I got my nails done here for the first time on 3/14. The customer service was great, they were very clean very respectful. My nails are BEAUTIFUL and it was half the price of other salons. If I had written this review Sunday it would be 5 stars but here we are Thursday morning 3/18 and two nails are popping up from the cuticle and another is cracked in the middle. I guess you get what you pay for.

This salon is fantastic--they take their time and pay attention to every detail. I really can not stop looking at my nails! Believe the reviews; theyre as good as the people are saying.

My tech is amazing! If youre looking for perfect nails, she is your girl. Not only is she so talented at nails shaping, she is also an all around wonderful person and I look forward to my appointments with her.

I got an acrylic set with gel polish, and the lady that did them was super gentle and gave me the exact look i wanted. Everything was clean! Will definitely come again!

Gena #4 is my new go- to nail tech!This is my first experience at Tiffany’s. From the moment I walked in I was instructed to the nail color collection that I requested, this is a huge change from other nail spas. And the atmosphere was comfortable as you can tell everyone here gets along and enjoys their work.Gena, my tech, was quick and did a beautiful SNS pink and white ombré on my hands! To top it off, as i sat in the massage chair for my gel pedi, she offered lotion for my dry hands without a having a manicure. Very thoughtful!I will be a repeat customer moving forward!

Ive been here several times to have my brows waxed. Great atmosphere. Owner is very professional and kind. He treats customers with the utmost respect. Today, I decided to also get my nails done here. ❤

I got a pedicure and service was amazing. I didnt get the name of the woman that helped me but she was so attentive to detail and made me feel so comfortable.

Everything looks clean and the inside was very nice. I was able to get a spot with her, and showed her a reference picture of what I wanted. Id come back again if I am ever in the area :)

I have patronized Tiffany nail and spa and I have referred others to them as well for years and for the most part they were great and a great value for the money. Very pleasant, professional and timely service almost every time and my nails/toes looked great by Gina. But here lately I don’t know if they gained more clients or just need a better scheduling system or the scheduler/coordinator/nail tech/greeter/cleanup crew/manager/owner named Michael needs a vacation. I called on Sunday and rescheduled for Wednesday which is today, and his son who answered the phone on Sunday and rescheduled me for today at 4p, but apparently Michael did not get the memo. I arrived and checked in at 4:03 and my nail tech Gina was finishing up the client that she was still working on. When she was finishing up she walked over to Michael and told him that I was there and he told her to get another lady that was waiting instead. I ignored it and figured that they were running behind and waited. After 45-50 minutes of waiting Michael finally calls my name and tells me that it’s going to be a longer wait. I began to tell him that I had an appointment for today at 4p. And he instantly says no your appointment was on Sunday. I said no I called Sunday and rescheduled for today and spoke with your son. And Michael says that he doesn’t have me down and not today sweetie and brushed me off. Seems as if he was holding a grudge because he thought that I just did not show up on Sunday. Either way this is business not personal and he should leave his feelings at the door. But I politely walked out and expressed that they are getting worse and worse. Quality over quantity is the quote for today. And I will NEVER patronize them again and I’m going to tell everyone about it! Good day. And the time before that I was told to wait in my car by Michael and he would call me when they were ready and he never called! And the time before that I was told to sign in and then after waiting was told by Michael that I was not going to be able to be serviced. I think it’s time you hire some help and take a vacation Michael! Gina is awesome though. Good day.

I really wanted to get my nails done and they were right there so I gave it a shot. Best decision I made. They did it fast and shaped them exactly how I wanted and the polish looks amazing.

They do a really good job but they overbook and I witnessed some people get turned away after being told to wait and for at least a hour an a half. I made an appointment thank God I was waited on but some others had to come back the next day. They need to schedule people better. Walk ins are honored better than if you make appointments.

Ive gone here a couple times now and its one of my favorite places to go. My tech is FANTASTIC at doing nails and always listens and does exactly what I ask for.

My sister and I, had been going to this nail salon over 3yrs!! On our last visit we were told that our nail tech had possibly quit, our nail tech was the best at Tiffany nail (Gina)!! Anyway we were told we could pick any nail tech to do our nails, so I picked the owners wife (CINDY)!!!! At the time she was working on her client, in the meantime, I was soaking my nails, after soaking my nails, CINDY was done with her client, I was told by Michael, the owner to go to CINDYS station!! After sitting at her station for about 5 mins, CINDY goes and get her bag, and threatens to leave!!!! CINDY refuses to do my nails!!!! I think CINDY IS VERY PREDJUDICE!!!! How was it ok for my sister, and I to spend our money at this nail salon for over 3yrs, to be treated like this!!!! I would NEVER go back to Tiffany Nails, and I would advise anyone to please be aware of this salon, because from what Ive seen, there was a big African American clientele!! So if she wants to pick and choose who she services, I can pick and choose where I can spend my money!!!! There is a nail salon on almost every corner, because my money spends anywhere!!!!!!!!!!!

I’ve been coming here for 5 years so it’s a shame I won’t be going back. I went today at 540 for a pedicure and full set. Michael says it will be an hour and to wait in my car. So I ran to autozone and sat in my car. One hour and 15 min later I left. I didn’t call them because I’m not going to harass anyone to spend my money with them. I looked at the clock it was 830 and never received a call or text. It’s very rude and unprofessional to say you are taking walk-ins and not bother to call to update them. After 30 min of waiting it should be mandatory for someone to stay over. I guess my time is not important as well as respect to get a Call or text. Won’t be going back

They listen to what I ask for and follow through.Ive never had a problem in the nearly 3 years Ive been coming here.Im happy I found this nail salon and wouldnt go anywhere else.

I wasnt at the spa. But they have chairs outside to dry your toes. Met a lovely woman who had her petticure and her toes looked very nice. Ill try them soon.

Got my nails done for graduation. Hated them. SNS started chipping in 4 days. Didnt like the environment. Would never go back. I spent all that money to be disappointed.

I walked into nail salon and was greeted by a friendly, smiling face who was eager to assist me. She did a great job on my pedicure, she took her time and was very meticulous.

Very nice atmosphere, nail techs very polite and reasonably priced.

Got a full set had to go back not even a week later to get a fill in. My nails broke and everything had to pay full price considering it was less than week I had to get a fill in. So after the the fill my nails been better every since. They did much better job the 2nd time!!

Went in for a sns with tips and one of my nails was clearly filed too much on the left side and it looked very bad, I said something to the lady and she filed it even more so my nail looks like it’s leaning to the right side. She didn’t understand what I was saying and got someone else involved, they told her how to fix it and it still looks bad. Will never be back, after asking her to fix the nail she had an attitude and it was very uncomfortable waiting for her to finish. After leaving noticed she didn’t even go down to my cuticle and there are huge gaps in the corners of my nails, looks like I’m wearing press ons.

Very professional, reasonably priced you have to make an appointment but the staff is all amazing you cant pick a bad technician. They have kitty station too if you want to bring a little one they have a little kid chairs and its awesome.

My tech has my nails looking better than they ever have! This spot isnt near my house, but it is worth the drive. Also followed Covid regulations greatly!

The owner is very rude and nasty. Attitude is horrible. Every time I’ve went into this establishment he is rushing customers, rolling his eyes and passing out orders like a drill sergeant. A nail salon should be a place for individuals to relax not see a drama show every time they come. The nail tech Bryan is awesome. Take my advice find another shop to spend your money at. He doesn’t appreciate us customers not one bit!

Extra long wait, he forgot me, I reminded him. But the tech was was very rough on my leg I explained I have nerve issues on that leg, he said oh its not that bad. He painted my toes and was putting those shoes on, I flinched it smeared on one toe. He yelled awe see what you did, he just painted over it. I was tired and didnt want to deal with complaining. I just wont be back.

I have been going to this salon for 3 years and now every time I have been to this salon the pst 6 months my nails have never looked good break in a day or two and have polish chipping after a day, when I went back to get them fixed I waited an hour and 10 minutes for them to tell me it was going to be another 30 minutes to make an appointment the next day so I did. Show up the next day on time for my appointment and they tell me it’s going to be 30-45 minute wait until they can get to me for something they messed up in the first place!!!!’ DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL FOR ANYONE. It’s not worth the rude nail techs you have to deal with.

Michael is aweful. I called to make an appointment on Saturday for Sunday. He told me to call back Saturday afternoon because he hasnt opened Sunday books. I called back on that afternoon. He told me then I had to book online. So I hung up and immediately booked online. Then I received a message from him saying they are booked on Sunday u can try to walk in. Its sad that people have no customer service because they think they have good clientele. They have great nail tech but managements is awful. Well not return.

Got sas nail3 days after having them done 2 nails chipped and it was so bad I had to file my nails downCould not go for repair because they were closed once again for 10 days so after calling leaving messages I called this morning and was put on hold but could hear all the business going on ..so unprofessional..........I enjoyed every other time and except for the first time and once again it was a male that had done the nails and they looked like nails for a much bigger hand than mine ........but this time a guy obviously did not know what he was doing because never have I been put under the light dryer n he insisted ....I have requested a female n if not I will go else where because really its not the only nail salon it was just close to me .As for Michael he can be very rude we are not his employees we are his bread n butter so the tone of voice that he uses needs to be adjusted and his appointment style isnt working because 2 different times I have made appts never received an answer and had to wait wait.Really tiffanys is not that good .appreciate your customers we are the reason you are there

OMG... if I could give zero stars, I would. The first sign of trouble was when she soaked off my shellac in warm acetone that begin to burn. Then the lady takes over and proceeded to peel the shellac off with her hands until I abruptly stopped her due to the pain. I told her thats not the correct way. My current shape was round square but I asked for round shape because I wanted to try something new. Big Mistake. The guy that did my nails was friendly however, after examining my nails I was truly disappointed. I didnt have time to have him correct it because I had an engagement to attend. The shellac was thick ,uneven and bumpy.Needless to say, I will not be returning.

They told me it will take 30 minute & to wait in my car and will text when they ready. I came back after 45 minutes. He tells me to pick out a color and I was still waiting for another 30 minutes. I then walked out. Very unprofessional. I’ll NEVER spend my here & I recommend you don’t either.

I wish I had a better experience here but they rushed us from the minute we walked in the door, basically trying to pick colors for us because I guess we were taking too long. I paid extra for shellac on my toes but in less than a week, two of the toes are completely peeled off because of poor application (I am not rough on my feet). The dip job on my nails was also very rushed and does not have clean edges so started peeling up at the back very quickly. For nearly $100, I wish I would have gotten nails that lasted more than a week.

The young woman taking care of me was very friendly did not burn my cuticles very talkative and I enjoyed the entire experience. I have been to a lot of nail spas, that youre just a number and they dont care if you return this place did not seem that way I will be back.

They was nice people, but left air bubbles in my paint.(got sns) and uneven nails. There is left over nail glue all over my fingers. Also need to update online prices!!! Also gave me the wrong color polish! Left me with nkt matching set. Will never go back! Its so sad the owner is great but his empoylees suck.

I have a bad thumb nail that doesn’t grow properly. The manger gave me his suggestion to help it and make it look good. The nail tech did a great job and I’m very happy with the way it looks. She took her time to make it look good. Even though it was a small service, they treated me no different than the other clients that were getting manis and pedis and I appreciated that. They are also very friendly and seem genuinely happy to be there.

My knew favorite place. My girlfriend and I took are girls for a girls night out. It was her 3 years first time!! They did so well with her!! All the works were so friendly and nice. The owner even let my daughter paint his nail why the girls wait on us to finish up!!!

I went today and asked for a full set of coffin nails with regular nail polish. I was told by the woman who did them that it would be $5 more. (I can not remember her name). The whole time she seemed careless and rushed, I have acrylic powder on my fingers and i can point out several flaws in the nails themselves. Once my nails started drying the polish began bubbling, which means there were too many coats and they were too thick. I definitely do not have the coffin shape I asked for.. I was charged $40 for these nails.

A girl named Emma did my nails she did a really nice job on my sns nails.

I really wanted to try the dipping powder and my friend recommended this place. I walked in without appointment, but everything turns out good. I went home happy with my nail. I will make sure to call ahead next time. My manicurist is the best. She shaped my nail better than most other places.

Never had a bad experience at Tiffany the pedicures are awesome

This was the worst experience , went in there to get SNS on my real nails and they butchered them along with hot spots on my nails and to top it off it wasn’t just me a friend of mine went also and they butchered her real nails AND she’s got chunks of skin missing from where her real nail was that they decided to remove.. so now our fingers hurt with jacked up SNS nails that look like butchered chicklets, This is so embarrassing .. They should quit doing nails AND open a butcher shop .. I can hear someone asking WHAT ARE THOSE? Unfortunately something you want NO parts of .. So after 5 hours ago of getting our nails butchered our fingers still hurt

I found my manicurist about 1 years ago. She is absolutely the BEST nail technician. Her attention to detail leaves your manicure and pedicure FLAWLESS. She also maintains a super clean salon and uses new/clean supplies for each service. She is a true gem!

I’ve been here twice now the first time Bryan did an excellent job! Good customer service, he didn’t give me any issues about what I wanted on my nail, very happy when I left! So I came back I should’ve made an appointment with him but i didn’t and got a different girl. She was either listening to music or answer a phone call and put headphones in while she was doing my nails!! I also asked her to do a glitter ombré on one of my nails and it was just solid glitter so I told her just to take it off. kind of disappointed I didn’t get it what I wanted. I got SNS with tips pointed it was $48 and some change (37 for SNS 3 for length she said and 5 for shape. (I didn’t mind the price) but some of my nails were crooked and I had to point it out and have her fix them because I wasn’t going to leave with crooked nails. Nails are on the thicker side .... and i have some filling i need to fix at home to clean it but overall not bad but if you go definitely ask for Bryan!

I went to Tiffanys because my regular salon was closed wasnt aware of their hours through the week as I normally go on the weekend the service at Tiffanys was good Im satisfied with my nails just hoping they last as long as my normal place I will stick to my regulars because Im faithful lol but Tiffanys may be a back up

Bad for business my tech did not polish my toes on the side I hate that the polish old clumpy not even Mike the owner very disrespectful he hung up on me I’ll because I asked can I come and get a re-polish he said he would have to charge me full price

Very disappointed!! The tech was rude to my granddaughter, gave her a terrible french fill! She is young, saved her own money and was near tears when she left. The manager had the tech look at the nails to see if they could be redone but honestly, I didnt want her touching her again with her nasty attitude. Once we were paying out, manager never acknowledged or apologized. We wont be back that is for sure! Huge disappointment!

Called ahead because of the holiday busy season, was told it would be no problem to fit my daughter and I in for full sets. Paid 60 each to be treated terribly and my nails are completely botched. I understand no one wants to stay late at their job, but when I pay top dollar for a service I expect the service I pay for. I originally gave them 5 stars from a past visit, I will not be returning.

Horrible I am missing chunks on skin in the corner of all 8 fingers and my thumbs.... the sns is uneven and the worse part.... it’s my REAL NAIL.... they really jacked up my friend.... you can’t fix missing skin or missing real nails.... we will not be back EVER 😒😔

This was my very first experience at Tiffanys nail & spa. I was truly impressed the employees were super nice. The staff was great an the nail artist who did my nails did a marvelous job... if anything there wasnt a long wait, an I would highly recommend this nail salon. I will come back....

I used to LOVE this place, but not anymore. The last 2 times I went, I asked for an itemized receipt, so that I could see what exactly I was being charged for (they charged extra to remove my toe nail polish, which I was not aware of or I would have done it myself beforehand). I was just asking for my knowledge, and the owner YELLED at me about how the price was exactly correct, in front of several other clients and employees. I wasnt trying to get money back or anything. I go to the spa for a relaxing escape, not to be scolded by an angry man! He was extremely unprofessional. He made me VERY upset for no good reason. The tech, Henry, did a wonderful job, though. Its a shame- I will find a better nail salon, with NICE people, to go to next time. I suggest you do the same!

Angel is the best!

Everyone is so nice and accommodating. I brought my 3 year old with me and they painted her nails for $6. They even touched them up when she messed them up. They played with her and gave her candy. My nails looked beautiful too!

First time here with Cindy for a fill she is just awesome. She is so fast and so good with nails. The only thing I would suggest is that they need a bigger space. So many people in such a small place!!! I guess this is a good problem to have.

Wouldnt dream of going any where else for a mani, pedi. I love it here! They are so sweet and they treat you like family. Actually my family and I all go here, all ages. I get the gel (like shellac) done on my nails cause Im not a big fake nail person and if anything happens a couple days after to your nail My will fix it with no problem. Try it out and you wont regret it!!
