Oh my gosh...best dip manicure Ive ever gotten! I am a perfectionist, especially when it comes to my nails. Usually, the dip dries unevenly and the tech does not smooth it completely and it irritates me so much I end up fidgeting with my nails excessively. I did not catch the name of my nail tech, but she had a pixie cut and was amazing. She was so gentle but also very meticulous with the details of my nails and they are completely smooth, even, and lovely! Im in love and safe to say I have a new go -to nail salon.

Always a wonderful experience! Small, peaceful setting. It never feels like Im being rushed out for the next customer like some other nail places.

I knew this salon was a little bit more expensive but was willing to pay the higher cost as I was going on my honeymoon. I got a shellac manicure and regular pedicure.PROS: the staff was efficient and worked quickly. They did a tremendous job cutting my cuticles thoroughly which I really appreciated.CONS: the shellac polish faded within 3 days which I’ve never seen happen before. It wasn’t just at the tips but in the middle of the nail as well. I was extremely frustrated and disappointed.

This is the 3rd nail salon they were professional and nice will be going back. I was not happy with the first two I tried

Ive been going to Polish for around 2 years now and have not once had an unpleasant experience. The staff is exceptionally friendly and always do an excellent job. Best place in Cincinnati to get your nails done!

The nail work is good, but I have to say that the staff were not friendly at all to me or my mom who is a visiting guest and really didnt say much to anyone. When I asked the tech how is she doing? i got one word: fine!I thought I am treating my mother for a nail service, we got very stressed from the lack of respect. when the technician made my skin bleed from cutting too deep into the skin, she didnt apologize even. They left the place and all went to an inside room before we even got our nails dried. When we left no one said good bye or have a good evening.I am not pleased at all.

Very rude. I walked in and the technicians just looked at me and did not say anything. Then I asked for a price sheet and the technician said we dont have one. Only to have another technician hand me one. After looking over the price sheet, I told the nail tech what services I wanted and she said we cannot take you, there are 3 other ladies waiting ahead of you. I told her it was fine and she rolled her eyes! I put the polish down and left. I only came here because of the great reviews I read, but maybe this place is only used to servicing a certain clientele.

Was referred by a lady that came in my restaurant so I went about 3 weeks ago to get my acrylics soaked off and was going to get a new set until I found out that the shop had been closed for a week due to every one sick ...I got up said Id pay for the nail soak not yet finished and the sick lady waved me on and said no problem...this is a salon that is so dirty Id never step foot in ever again Im shocked the health department has not closed them down ...very dirty and not to mention rude
