastic job of doing my hair just the way I wanted! I came in with a few reference pictures from Pinterest, and she worked her magic to make me look fabulous. I am so happy with my cut and balayage that she gave me. I have definitely found my new hair dresser.

Jess should be EVERYONES go-to stylist! Especially if you have fine or thin hair, she will TRANSFORM and give it the body/volume that you want. Ive tried for years to get a bob style that didnt start to go flat after a few weeks, and she is the only stylist Ive ever had that achieved it. Everyone in the salon was stopping their work to tell me how amazing it looked. Its been over a month and despite my very thin hair, I still dont even need product or teasing day to day. She really is an artist and I recommend her to everyone I know.

If you’re a person of color do not go here. She messed my haircut up so badly i wanted an even cut and i left work layers and my hair short in the back and long in the front. I’m black with curly hair absolutely horrible experience.

Brittney H. does an amazing job. I am very particular about my hair when it comes to it being cut right and getting the perfect color when I do get it colored. She always gets it just how I want it and does a beautiful job. I have very dark hair and wanted it much lighter and after a few visits to get the color lifted, my hair was a beautiful golden brown and blonde ombre. It is perfect. I highly recommend visiting this salon and having Brittney take care of your needs!

Best hair cut of my life

Alexis has done an absolutely amazing job on my hair for the last 3 years! I had always struggled to find someone whom I trusted to do my hair, until I was referred to her by a friend of mine and now I wont go anywhere else! The salon itself is beautiful, and has such a welcoming environment! The staff there absolutely love what they do, and it really shows! I will never go anywhere else for my salon services!

I had a wonderful experience! I was referred to Alexis by a friend of mine and I will admit, I was hesitant. I wanted to make a very drastic change in my hair color and didn’t want to leave that in the hands of just anyone. But the second I walked into the salon my fears were put to rest. The staff was welcoming and very professional. When I told Alexis exactly what I wanted, she walked me through the process and made sure I knew exactly what was going on the entire time. She knew how nervous I was and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. I will never put my salon needs in the hands of any other salon.

Unprofessional salon, worst experience Ive ever had coloring my hair. Im a natural dark brunette. I bleached my own hair at home. I wanted platinum blonde so I thought I would visit a salon. I went here to do that, after 2 sessions nothing has changed. See pics. In addition I havent even been able to contact the manager yet? I feel Ive been completely scammed.
